Hello Friends,
   It's always nice, and cool to belong to something,  A club, organization, outfit, group of like minded guys or gals... something much bigger than one single man who joins something in early life and uses it for a 'foundation' to build on.       Personally, my hitch in the U.S. Army was good training, learning, and discipline/ skill sets that would benefit me in later life.   Without taking things too far, a person needs some kind of organization and training that will mold him, suit him the rest of his life.   
     I wanted so bad to attend college to learn a trade and other skills, but I had to wait for 17.3 years later to finally get into a college, and then went a 2nd time to increase my knowledge.   For me,  that was so cool, and instructional.   I learned how to apply myself, study hard as my latent education opened so many other doors for me.   Praise the Lord!   But I was super amazed to learn the Personal Computer and learn TONS of more interesting things.... and I am in Paradise... LOL!  I will turn age 70 in a few months and my health is suffering a bit, but I now research Herbs to help me cope and survive, especially after I recently learned that the Medicines/ Concoctions given me by my local VAMC -- "Veterans Administration Medical Center" -- [memorize that, please] that are really poison to human beings,  but 'Big Pharm' MUST continue to create new medicines to 'TREAT' people, instead of 'CURING' them !  They want to milk that cash cow -- not slaughter the cow.  And they are rightfully scared of the good President Trump and VP Pence.   That will be a hard nut to crack and maybe the wicked, greedy, BIG PHARM turkeys will try to harm or extinguish our valiant Leader, Pres. Trump.   I worry and pray for his safety, and also wish that LEO's would use stronger law enforcement.   [LEO-- Law Enforcement Officers].   I personally believe that Father God is using Pres. Trump to give us all more time to repent and follow the "Son," before the Great Tribulation begins,  but not before the Rapture takes the Saints far away from the coming hell on earth sequence.   It is NOW that people need to make the time and study the KJV Bible, or the NASB to get with the program.   There is a limit to Father God's mercy, gentlemen and ladies.
     Some may say:   'God, don't take us yet,  because I need more time to work out my human imperfection and clean myself up!'   But the Father will send His Son when HE thinks [knows] the correct time.    

Personally, I am not satisfied with my own progress,  but at least I am trying harder to get somewhere.   BTW [by the way],  I am always looking for a few more email buddies and Christian friends.   
     I just ordered a few more healing Herbs for my sore back, etc., today.   And some folks in the know believe that we might be soon experiencing a radical change in our American Dollar.... a "Re-Boot."   I encourage anyone that can, to invest in Precious Metals, gold, silver, platinum, copper, etc., but never put them in a Bank !!  They will steal it, LEGALLY... Ha!  Beware.  I suppose that I can get into trouble just for posting information like this.   Shhhhhh!   And I figure that all the 'goods' I leave behind after the Rapture won't matter to us after we get to heaven.   The very streets of heaven are PAVED with gold, not that we need it in heaven... LOL.   We can't eat gold or silver anyway.    Smile.   
       Through the centuries and millenniums, great super powers have risen up, only to fall down when a news power takes it's place, many of them recorded for us in the Bible, a powerful, worthy Book that we all need to learn about true salvation and the life soon coming.   "God cannot lie."  --Titus 1:2.

Medal of Honor Monday: "I'm not Superman. I was just a guy doing his job," Jump straight to the full story, here. At about this time in 1947, a hero is born. Gary Wetzel would join the United States Army soon after his 18th birthday. Was he an unlikely hero? He’d then been in the habit of skipping school a lot. He joined the Army because it was “either . . . get a job or join the service, so I chose to join the service.” Either way, the Army was blessed to have Wetzel! The young soldier went to Vietnam, where he was assigned to an ordnance outfit. But Wetzel wanted something more. He wanted to be a gunner on a helicopter. He soon discovered that the best way to get there was to volunteer for a second tour of duty. He was only ten days away from finishing that second tour when disaster struck. On January 8, 1968, Wetzel’s helicopter was flying an Eagle Flight when it was shot down. Two men aboard were immediately killed by enemy fire. Wetzel himself was soon struck by a grenade and thrown into a rice paddy. His left arm was badly wounded. Yet Wetzel was in no mood to be stopped. “I got a little bit more zip left in me,” he later joked of that time. “Although bleeding profusely due to the loss of his left arm and severe wounds in his right arm, chest, and left leg,” Wetzel’s citation says, “Sp4c. Wetzel staggered back to his original position in his gun-well and took the enemy forces under fire. His machinegun was the only weapon placing effective fire on the enemy at that time.” Wetzel described the scene a bit more colorfully: There were so many explosions around him that it was “like the July 4th but it’s on the ground.” The story concludes HERE. Hi Friends,
     I love my Mom,  but she used to tell me [to help and protect me...] to just mind my own business, "Don't make waves" and not to run my big mouth so much, for fear that I might get into trouble.  And that goes for me volunteering and enlisting in the Army, also submitting a "1049 - request for Vietnam, --change of duty station"  when I had a 'gravy job in Germany !'   Sorry. Mom,  I know that you couldn't understand that need to serve and make my mark in the world, before all the conflict somehow ended.   It was the stinking 'Media' and stupid politics back home that 'pulled the rug out' on us fighting men and women!!   Just when we were actually WINNING !!   The Army and Marines didn't lose the war in Vietnam --- the politicians, hippies, and so-called 'News Media' stole our Victory !   Shame!   While companies like Dow Chemical got rich from making, 'Agent Orange' and Napalm.'   But hundreds of American Soldiers died from those two named concoctions, also passed it on to their offspring.   Shame again.   

Ha!   Yes, I know that many folks wish that I would not be so vocal,  but just shut up and make believe it never happened.   
      Somehow, for some reason, Father God took care of me right after I got down on my knees while technically homeless in the Winter of 1994- 95, and begged forgiveness of all my know sins, and accepted Jesus into my heart forever, and promised to try hard to do His will.    Sure I worked hard all my life, even on Dad's farm in Racine County, Wisconsin, USA.   I also tried my best to use my God given teaching ability to help others and was too generous to others who just milked me all they could including wayward wives and girl friends.   One good Pastor told me,  "Tom, Just don't give them your money and goods!"   I wouldn't mind attending his church again, except the bathroom is way downstairs and a hard time for me to climb up and down the steep stairs, IMHO,  sorry.   I sorely NEED to find a good Christian church that studies and preaches the KJV Bible !    But now days the churches only seek to tickle the ears of the faithful church goers, or only wants their constant money.   Just my humble opinion, folks.    I well know that churches need to pay for their heat/ cooling, and other things.

We actually know what will happen in the end because the HOLY SPIRIT allows us to UNDERSTAND the timely book of Revelation.  

Our weather in the U.P. of MI is surely getting colder every day it seems as the trees are so beautiful changing colors right now and next month we shall get plenty of snow again.   

Yes,  Pray for this Nation, the President Trump and his good family, and all the preachers who praise and teach the TRUTH of the Bible and our Lord, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

October 5th, 2018 It is almost impossible to overstate the importance of the crossroads at which we stand today in America. The unexpected election of Donald Trump forced into open view the truth about the "fundamental change" that has occurred in our nation during the last few years. It revealed unacknowledged corruption in our government's institutions that has shaken the confidence of many Americans. In the same way, the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court has exposed the extreme threat the Left poses to the core values of our republic. None of us doubted that the Left would fight tooth and nail to defeat anyone who might pose a perceived threat to our national orgy: the unrestrained practice of killing our unborn -- or almost born -- at whim. Most Americans, even if not practicing Judeo-Christians, still have within themselves an uncomfortable sense that something is not right about this national disgrace. After all, the "lawful" murder of 152 absolutely innocent persons per hour per day per week per month per year cannot be swept under the cosmic rug forever. Deep within most Americans, the disconcerting thought lurks that, at some point, God Himself is going to say, "Enough is enough!" But I think few of us realized exactly how much the Left is willing to sacrifice to preserve that national sin. Everything. One of the defining principles of our nation -- one that is almost innate within the psyche of Americans -- is the idea that each of us is "innocent until proven guilty" of any accusation. We all grew up knowing that, when the stakes were high, at least we had the protection of that fundamental assumption. We knew that in matters great or small, the onus of proof was on the accuser. (Unless the accuser was Mom. She didn't actually need proof, she somehow just knew.) In fact, it has been a main pillar of jurisprudence in America for centuries, and millennia in previous societies. Yet the main bludgeon in the final battle against Kavanaugh's nomination has been an attempt to pervert that principle. The Left is so desperate to win that it has chosen to sacrifice that hallowed right on the altar of expediency. The Democratic Party, the mainstream media, academia, entertainment, and a disappointing number of "establishment" organizations (even churches) apparently all agree that "guilt by accusation" is the new, acceptable standard. And that the concept of a "statute of limitations" is unnecessary. I don't need to tell you how explosively dangerous both of those ideas are. Normal Americans understand the frightening possibilities this quicksand represents. Those on the Left know, too, that's why their reckless willingness to discard them is so disturbing. "Guilt by accusation alone" was the foundation on which The Inquisition, the Salem witch trials, and the Reign of Terror were perpetrated. (Also, the practice that the accused defend himself before he heard the accusation. The Senate Judiciary Committee's minority members -- the Democrats -- insisted that Judge Kavanaugh testify in his defense before Dr. Ford presented her accusations. The Committee Chairman refused.) As I write this, I feel vaguely like we are Christian in the Slough of Despond (The Pilgrim's Progress). It is, indeed, a dangerous place that can claim our lives if someone does not happen by to help us reach the other side. In this case, I believe that "someone" is God and He has already happened by to help us. He has helped us by providing a spotlight to expose the dangerous bog into which our nation has wandered. And the helpful hand that is extended to us is the recognition that we, as citizens, have the power to pull ourselves out of this immediate threat before it is too late. We have the means to reject the wiles and ploys of those who are willing to subvert our rights and liberties to hold on to the power to which they feel entitled. That means is the ballot box. Our power is the vote. We are just over a month from the mid-term general elections. As I always do, I encourage you to study the platforms and policies of the candidates in your state and your district. Compare them to the principles taught in the Bible. Then vote the Bible. And vote your conscience. Once again, I cannot overstate the importance of this moment in our history. If we are to continue to realize God's blessings on our nation, we must get serious about rejecting the slide into nihilism. We must get serious about restoring to preeminence the moral foundations on which our nation was built. We must get serious about seeking God's forgiveness for our national failures and working to restore our national values. Our second President, John Adams once observed, "Avarice, ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our Constitution, as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made wholly for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." America was not designed to operate in the chaos of backstabbing, greed, and rage. But since our nation has been systematically eliminating God from our institutions and culture, we no longer have the moral compass to sustain the greatness that our heritage allowed us to achieve. Dear Friends and avid Readers:
    I didn't realize that my bi-weekly workouts at the local VAMC ended today !
But the kind, positive staff there told me that they could still squeeze me in as an "Independent" visitor down the road, when the traffic was lower and slower.   Perhaps I am lazy by nature, especially in my old age, but once I get going and make the commitment, pumping iron really makes me feel better and much stronger !!   I also wrote a nice letter of accommodation for the 2--staff members, Sara W., and Bill J., who I consider my friends now.   Bill is big and strong as a bull!   The way I used to be about 25 years ago, as a power lifter, also working at Chrysler in Kenosha, Wisconsin.   I am still having trouble with my diet, although I eat less than ever before in my life !   Dang!   
     Everything hurts, feet, back, knees and joints, as the wonderful VA system has taken away all of our pain meds....Ha!   I suppose that if we are dying of a painful cancer,  they will get us something for the pain.   Isn't that so very magnanimous of the.   LOL.

Jesus warned that the generation who saw all these things (prophecies) take place at the same time, that would be the generation chosen to see His 2nd coming. Jesus in Matthew 24:33-34 said the following: "Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. I just hope that many will see the "writing on the wall" in time and not dally too much.   Father God has PROMISED to "fix" things in heaven and on Earth.   think!  If God tarried [waited too long] we humans would certainly destroy the Earth and everyone in it !   We don't have to be perfect to go to heaven, and not all "good" people will escape the Earth when the SHTF... sorry.  But will we accept the Truth of the KJV Bible and accept Jesus as our personal Savior, or just be lulled into a sleepy state of mind, or go with the flow --- like a dead fish?

Fact #2: What AB 2943 could do This means that AB 2943 could:   Make it illegal to have a Christian conference on sexuality and marriage from a Biblical perspective, if that conference discourages the homosexual behavior Make it illegal for pastors to encourage their church members that they can overcome same-sex attraction or gender confusion Make it illegal for bookstores or Amazon to sell books that teach a Biblical viewpoint on homosexuality and gender confusion – potentially including the sale of the Bible Fact #3: Why it’s so dangerous This bill threatens to punish any Christian, pastor, author or professional counselor for any financial transaction involving “sexual orientation change efforts.” This could include a fine or an expensive lawsuit for any Christian college offering a class or seminar in Biblical sexuality, or for any Christian offering counseling in sexual orientation or gender identification. And yes, even the sale of Bibles could be the target for a lawsuit. Fact #4: They want Christians to compromise their faith This bill codifies into law what Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi said, “The faith community, like anyone else, needs to evolve with the times.” You read that correctly: He thinks that as Christians, we must change our beliefs…and have no choice. This bill creates an assault on any Biblical-based service that declares freedom in Christ over sexual sin or confusion, if money is exchanged for the service. Fact #5: They are calling Christian beliefs “fraud” The progressive socialists who are demanding this social engineering call this bill stopping “fraud.” These efforts do not constitute fraud – They express our sincerely held religious beliefs, which radical progressives are trying to stamp out. I know those with gender confusion and same sex attraction who now live their lives in freedom according to their Biblical beliefs. I know former homosexuals who are now happily married to people of the opposite gender. By the power of the Holy Spirit, people can change and find joy in living out their faith. Fact #6: What’s happening now This bill is now going for a final vote in the California State Assembly. Here’s the next step in stopping the bill. We need to flood the State Assembly members with phone calls and emails. It’s the number of calls that will stop this bill. Too little and we prove the consensus of the church is impotent and no threat in California to their bad laws. Tell your own Assembly member that you oppose AB 2943. Fact #7: What you can do You, your family members and friends can help with your phone calls. The more people that call and email, the more likely we are to win. Without the calls, we will lose. We want you only to call your Assembly member in the district you live in. They only care about their reelection. Here are 4 steps to help stop this dangerous bill:   Click here to find the name and contact information of the Assembly member in your district. You will probably talk to one of their staff members. When you call, be polite – but tell them that this bill AB 2943 is very concerning to you, and that you’re telling your friends, neighbors, and church members about it. Tell the Assembly member you would like them to vote NO on AB 2943. Tell them this bill is insulting to Christians and violates your religious beliefs. Note: Don’t mention “Ban the Bible”. They will tell you a lie – that it won’t. They won’t tell you it is so poorly written it will lead to lawsuits and will create a ban.
