Obama: Soldiers should pay their own Medical Bills.

And right on the hallowed day, Pearl Harbor Day, it's good to remember just how stupid and GREEDY the so-called President is by uttering a disgraceful statement like this. BTW, Where in the heck is his BIRTH CERTIFICATE? He sounds more and more like Jane Fonda, the other traitor!

Those who have retired after service will remember these words at the next election. I did not vote for him because he had no background that could convince me that he could lead this country. I hope we do better next time.

Obama's Military Private Insurance Proposal

The following has been checked out through www.snopes..com and also www.ask.com, the story appeared in the Washington Times. Chew on this for a while.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS STATEMENT EVER MADE BY A PUBLIC OFFICIAL LET ALONE BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. AND THIS GUY IS OUR "COMMANDER IN CHIEF". HE IS A DISGRACE.

UNBELIEVABLE PRESIDENT???
HERE IS HIS RESPONSE WHEN HE BACKED OFF FROM HIS DECISION TO REQUIRE THE MILITARY PAY FOR THEIR WAR INJURIES.

WHAT AN EMPTY HEADED PERSON HE MUST BE....

Bad press, including major mockery of the plan by comedian Jon
Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal to require
veterans carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540
million annual cost to the federal government of treatment for injuries
to military personnel received during their tours on active duty. The
President admitted that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the
opposition to his proposal.

"Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained. "Nobody
made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It
doesn't compute.." "I thought these were people who were proud to
sacrifice for their country, "Obama continued. "I wasn't asking for
blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit. I guess I underestimated the
selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

Please pass this on to every one including every vet and their
families whom you know. How in the world did a person with this mindset become our leader? I didn't vote for him!!!

REMEMBER THIS STATEMENT... "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice?"

If this thinks he will ever get another vote from an Active Duty,
Reserve, National Guard service member or veteran of a military service
he ought to think it over.. If you or a family member is or has served
their country please pass this to them.

Please pass this to everyone
.
I'm guessing that other than the 20-25 percent hardcore liberals in the
US will agree that this is just another example why this is the worst
president in American history. Remind everyone over and over how this
man thinks, while he bows to the Saudi Arabian king.

Hey, good post. The only thing we have as a rock to stand on is Jesus, our government has betrayed us.

I just watched The Patriot with Mel Gibson in it yesterday and it put a lot of warmth in my heart knowing I live in a country among a people that can overcome tyranny.

I checked your fact checking links and I find no such proof of the words as you describe. Our military should obey their leaders without question. If you are a citizen only, say what you will, vote as you wish, but no troop should doubt their leader, I think that leads to no where good. Our injured troops have been treated so poorly over the last 8 years, it appears they are finally being heard. Th VA Hospital here is getting high marks. We are supposed to stand on each others shoulders. WE are our nation. IMO
I didn't vote for Bush, but he was still my leader. Divided we fall and FAIL.

PS--I came her looking for a blog that honored Pearl Harbor. I would have had I known so few bloggers even mentioned it. Even at my retirement home, not a word except among Vets and Vet widows. Sad.

Diane doesn't know any thing about the military, who they swear allegiance to or obama's many slips of the tongue and probably doesn't ever listen to Fox News or Glenn Beck. Sorry, I AM THE DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN and I do research my info before posting. I can tell that she also has not studied her Bible-- if she has one. But that's OK, I still respect her as a person and she STILL has a right to her own opinion, yet. I fought and suffered for America-- I love America--AND I ALSO KNOW THAT THIS COUNTRY CANNOT STAND WITH ALL THE BIG TIME SINS [of abortion, the Gay agenda, etc] AGAINST GOD ALMIGHTY. But HEAVEN IS MY HOME! And the Bible plainly tell all REAL biblical Christians what must happen to America. Read 'em and weep.

Diane does have and has always had a Bible. Diane is a baptised Methodist. I think I read the Bible as much as the average person. On the rest you are correct. I appreciate the chance to comment. (And learn from a man with your experience.)
