This is one subject that I feel strongly about...  because I also feel that "my generation" of Veterans, Soldiers/ military were sold out too during and after the Vietnam War, where I served honorably: 68-70, and I have some scars to prove that!  I am trying to leave all politics and personality out of this -- but good Soldiers and Marines just don't leave their fellow comrades behind or desert them when there is a clear and present danger, or even an ambush awaiting them... when there is a lot of enemy fire/ battle, in the LZ!!  I have also heard secretly that Leon Paneta-- Sec. of Defense, does not tell the truth, and many people who work for this present obama administration have been bought off, scared, forced, threatened, and intimadated, so they agree with the Gov't -- or just want to keep their 'gravy job.'  But those kind forget that we ALL will have to account for our sins sooner or later.  I have made my share of mistakes and foolish dealings in the past -- but cowardice was NEVER one of them.  I was never a 'hero' but I know that I was a good Soldier in Aviation/ helicopters, flying 7 days a week as a crew member/ door gunner on my 2nd Tour of Duty in RVN, and then worked 30.5 years at Chrysler [and many other places, to survive], plus having my own small welding shop on the side, etc, etc.

Any way, folks, I have been doing much reading [as usual] and can rest now for a short spell after getting the rest of my appliances and furniture U.P. North in the Michigan woods/ hills, as we wait for the 'Big Day-- Election' -- and also the 'Big Storm' that may hit the East Coast --Sandy, the big wind.  Bless and save all my brothers  and sisters in the Faith who live in harm's way near the East Coast, please.

God may very well want to "Shake" the heck out of humankind still on this earth before the Rapture - who are still sitting on the fence/ limping on two opinions, instead of taking the correct stand for Jesus Christ!  Huge disasters, unfortunately that what it takes, cause us to make a move, stir our hearts and conscience and WAKE UP FROM OUR DULL, LAZY, GOOFY SLUMBER!   Many folks have never been 'baptized by fire' or never suffered real hardship or loss.  Perhaps [and only God knows this best..], a Big Surprise might help some good folks wake up and smell the coffee -- get with the Gospel of Salvation program, and confess Jesus Christ as their personal Savior before it's just too late-- people in 'my camp' believe.  Because God LOVES THE WORLD OF MANKIND SO MUCH... John 3:16!   Sometimes God has to shake us up to get our butt in gear, lest we be swept away with all the ungodly people that will be 'Left Behind.'  See:  the First Psalm, 1 thru 7, that I have to recently memorize. 

What I am getting at is:  IF Obama should be re-elected, it might well be that "God allows it" to put more pain and hardship on America to wake us up.  Collectively, we are 'dead meat' already, and too proud, fat, rich and whinny.  For the millions of abortions alone [!!!] -- we are guilty enough to be sent to hell !! It's simple...  If we voted for a man who supports ABORTION and other ungodly things -- we share in his guilt and sins!!  We are co-conspiriters, sharers in sin, guilty!!   But there are still some  Americans- individually, who need to be Saved, and thus, some 'Big Storms' are sure to come.  I HOPE THAT GOV. ROMNEY WINS, and I already voted for him a few weeks ago in Wisconsin... absentee ballot.  But I am just saying that only God knows what will happen in the future, and one way or another His Purpose WILL/  MUST  succeed, for sure. 

So we hope and pray for the best -- but prepare for the worst.  Many times the good things and the good people fall out of a big shake up or disaster, that separate the men from the boys, or the sheep from the goats.  Please bare this in mind, one way or another.  Personally, I REALLY FEAR SOME CHEATING, voting fraud, dirty political tricks, and flim flam in the big cities like Chicago, etc.  Let us stay alert and make sure that everything turns out fair and honest, please.
    I hope to do some more wood carving today, my fav hobby now days -- putting scriptures into wood with my router [tool]-- which I also teach to friends who care and have that interest.
