I think I finally [after a few months... lol] found another pearl of wisdom-- article, that knocked my socks off. "feel the burden of worry lifting from your back....." excerpt from KINGDOM DOLLARS.
I now believe that I was partially on the wrong track with faulty reasoning as I read this in depth offering from Jack Kelly. Now I can share this with my wife and friends and go to bed happy and content, instead of always worrying how to better 'survive' in 'one- up-man-ship' human thinking.
You probably heard/ read me say, 'LIVE SIMPLE -- LIVE WELL' many times in the past, and in reality that is what I believe we still can/ must do, except that I must tweak the system a bit to hammer it into 'God's way of thinking.' I am sure that my friends and readers who pretty much think the same as me will get a lot out of this article, and I will now work on how to implement this idea [which is purely Biblical] starting TOMORROW. Bottom line, there is nothing wrong with storing up for an emergency or 'rainy day.' But this is really a short term solution/ mentality and not the whole, truthful, BIG PICTURE. WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS-- READ THE 'DIRECTIONS' --- [the Bible].
Tom Schuckman -- very windy and raining hard in Wisconsin tonight. I think it's going to be a long, hard, cold Winter. Woo Woo!
Please pray and support our dear Christian friends in CA-- Robb and Penny, with their disabilities and recent hardships. They are pearls in God's hands. Thank you!
