NOW, DO YOU ALL SEE/ UNDERSTAND what I am talking about ? ? ? Friends, as one who has had an interest in History, Finance, the Holy Bible, etc., most of my life, I figure that I at least have a 'working knowledge' of the world economy, and I try to stay abreast of the Financial news, world currencies, economies, investments and military interests, and so, like my love of motorcycles, carpentry, welding, hunting, writing, blogging, the InterNet, reading, and helping others, I hope to have a small edge on things and here is why: If a man hopes to listen to his elders' philosophies, oral histories, and conventional wisdom, which is: 'Work hard, save some of your money, invest some of your money, help your kids gain better/ higher education and skilled trades, etc., we hope to have SOME SECURITY when we grow older, weaker, with more aches and pains, and enjoy some of our so-called 'golden years' to enjoy our precious grandkids and hobbies ! That's all. And teach our kids not to make some of the mistakes that we did, in ignorance, in our youth. It's like a good resume of sorts. If you do all the right things in life -- perhaps/ maybe you can have a better life in a better place, and still please the God above, for/ in the next life ! And, the KJV Bible does have a lot to say about life, saving, hard work, children, heaven and hell, etc.
So, I am not ashamed to admit that I've made many mistakes in my life, but at least I have something to show for all those hard years of working, reading, studying, and searching. And folks like me can have love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, self control, and everything else mentioned in Galatians 5: 22.... the 'fruits of the Spirit.' And all those lazy, ignorant wimps and liberals who won't even pick up that Grand Book of the Ages, the Bible, for one lame, stupid reason or another, are just total LOSERS, and walking on the 'highway to hell.' Sorry, but it's just true. Or, would you like this all candy coated ?
I am so blessed to have a lot of good things, and not just material things... NOT because I am "lucky." In fact, real Christians don't believe in "LUCK !" Luck is a pagan thing/ philosophy !! Christians believe in God's good Grace, and Love ! I am happy....because I worked very hard all my life, and because God blessed me ! I took a chance and went back to college, to learn a higher, better skill/ trade, and then "cross- trained" in Finance and learned a lot, and bettered myself. But much more than that, I was humble enough to beg on my knees in a cockroach infested upper room, in the cold Winter of 1995, above a filthy tavern, searching, praying, looking for the Son, and Redeemer, Jesus Christ, when all else abandoned me, forsook me, and promised to follow and serve him as a loyal Soldier ! That is what sets real Christians/ Soldiers of God, apart from other wanna-be's, frauds, fakes, plastic 'Sayers of the word,' from the real men and woman of Faith in Jesus Christ. Some day we may be sure to lose our heads for just confessing that true fact/ reality/ TRUTH ! But by that time, most of us will already be up in the 'New Heavens" -- safe, and tucked in, while a terrible, violent Storm is unleashed down here on earth.... and Woe to those
"Left Behind !" That would be the worst thing in the world for any human being !! But, unfortunately, most of mankind [just like the Flood in Noah's time], will be down here when that happens ! Just read the simple book of Matthew ! Most people will take the easy way out, the road of least resistance... sorry, folks. The bible tells us so. I was even sharing the Gospel with the dental nurse today as she picked on my poor gums and teeth.... lol. And she NEVER even heard of the "Rapture ! !" Wow! And she was only half interested in what I said.... so ... there you are, in Iron Mountain, MI., in the U.P. And I just happen to be a great, educated, well spoken, speaker ! So, I gave it my best shot, as directed and motivated by the Holy Spirit. And I "keep my knives sharp." It's not me or my methods, it's the Gospel that they all reject !
I don't want to get fried, drowned, martyred, cooked, beheaded, crucified, gutted, for my Faith, but I am ready to go that route, if need be. So shoot me ! And if that ever happens to me... my crown will be glorious in heaven ! You see, we are not looking for a cruel, violent death, but we are ready to take it.... for our dear Lord and Master, Jesus. Because we are His Soldiers. And just look at the cowardly Liberals/ Lefty Losers now who are seeing their corrupt, dirty, filthy world crumble in front of them ! Weather Mr. Trump lives to help the world and slow down the outcome, for just a short time, remains to be seen. But our God will rule forever and set things aright, and clean things up. Trump was right.... what do we all have to look forward to in Obama's or Clinton's world of greed and corruption ?? Not a dang thing, except more suffering, disgrace, and discord, and pretty soon, starvation. Let us enjoy the 'house cleaning' while it lasts.
Sorry to say, friends, we just cannot let our guard down yet. We have so many powerful enemies who are trying hard to foment the total collapse of our country, and the whole world ! Just keep praying, reading the bible, sharing the Gospel [Matthew, Mark, Luke, John] and the very important book of Romans.
It looks like I might be staying U.P. here for a while longer, because someone I met near Racine County, didn't like the fact that I voted for Mr. Trump.... lol, and I liked the bible, too much.... Ha! Oh, well.... that is OK. Sorry, but after coming home from a bloody war, I just don't care for all the millions of aborted babies... stupid, corny, lame, Liberal, Socialist ideas, and such a dire inconvenience --- being pregnant, according to Obama.... duh ! Those sick Libs worship Satan the Devil, for sure ! And those are the ignorant goofs that hate the bible, but NEVER even read it ! Wait until they are forced to eat their own dogs and cats, now happening in places like Venezuvala ! Their Socialism is so great ! Ha!
