Hi Friends,
I lost my InterNet Services for a few days, and was forced to install a new gizmo all by myself, even though I feel woefully inept and ignorant in this field.    First ATT and T, PROMISED that one of their 'Techs' would visit me in person within 24 hours to install the new Modem, but that was another lie, so they tried to help me on the phone and that took about an hour... getting passed to a few people in their 'system.'    It was hard for me, a great big, fat man, to get on my knees and then lay down near the PC/ and Phone jack plug in to do all these things, and I am just NOT used to doing that ! !   But, since Terri was gone [again] for a week now, painting her son's new [first] home, 4 hours ago, in Timbuktu,  I found myself doing lots of physical things.    This is what I was hoping to do this Spring, rest and healing from many injuries....  trying to bite off too much for my age and body weight, etc.   But I wanted to do that slowly, pump iron, get in shape, and lose some weight FIRST... LOL !!   Oh well,  'When things get tough -- the tough get going.'  However, many folks get hurt and killed in their old age trying do things that they did in their 20's and 30's !   I have seen too much of this stuff, enough to stand back and learn the lesson, and know my physical limits, or end up in the VAMC hospital too many times with the staff making fun of me and shaking their heads...  duh.  

I had a great time and fellowship with the Pastor Kevin Sullivan, eating out with him at a good, Mexican Cantina in town U.P. here in Iron Mtn. at 11AM.   And he loves the food there too, plus we got to witness the Gospel, with a young, pretty lady that served us there.   I like their huge Burritos and hot sauces there at Carlos Cantina, not far from my own bank.    We talked about most everything and go some stuff sorted out, as well.   We know each other very well, so we take liberties with each other and joke a lot.   I tipped the waitress liberally and also gave her a Bible Tract, and asked her to please read it.  

So,  yesterday, I got my flat tire replaces, for about $187., and talked to a sales lady about buying a new Dodge Ram truck, as mine is a 2007 model that is starting to "Nickel  and dime me."   New, ever buy aluminum wheels ago, or you will be replacing your rotted tires often.    Oppps,  ATT and T, again to bother me....   duh.    "Big Brother, again"  and I am NOT paranoid.   And I just wonder WHY is it that all Americans are completely transparent, but the "President's"   past back ground is NOT ??    Like that ring he wears on his finger that claim something about Allah being the ONLY God.  
        I don't have any jokes for today....  just some great info.

Property has been lost, lives ended, and reputations harmed because an ill-informed public allows lies and misinformation to lead them by the nose to the slaughter house. "Who cares," they might say, "It doesn't affect me." There is one issue, however, where if we as Christians don't start standing strong and speaking boldly as we ought to speak, it will impact generations. Our religious freedom is under attack. When the Founding Fathers of America wrote the Constitution, there was one God in mind--the God of the Jews and Christians. This is what they meant in guaranteeing religious freedom. Much has been written in their own words about Christianity; about being from many walks of life, but generally having the same religion; that God granted us a nation and that it was our duty to elect Christians to serve wisely. Our Republic was modeled after Exodus 18:21, "Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be be rules of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens." In fact, Islam at that time, was considered a strange and evil cult. John Quincy Adams wrote: "In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth." Thomas Jefferson had to commission a US Navy to fight the Ottoman Empire-sanctioned pirating of US ships and the enslavement of US citizens by the Islamic Barbary pirates. Yet the current "president" infers Islam's influence on early America was a positive one. Your religious freedom, the very keystone of your rights as an American, are under vicious attack. An Islamic Marxist "president," his administration, the news media, the homosexual lobby, the abortion lobby, the Islamists are all pointing the spear at your religious freedom because they know that faith in the one true God is the only bulwark that stands between liberty and their statist goals. No one checks the facts, but it is always assumed the Christian or Jew is at fault. Christianity is not about what God can do for you, it is what we are supposed to be doing for God. When so many are wringing their hands and asking what to do, God has already told us--make disciples, overcome evil with good, speak boldly of the gospel, having done all, stand.
