Yes,  I should have already been in  bed hours ago... but this stuff caught my eye, and needed to be posted and published immediately.  And I could not just breeze through it either, but it had to be chewed well.  Sorry, but this actually has changed much of my thinking and plans, dear friends!!  I MAY BE WRONG... BUT, too many intelligent sources point to a new time frame [but please, I am NOT trying to fix the 'hour or the day' and we all ought to be ready and serving the Lord all the time, and LIVE OUR FAITH every day that we breathe, right?]: 'The middle of December to the middle of January.'  That COULD be the window of time where a big, hasty war may break out between Israel and Iran, to take Iran's nukes out.  It could also be the time when most or all of Israel's hateful neighbors might make their move against the Holy Land- Israel, with bullets and multiple rockets flying, big time, into Israeli cities.   This, of course will affect the entire world, weather we choose to believe it or not! 

This tells me that:  Instead of romance, I probably ought to be down on my knees praying way past bed time and reading and memorizing the Word... daily.   Well, I hope I don't sound too much like a hypocrite or a  sanctimonious bum/ scum bag, rusty-dusty,  Kook,  willy-nilly,  goof ball, dirt bag, trash eating insect, although I kind of feel like one-- because I don't think I have my 'heart right.'  Sorry to disappoint you all. --- 
      ---"Looking for Love in all the wrong places" an old Country song.....  but the Holy Spirit can fix just about anything, IMHO.    To me, this all boils down to: the up and coming RAPTURE, following right behind that Middle Eastern war Psalms, Isaiah and Ezekiel are talking about-- the one that I was just trying to explain.   Good grief!  I've been banging my drum for so long that when the 'stuff hits the fan'-- it's a surprise to ME !!  Maybe something that's been nagging at me all these past few months is really seeing/ finding it's 'self-fulfillment' in that PERHAPS the reason that I have not found the right woman is because the Lord doesn't WANT me to get involved right now-- as it would 'pull me down' or out of the more serious mindset and preparedness of "Standing Gun Watch"  --in the Army-- 'guard duty' where you must be very sober and have your wits about you!!
   Do you all think that I am reading too much into this article??  If so, please tell me.  Thanks.  On the other hand, holding some one's hand while reading/ studying this stuff might be more exciting and stimulating -- and take the loneliness away in the cold Wisconsin Winter.

I have a great inner fear of 'missing something of great importance'.. "missing a movement" because of something embarrassing happening to me in Vietnam that I simply will not share or mention, ever, but I did not get into trouble for...Ha!  But I have been on time or early ever since then, the rest of my life.  'Once burned-- twice shy.'  Don't be 'Left Behind!'

BTW, I have a copy of Murphy's Law that I printed out available now,next to me, and think I will share  a few of the sayings when I post.  Number 46: "A man can be happy with any woman as long as he doesn't love her."  And, Number 39:  "Never lie down with a woman who's got more troubles than you."

Hey Friends, and Readers!!
I need to thank you all for contributing your honest opinions in my last 'poll' about me growing a beard, or not.  And now, please, another, easy poll where I would like to get YOUR input...  It's no secret that I get very lonely these days, happy to have a good Rottweiler male to keep me company -- Deuce  [and I have to let him outside..SOON!], but I crave and desire female companionship, to love, to share, to hug, trust, talk to, take out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.... etc., and a good Christian woman is sure very hard to find these days...  NOT perfect, mind you, just a normal, good, kind woman who loves Jesus Christ and the Bible, that's all!  I have dated many women in the past 2 months, and have learned to see thru them, what they really want, some very nice ladies, but also many liars, greedy, selfish, gamers, players, etc.,  but some good girls-- although not too compatible with me, and let's face it, we don't want to settle down with just anyone, right?  And I am a NON-SMOKER, which limits my field or opportunity too... but I used to smoke, and decided to quit forever in 1972, and never looked back.  It wasn't that traumatic, guys,  I just circled a date on the calendar, and smoked my head off up until that date, and just QUIT, like docking [cutting off a dog's tail] a Rottweiler's tail.  You DON'T cut it off inch by inch-- a little pain every day!!!  You just DO IT.. AND PRAY A LOT, and ask for the Holy Spirit to help you put it out of your mind and heart!  It really works!  And if  a simple sinner like me can do -- I well KNOW that you good folks can do it too....  or are you all rich with so much money to burn up on smokes...??? And then you can buy your beautiful wife a nice, pure gold chain around her neck and tell you how much you LOVE her!  Woo Woo!

Now, like I've said many times, for the get-go, I am looking for a LTR  -- [long term relationship] that would eventually lead to marriage, so that lady would get much of my estate, money, Chrysler pension, insurance, health insurance and benefits and security-- because I WANT to take care of my loved ones.  So... IF, a woman is just out to date, go to dinners and other hot spots and just have a good time, but never wants to fully commit to a LTR, is it really fair to me-- looking for that long term goal of a solid, binding, secure, loving relationship, where you KNOW that someone is waiting for you every night, who really loves you for whom and what you are???  And I am not talking or promoting shacking up or fornication.  But I sorely miss being in a good, warm, secure, loving relationship like the one I had with dear Sharon, who passed away on April 9th, 2011.  I can never replace he and would not want to, she was very special and one of a kind--- but I KNOW that there are many other woman LIKE her waiting and wanting to find a man like ME!!  Someone, Conservative, who shares my same values, loves Jesus Christ, the Word, Pro-Gun, Pro-Marriage[one man and one woman...duh, the way God intended], Pro-U.S.Constitution, Pro-Life and anti-abortion, etc, etc.  I can and do bend over backwards on most other things and want to please, support, guard, protect and love the right woman, and make her feel like a queen, with much independence, power, freedom, respect, etc.   Now, in this day and age, many women who are hooked, snared, brain-washed  by Satan's organizations, groups, Liberal, Socialist mindsets, and they HATE people like me AND MY BLOG, Bible related stuff and opinions, and they can let that hate fester up until the Lord comes bake to set things straight...and I don't much give a rip or hoot what they think or do... lol.  I stand firmly in a different, more conservative camp that is more in line with what the Lord wants and teaches.   I am certainly NOT a "Holy Joe" or standing on a corner beating a drum-- yelling about the 'end of the world' ,etc.  I am just dust in the wind, a simple sinner that wants a heavy duty, secure anchor to something solid, stable, sure, security, and my own little place in the sun... with a strong, loving,dear soul mate-- companion who will love me for whom and what I am, a simple, hard working, retired, widowed man, a disabled, combat Vietnam Veteran, with a good pension/ income who has been forgiven and blessed by the Lord.  
   Does this make any sense to you guys, my dear friends out there??  You see, if wouldn't make much sense to date someone who has NO intention of a future, LTR [long term relationship] with me down the road, after she feels very comfortable and safe with me... and that does take time, I totally understand!  I am just looking for the same TRUTH that I bring to the table on the first date, or conversation over the phone.  That's it, friends!!

So, please answer, comment or email me, what your opinion is, and I will appreciate it so much. I hope you day goes well, and enjoy the football game to see if the Packers can keep their winning streak going.  On, Wisconsin!   Keep warm, and buy an extra wool blanket and a pair of warm socks.

Can you put the pieces of the 'puzzle' together NOW???

This has got to be so easy with only the minimum of IQ and basic ability to read your own national language!!  If we can't understand this yet, I will have to draw some 'stick men' with crayons for ya'll.... lol.  All kidding aside, honestly, I even learned some 'new stuff' and will start reading the Bible more these days, and am starting to think that God is trying to tell ME something important lately.  I suppose that I have been chasing after the wrong, selfish thing-- hampered by my loneliness and depression these past few months-- and of course the devil has been super active too, tempting me and everyone else.   I am beginning to think that there just are no honest, real Christian women out there to be had... and any kind of relationship one way or another would be very short lived--given what we know now with the near future "On Guard" and planning for War!    Time to hit the prayer rug now!   I am getting that strange, uneasy feeling, starting to think that no matter what I do-- things will not go my way, or God would have granted my wish by now-- and I have been trying so hard to improve myself in every way!!  We just cannot fight against God's will-- just like Jonah running away to Spain when the Lord directed him to Syria to warn the folks there to repent.  A big fish swallowed him and then spit him out on dry land...so Jonah had to eventually comply with God's directive anyway... lol.  
   I may just have to change course again and turn my ship about or I may just be running in circles, wasting my time, effort, blood, sweat and tears.  I hope I have not burned too many bridges-- but it's my nature to do just that...oh boy.  
    'Do not put your trust in nobles or the son of earthling  man...'  After reading this report down below by someone I very much trust-- it seems like there is  nothing we [and I] can do to save ourselves from the big blow out/ storm that is coming our way!!  So it looks like my feelings of 'safe harbor,' well being, and planning, are not so great either, after all, and my total future rests in/ with  God Almighty.  I was going to give God the credit...  but I won't be that well off either.  Shame on my foolish pride, even for a heart beat.  I am nothing more than 'dust in the wind.'  And the vixens 'use' me all the more... so who really is the 'hunted??'

I feel that this post is very important.  A word to the wise should be sufficient.  The Senate has totally sold us out!!!  Read 'em and weep!

This was sent to me by a close friend named Jimmy H., a combat aviation Army Vietnam Veteran, who actually served at Camp BearCat, RVN the same time as me with the 240th AHC-Helicopter outfit... and fellow Christian.  Nothing surprises me now days with the weak jelly-fish type voters out there and all the corrupt, Dems, Liberals types who would love to make our once great country pure Socialist and worse-- but this is foretold in the Bible too!    And several so-called 'lady' friends of mine got upset and trashed me lately because of my out outspokenness/ boldness in exercising my 1st Amendment rights of simply posting what I see is pure truth!!  Oh well, such fair weather friends were kind of unstable in the past-- and they would have left me when things got hard, anyway... lol.  Better they showed their true colors now.  BTW, Socialism is anti-God !  I don't want to mix religion into the mix right now-- but those who support the Gay agenda, abortion, perversion, lying and stealing are sinning big time, and the good Lord will Judge soon.  As long as I have the freedom to speak my piece, I will do just that!  My parents didn't raise any cowards, and I earned my right to enjoy the freedoms outlined in the U.S. Constitution when I did two tours in Vietnam.  Read 'em and weep.

This is really important.  Rosa Ilaena-Lehtinen (R-FL) is the Chair for the Foreign Affairs Commission.  Ron Paul is on that Commission too.

Well, friends and readers,
We can expect the accelerated rush, stress, and pushy, greedy, selfish, "Christmas" cranks to come out of the woodwork from now until that special day...Dec. 25th.  I am in a good, gentle, merry and thankful mood this year, albeit still alone with just my faithful, loyal, companion, Deuce, the Rottweiler dog.  I have everything a guy could want or need, with a stable, realistic, self sustaining mindset and good humor, and dates here and there.  Hope to have a steady girl friend, or more down the road, with SOME LADY, perhaps, still don't know who... lol,   while most of the world goes down that  busy, crowded highway  to hell... lol, as the economy melts down ever more.    I am just so very thankful for everything I have, including enough money/ income to pay down/ pay off my bills, mortgage in an old, but cozy warm house in a one horse town-- trying to think positive.  I will have my dear, passed wife's funeral paid off in two more months.  Boy did the funeral people rip me off, big time, and I could help others avoid that trap and pitfall... just ask me.   All I had to eat today, so far, was two oranges, but I fear that I will probably put on a few more pounds during the holiday season-- and then hit the ground running right afterward, with severe diet and pumping iron, exercise at the Gym.   Man!  I have made some good progress since my June 14th knee surgery, and the Right knee that the Milwaukee VA really carved and messed up last December 6th of last year.  What a hellish nightmare, with even some church members turning against me!!!    Some days I just wake up stiff and sore and don't FEEL like driving to the YMCA Gym for a good work out-- so I must beat myself with a whip to get SOMETHING accomplished, even a light work out.        I cannot forget my personal Bible study and need some kind of routine or regimen again so as to be more organized.  

And then the North Chicago VA will prob want me to go thru a colonoscopy again in Jan., or whatever... and I said that I would comply this time for sure... and get that stuff OVER WITH!!   I just hate more 'invasive procedures' with the distinct possibility of catching/ getting something I didn't bargain for!!  The long, extended line of Vets for 'Travel Pay' at the VA was so long that I just decided to walk, or roll out and home.  I believe that the VA does that crap on purpose-- just so the Veterans become agitated enough to walk off, and then the VA saved a lot of money!  It's an old, sorry, trick-- about cheating the Veterans, and nothing new under the sun.  Ha!  We are fair game and it's always open season on Veterans-- and that is a side issue purpose of my humble blog-- warning and helping other Vets navigate the corrupt, dirty, crooked VA, and informing Vets how to get what is theirs, and survive!  This is a temporary thing on earth, but the BIG PICTURE is:  Salvation and Heaven!!  So I am doing a 2 pronged attack and information web site thingy-- and have a few hundred readers... thank you very much, and it's good therapy for me.  
 When will Mr. President get his just due, for supporting abortion, Anti-2nd Amendment, promoting the Gay agenda, tripling our national debt, etc??  When God judges him and the nation who elected him, and since he and most of the Congress threw  Israel under the bus in 2011 and before-- God will surely recompense.... and that day might be closer than we want to believe.  I feel that we Christians MUST keep that important tether rope tied tight to the Lord in heaven, and read/ study the Word daily [for myself, at least] to stay in touch with the reality of Bible Prophecy.  Personally, I don't have any rave reviews of this upcoming New Year, but for now, I just want to soak in some more good feelings and joy, love, thankfulness of what ever I have to stay afloat and a few toys, means of good transportation in the Winter, etc.   Thank you, Lord God, for sending your only begotten Son, Jesus, to live and die for our sins and salvation!!

And....  a 'lady' named "S", who once claimed that she loved me dearly, got tired of my criticism of the Lefty-Loopy, Liberals, especially her dear Messiah in the WH- obama, and told me today never to contact her again-- largely because of my big mouth and Conservative opinions about the way Liberals are-- destroying our country... and so I will not bother her or send her any more Blog posts, etc.  I guess I ought to just shut up and never talk politics ever again-- but I thought we still had the 1st Amendment in America ... yet.  I grew weary of her finger shaking, 'school marm-ish' scoldings, and she said she met and worked for Obama personally-- and that he was  a rock solid, pure Christian man....  duh.   Yep, and there is a sucker morn every day,  sweetie pie.  I votes for the wrong man two times and lived to regret that too-- so I ought to know how slick the lying Dems and Republicans can be.  Yes, sooner rather than later,  we will all have to show our hand and identify what camp we stand in-- and reap the consequences-- good or bad.  I feel that the so-called "Litmus Test" of politicians must past muster, if they want MY humble vote.  It's Simple:  Where do they stand on a few core issues??  1st and 2nd Amendments and the entire Constitution, Pro-gun, Pro-Life, Pro- Marriage [one man and one woman], Conservative, Pro-real Democracy, No Socialist, Communist, etc.  But Mr. Obama already said clearly what he stood for before he ran for Prez, so people/ voters KNEW what to expect-- no excuses.  Scratch one more Liberal woman-- and what in the heck was I thinking anyway when I met her???   Looks like another dude from IL is going to jail too,  Gov. Blodgoiavich [and I know I am spelling his name wrong... sorry].   And she "S" claims to be a Believer, too, and maybe so.  but it's still hard for me to link a socialist / Liberal with the American Dream of hard work and success-- via half of the population on the welfare roll, while the other half have to support them !!!   If you vote for someone who sanctions and support Gays and perverts-- what do you expect when the perverts and law breakers,  'call in their markers?'   Do we need another lesson in "Chicago politics???"  I live about 30 miles North of Chicago, and I ought to know.

Let the world run around, busy as beavers, pouring out their plastic, fake, counterfeit words and 'Seasons greetings'-- while real Christians share their love and kindness.    I am not so special either, a big old sinner man, but I am well grounded in the Truth of the Bible, and know how to get back to business, sharing what I have and spreading a little good cheer.  More about this latter. 
     For those of us who live in the great North Central USA-- the cold arctic air is moving in... and --
   My beard is starting to grow out now and looking better, IMHO.  Smile!  I think it will be a very cold Winter.

Feeding the Dog.

I only had one apple all day long and then became very hungry, and attacked a small piece of Thuringer [German worst, of course...]  sausage with some rye bread as Deuce, the Rotty watched a few feet away, hoping that I would share with him.... but not this evening.  I am drinking more water lately rather than soda pop but just have to discipline myself better, and then things will work better for me.  

'Say it ain't so'... that it takes more energy and trouble to take care of yourselves when we get over 60... lol.  As things go wrong, or we don't walk the straight and narrow, our once strong and powerful bodies[and mind] break down, and wise old king Solomon was so right when he wrote Ecclesiastes about this old age subject!  Having been to Europe and Asia at the age of 19, I have seen real poverty that the majority of fat, spoiled, greedy, lazy, Americans will never see!!  Most combat Vets know how to survive and live on the cheap-- but it is much easier for a poor man to beget riches-- than the other way around-- and those in deep debt will become mere slaves for the rest of their lives, IMHO, no matter WHO gets in office next!!  And who do you think will have more incentive to work harder and get ahead?  Where do YOU set YOUR goals in life, and why??  

I wanted, and planned to go/ get a lot farther in my life, but suffered several great mishaps [like divorce- and so losing my behind because of greedy, selfish women who love to hurt others-- but now they are poor.. lol,  and without  Faith in Christ, and really NEVER were real Christians from the get- go] that would have killed MOST men, but I am not a quitter, unless I believe that I SHOULD "cut my loses" and try another route or way, instead of bleeding to death.  And then... having found the true Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in the Winter of 1994-95, changed so much in my life and endeavors, and I have also learned to be content-- but it also took me a long time to clean up my own act.  And when my dear wife, Sharon, died this past April, 2011, I totally lost interest in a bunch of things, not giving a flying hoot, one way or another, and I have a whole different prospective of life on earth now.  I was going to leave a lot to my son, Andy, but he is gone now too.   i just lost interest in so many things, and I rarely cook anymore and don't eat right, etc.   I will take care of my loved ones-- and those who love me, but I am not too concerned, and my Will is made out properly. 

And now, the reason why I say things about philosophy and opinions is because my mindset is usually shaped by the Bible, which is perfect, but most folks on earth do not/ will not/ cannot understand it-- and that is mostly THEIR fault, especially if they have read my humble Blog!  In fact, everybody I come in contact with, gets a healthy dose of scripture, and how to gain Bible knowledge and salvation thru Christ!  I believe that is the ONLY reason why God is keeping me alive on this earth now.  I am nothing special or holy-- I am just a very skilled communicator / teacher, and know the Bible very well after studying it for so many years intently, [with the help of the Holy Spirit] and God's great blessings [Thank you, Lord!] upon me, PTL ["Praise the Lord].  

To that end, I know that I could die at any time now, even while I seek to eat, diet, exercise, and be moderate in habit...[as too many combat Veterans my age and younger are dropping like flies from Agent Orange, and an assortment of other related, stressful conditions]  if I don't obey the Lord and His Word, the Bible, I can expect to "go home early" minus my full reward.  I am having more panic and anxiety attacks lately, and I am only looking for a normal, kind, friendly, happy, joyful relationship with some Christian woman, but I realize that the Rapture could come any time now, so I need to stay clean, and close to God.  It would be the greatest tragedy to lose the 'crown of life' NOW!!  Yet, we ALL sin every day that we breathe in polluted air on a run away planet slip-sliding away, almost ready to 'crash and burn.'  That last phrase I just used has a particular meaning to all aviators--especially helicopter crew members in combat.  Because if the ship crashes hard enough, there is a good chance that the JP-4 [fuel] will explode and render the crew and cargo- "Crispy Critters" --which is another aviation term for those who burn to death after the crash.  Tell me that  very few aviators don't have religion...Ha!  And to think that if I would have suffered that fate in RVN [Vietnam] I would have gone to hell, for sure, because I didn't have the Lord back then!!  So, as many Christians tell me:  "God must have loved ME a lot!" 

And I am just bone tired of the 'dating scene' with all the drama,  stress, dishonest females out there, lies, games,and players-- and the women I date tell me some horror stories too... about the dirty old men and their lewd pix.. lol.  There are so many perverts out there to contend with... and that is why many ladies find my truthful manner quite refreshing!  Still, finding the right soul mate who is really loyal, is daunting and difficult, to say the least... but we must take that chance, if we are to find a good mate and true love again.   It's like fishing and hunting... if you don't go out and try-- you won't come home with anything to eat!  And it's always nice to have a little meat with your everyday beans, potatoes and carrots, and I mean that in a wholesome, positive,clean way, friends.   Now days, almost everything is perverted and defiled into something unclean.  Shame.  I can tell great jokes without getting dirty and shameful.
