She is trying to lose more weight and thought that bananas pack on the pounds. If you click on the "learn more" tab below, the extended article chases all those 'old wives tales' away. Of course moderation is the best way to go, but I am so glad to have read all of this, and I always like to pass good things on my post/ Blog. Please pray for all the good Patriots and residents in Kenosha, WI., and I still have many good friends there retired from Chrysler that worked with me all those 30.5 years, and sometimes it was "chicken, and the next day feathers" ---- when the lay offs came and went, we knew about hard times and pinching pennies. But we always had a good garden and plenty of good food on the table. I bought 2-- fine houses in that town and rode my motorcycle to and from work 9 months out of the year! It always saddened me to hear about my Union-- Local 72 UAW 'brothers and sisters' dying from cancer and other diseases/ problems right after they retired... but they family still got the good benefits. I wondered if that would happen to me -- but the good Lord Jesus had other plans for me, and now I am age 72, with Arthritis.. Ha! Sorry to say that I am so glad that I moved far North to the MI- U.P., pure and clean, and riots will never be here with so many combat Veterans, and Hunters keeping deer rifles, etc. And let me give a shout out to an old friend and my Chief Union Steward, Pete Pfaff, also a combat Veteran, and head man of the KAVV which I joined years ago: The Kenosha Area Vietnam Veterans, who required that all the members must have served in Vietnam... "In-Country." Pray for all the innocent civilians who were burned out and bullied by the stinking BLM goofs who love to destroy other folks property. I might die for saying that -- The Truth! But I will die pretty soon anyway, perhaps before the RAPTURE that I pray for almost every day. BTW, I have tons of black friends back in Kenosha, Brown friends, and White guys and gals! Being a Bible based Christian means that we would NEVER be racists or hateful. Too bad so many people don't even know what being Prejudice is! "It means: Pre-Judging without sufficient data!" I try hard to love all people, but I stil have the biblical right to defend my house and loved ones! That is my God given RIGHT ! Kenosha used to be a beautiful town to raise your kids and buy a house, but now "it's gone to the dogs." I say to all my buddies who still live there, "Get out of Sodom and Gomorah!" Sorry, but Racine, WI., has also turned into a toilet with dangerous crimminal Gangs who deal drugs, too. But that's what you get when stupid people are also blind or just lazy when they vote in Socialist Dems who are weak and bought off by the "One World Gov't Elites" led by STD...Satan the Devil. The Dems also hate God and Jesus Christ. They face a horrible out come that will really stike them down like the 'Grim Reaper.' Much worse than a Hurricain.
