Looking for Jesus.

What a great analogy! Such common sense articles strengthen our faith every day, and this 'Good News' of the Gospel ought to be shared to all who are with in hearing, have a computer, phone, etc. We live not in China or North Korea, where just a slip of the tongue about Jesus could get you killed, or the 'authorities' harvest your organs for the highest bidder. To my friends and readers I would say, 'Please work up your courage, forget about all your material things and beg the Holy Spirit for strength and knowledge to SHARE THE GOSPEL NOW! If an old, beat up, disabled combat Vet and retired Chrysler worker can do it -- so can YOU! Do you want the battle to end without you even firing one shot?? Ha!

Looking for Jesus

By Todd Strandberg Rapture Ready The British paper, the Telegraph,, recently featured a headline that read: "Jesus will return by 2050, say 40 percent of Americans." The poll was by the Pew Research Center for the People and The Press/Smithsonian Magazine.Several polls were included in the article, but the author obviously chose to go with Christ’s return date as the lead because he found it

And I just could not resist posting this one!! I wear these scriptures like a suit of armor-- although the Bible itself refers to the Bible as our SWORD. "For the word of God is quick [alive], and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and spirit, and of the joints and morrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." ~Hebrews 4:12. This is a very powerful scripture that tells a lot of information about the Spirit that enables people to understand the Bible! A person may have a stack of 'sheep skins' and degrees, high and lofty education-- but that means NOTHING in God's eyes, UNLESS THAT PERSON ACCEPTS JESUS CHRIST AS HIS PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR. Hell is a huge place with it's jaws wide open and always hungry. Ponder on this fact-- and remember that Christ spoke more about hell than He did about heaven... Most biblical Christians believe that the vast majority of earth's inhabitants are destined for hell, mostly because they are too proud, greedy, selfish and content with their immoral, corrupt, un-godly life style, to bend knee to the Christ. Sad...

Can Unbelievers Be Taught By The Holy Spirit?

Q. Like others who have written I struggle with my salvation and I am sick of tripping over it. I know the Holy Spirit teaches me and guides me. So my question is simply can we be taught and led by the Holy Spirit if we are not saved?

A. You cannot be taught or led by the Holy Spirit if you are not saved. Jesus said, “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. (John 14:16-17)

Later Paul confirmed this. “The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.” ( 1 Cor. 2:14)
