I heard this last night on the News but wanted for someone else to make the first move on posting it... If this isn't REAL entertainment for all Americans... lol, I'll be a monkey's uncle!! Does this female make any sense at all, and how could she be more been more condescending to the American public?!? Wow. Now you see why the Gov't wants to "dumb down" the school kids -- so they will truly grow up to be ignorant cattle, easily fooled into accepting anything and everything that comes down the Gov't pipe line! Frankly, I think that Pelosi is more dangerous to the Dims [Democrats] own political party....Ha! Her and Joe Biden make a great pair. Dream on, Nancy.... goofy woman!

Well, I did finally bring my wife home from the hospital a half hour ago, and she broke down crying because she missed being home with me as she was enjoying the bit of chocolate cake I had for her. Just wait until she gets a chance to read the Blog post about the gentleman with no arms or legs later.
At least for a while we shall be OK and comfort each other.. and there is 'NO PLACE LIKE HOME!' Now we can read, study and pray together now without some hospital staff barging into her her room to bother us, especially when they know I am visiting her for a short time from 22 miles away.

This latest condescension toward the American people has
raised the arrogance level of the Obama/Reid/Pelosi
political machine to new heights. Honestly, I didn't
think it was possible.

Both the House and Senate bills were crafted behind closed
doors because their architects knew that when the American
people understood the scope and breadth of this governmental
takeover of our medical system, we would strongly reject
them.

And we do reject them! The undeniable fact is that a
growing majority of Americans oppose both Chambers'
versions.

++We dare not trust the ObamaCare "fix."

The so-called "President's Plan" is simply that - a plan.
It doesn't even exist, legislatively speaking. It's only
a promise that they will "fix" the Senate bill once the
House passes it.

But how can we trust the President and the
ultraliberal legislators of the 111th Congress
to "fix" this trillion-dollar, tax-laden,
anti-life bill when they have TOTALLY IGNORED
the voices of the American people throughout
this entire process?

That is precisely why wavering Democrats in the House are
extremely reluctant to pass the Senate version. It is only
on the administration's and Harry Reid's word that any
"fixes" will take place.

Mr. President, we don't trust you or the leadership

This video is heart wrenching and truly amazing how God works in the lives of each one of us. I have never felt inspiration like I have after watching this video of Nick Vujicic. God is truly working through the life of this young man.

As the scriptures states; All thing are possible with God.

Matthew 19:26 NASB And looking at them Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

And after watching the video of this young man I would have to say that it is absolutely true.

He was born without arms nor legs. However, God is using Nick Vujicic to share the gospel around the world.

Sharon is coming home... again.

Surprise! My wife said the doctor talked to her about 9PM last night and told her that she may go home IF our insurance will get her some extra physical help at home to help her bath and do physical therapy. I rapidly told Sharon that I would gladly bath my wife as I have before, and I will help her walk about with a "gait belt" around her, which she already has-- and to tell her doctor that right now. But we all know how hard it is to find and talk to your doctor when you need to...Ha! Just telling the truth.


Well, I would love to think positive except I know too much about Sharon's health concerns-- and I will bet $100 that she will be back in the hospital in 90 days or so...... sorry. Personally, I don't think that Sharon should be coming home yet,because all the questions about her sicknesses are not answered and addressed yet. But maybe the 'docs' think that they can't do any more for her at this point. The hound dog, "Deuce" the Rottweiler, is a trained therapy and "Service dog" and that will help pick up Sharon's spirits. Praise the LORD! for all the talented, trained pets that He gives us that help to make us happy and well!

I am just a bit anxious, confused, Blue, and overwhelmed at this point, today, with my wife's condition, my upcoming tax preparation, VA appointments, the BS census [invasion of my privacy-- 'Big Brother' etc. It's a very foggy, dreary day in WI, with forecast rain for the next 4 days, with traffic accidents from the poor visibility near me. With all the gravel I bought and laid down-- my back drive way is still a muddy quagmire. At least the sun is coming out, and I long for Spring and Big Sun Shine where the dog and I can play and work in the garden/ back yard!

I just may wait for tomorrow to see, and hopefully pick up my wife.

One day I came home from the grocery store so excited to dig into all of the juicy tropical fruit I'd scored. The deep reds, bright oranges, sunny yellows, and rich greens were truly gorgeous. I was going to make a delicious fruit salad.

Then I tried cutting into the fruit, and my knife just sort of smooshed it all. Ugh!

I needed to sharpen my knife in a pinch -- trouble is, I don't own a knife sharpener. So I figured out the next best thing: my morning coffee mug.

It's true, the bottom of most ceramic coffee mugs have a flat, unglazed ring that is the perfect surface for giving that dull knife a quick sharpening. Just run the blade across the bottom of the mug at a 45-degree angle, working from the butt up near the knife's handle to the tip. Slide the blade downward in one direction, keeping your fingers out of the way as you work.

This little trick will sharpen your knife like new in a few quick strokes. Just don't use try it on serrated knives.

Now, if you've flipped over all of your mugs and none have the unglazed ring, no worries -- a terra cotta pot will work just as well. Or try flipping over some of your soup or cereal bowls.

Think that's cool? I have some easy ideas for sharpening other kitchen implements too!

- Sharpen can opener blades by running a piece of waxed paper through the mechanism. It will clean and sharpen in one quick step.

- If your scissors are dull, fold a piece of aluminum foil several times and give it a bunch of snips with your scissors. You won't believe the difference. If you don't have any aluminum foil in the house, try cutting through some sandpaper instead; it'll give you the same outcome.

See? It's never too late to sharpen your kitchen skills.

I have been criticized for my Christian Worldview' of thinking/ believing in the Savior's promise to Rapture his servants and followers up to Heaven in the 'near future.' Obviously, no mortal man knows the exact time, for obvious reasons, but there have been PLENTY of mini steps, "Signs" that a blind man could 'see,' IMHO.
So YOU may ask yourself some logical questions.... What If: Israel decides to protect itself from all the dire threats of her armed neighbors to destroy Israel's birth right/ home land -- bequeathed by the God of the Bible, no less ? Now that Israel has discovered a huge store of Natural Gas in their country-- all of a sudden they have some other 'value.'

Well, you always need to look at the kind of people involved, their history, their propensity of always lying, violent, greedy, hateful... [I am referring to nations like Iran, Syria, Turkey, Islamic nations]. And from a 'Christian Worldview' there is a nasty curse upon any and all nations to try to hurt or steal Israel's God given home land. I mean-- this is Almighty God we are dealing with now.... and this is certainly not to be taken lightly or beg IGNORANCE of in the Bible... unless you've been sitting in "Rev." Jeremiah Wright's church in Chicago for the past 20 years... LOL.
An Air Strike from Israel would not constitute the 'end of the world', but it would change the dynamics of many countries and send ripple effects all over the world.

I am NOT letting out any national security secrets here, but Bible prophecy would seem to include the total destruction of the Oldest City in the World [in Syria] too. Why not clean out all the rat holes while you've got the men and assets to do it, right away ?? In past Israeli wars when a multitude of hostile enemies waged war on God's chosen people, they struck out and knocked out ALL THE HOSTILE FORCES AT ONE TIME! You have got to 'strike while the iron is hot!'
Seems to me that Israel has gone/ tried to smooth things out with Russia and other nations to avoid a war, but we all know that didn't work -- so what other alternatives do the Jews have but to PROTECT and DEFEND. obama would NEVER take a stand to offend his Islamic buddies/ brethren in the ''big sand box". I am convinced that obama's daddy was the same 'dude' curled up in the tree who tempted Eve not to eat the forbidden fruit. And he or his henchmen may have my head on a silver platter for me posting this message and opinion--before the 1st Amendment is repealed. Heck, my life is almost over now anyway, and my over worked. broken body is aching from pain every morning and night--- so send me to Heaven!

My friends and readers, is this really the time to get caught up in Satan's world of foolishness, greed, 'one-upmanship',careless spending and glitter?? My wife and I have not had a real vacation in the past 6 years, and now with our poor health, it doesn't seem like a good idea. I am paying off the plastic and bills as quickly as I can. If Sharon gets better, I will buy her some gold earrings and take her out to Red Lobster, etc. Woo Woo! I promised to bring her some flowers tomorrow when I visit her again. I know that we all feel sorry for ourselves in our own little fish bowls, micro world, until something BIG, like a 8.8 Earthquake wakes us up, or another huge war-- but the next one involving Israel may have more outreaching consequences for US.
Now when it happens again, please think of Old Soldier Tom's post, on 8-8-10.

Ain't it the Truth?! [sic]. English Grammar-- 'when you put the letters, "sic" after a sentence or phrase, it means that you WANTED to construct it that way --on purpose, even though it might be thought of as being poor/ grammatically incorrect.' Ha!

But... ain't it the truth that many people SHOW their extreme ignorance by making an absurd comment that is grossly without merit or truth? For instance, when you ask a person if they like a certain veggie or fruit, and they reply, "NO", but then find out that they NEVER EVER TRIED/ ATE THE FOOD, what does that say about them....LOL? When inner city kids tell you that milk comes from a carton or a plastic gallon container, what do you think? Or, 'figures don't lie --- but liars can figure.' They know all about a certain subject [incorrectly] but never took time to even read a book about it, much less study it in school or take a course. Especially, people are so full of themselves and pretend to know the entire Bible, but NEVER MADE THE EFFORT TO READ IT, OR STUDY IT!!


You know what, friends, either they are too darn lazy, too stupid, too proud, or just plain IGNORANT!
We are ALL ignorant to SOME extent, and all that means is, we just don't know or have had the time to read/ study about some subject.... and that's not a crime or fault. But why lie, or make up some BS story to hide our ignorance?? Why not just tell the simple truth of the matter?? Personally, I would rather have a person just have the honesty and humility to tell me the truth-- the first time around, wouldn't you?

My dear old Mom, whom I love very much, is one of those people who has never read the Bible, and she is legally blind and has a very good excuse, but she makes these insane blanket statements, like: 'The Bible is all a bunch of fairy tales or dreams....' Other people foolishly say that they don't believe in anything that they cannot see. Well, can you see the wind, electricity, sound, etc. ? I tell you all-- that for me, it's hard to deal with people who take such a foolish stand, and the Bible has a lot to say about such people, foolishness and stupidity. The book of Proverbs is full of great analogies and comparisons. When I was working with Financial Investments for PFS, they told us that: "You have the right to remain stupid." -- referring to some of our goofy clients... and to just walk away from them. They would not admit to the 'sun coming up in the East the next morning...' {LOL}. It's best to not even deal in business with such people because they can't be trusted to keep their end of the deal/ contract. And I had to study a lot of Law [Blue Sky Laws] pertinent to finance, insurance and investments, and how to deal with certain/ different circumstances, and pass a Federally mandated exam that 57% of most people usually flunk it the FIRST time. I passed the 2nd time.... Ha! It cost me $75 just to take the exam.


I love it when I find an article that explains something better than I could and agrees with my 'Biblical Worldview.' There are actually millions of people on Earth just like me with this same mindset, and love for God's own Word, the Bible. And just go figure, just go think, that "IF" [more precisely WHEN...] these fine Christians are Raptured up to Heaven by Jesus' command in the near future, what a scary, drastic, cursed World this will be for those who are 'Left Behind ?' And just think what the world would be like after the Holy Spirit withdraws from Earth..... And you all think that things are bad now?? Ha! I am NOT strutting like a peacock either because I know that many 'institutions' may go bust, like Social Security, my Chrysler pension,the VA, etc., so I don't think anyone will be really safe from all the fall out and hell that will probably come this next 365 days. Lord Protect Me. And remember: It's ALL IN THE "BOOK"!
I bet that there will be a lot LESS ignorant people on Earth at that time [In the Trib.] ... but then it will be too late.
My prayer: 'Dear Father, Please correct me in Your Kindness -- and Not in Your Anger...'
Who will leave a serious comment about what THEY are doing to prepare right now?? Don't be afraid.


I saw Sharon again today after church and brought her some Braeburn apples [good for eating, and just a little tart], and then one of her doctors dropped in her room shortly after she got her lunch and scolded Sharon for ordering French fries and fried chicken tenders, telling her that she HAS TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE in choosing her food if she wants to combat her heart problems! I just sat there with my mouth shut because I knew the doctor was right-- and I am sure that the doctor will 'talk to the kitchen staff' to correct that 'problem'.. lol. The lady doctor seemed to be Arab, and I got along well with her, or course. When Sharon cries that there is nothing to eat at home-- what she really means is that she ran out of Popsicles, ice cream, Pepsi, junk foods, etc. We both need to stick to our diets better. Truth be told, I have spoiled my wife. Shame on me.... but I like to treat my lady special. But Sharon is the same age as I am-- and needs to be responsible for what she puts in her own mouth.... especially after her open heart surgery of having an aortic valve replacement last March! She hopes to get more answers tomorrow, and the UltraSound of her kidneys and Gall Bladder, as she suspected some small holes in her Gall Bladder, perhaps from Sarcoidosis, a flesh eating disease that attacks soft tissue and organs of the body. When it rains-- it pours. My youngest sister, Denise, died of the same disease at age 35, and left a husband and 6 boys behind, and that was tragic for our family... things were never the same after that. One of her sons is over in Afghanistan right now with the U.S. Army, I believe.

The 'Bad Guys', convicted felons will always find a way to get guns to commit more crime! Peaceful, law abiding, LEGAL citizens have to comply with strict laws to buy a fire arm legally, and 'Progressive', liberal, Congressmen and Senators [the Dims] sic, are constantly trying to nullify our precious 2nd Amendment! Shame!

Be alert! Be Vigilant! Take part in contacting your Statesmen and TAKE ACTION to protect our U.S. Constitution! Humble yourselves to pray to the ONE, TRUE GOD OF THE BIBLE. The time is short.
Almost every day we read about another murder in the city [North Side Ghetto part] of Milwaukee. This is something so predictable that you could lay down money and bet--- and you would win...lol! Milwaukee is a fine city with many factories like Harely Davidson Motorcycles, Breweries, huge crane companies like Harnisfeger, etc., Allan Bradly [with the largest clock in the world-- larger than Big Ben, in England], and the beautiful Lake Michigan lakefront and many festivals and ethnic celebrations. But we also have a 4 generation welfare class that has mutated into a crime ridden ghetto, IMHO. Pity.

Bail Set at $1 Million in Quadruple Homicide

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A court commissioner set bail at $1 million Friday for each of the two Milwaukee men charged in the gang-style killings of two women and the suffocation of one victim's two young sons.

Anthony E. Barnes, 23, and Desmond D. Laster, 21, appeared in Milwaukee County court for separate hearings. Each wore an orange prison jumpsuit and was handcuffed at the waist. Neither man spoke in court.

Assistant District Attorney Carole Manchester asked for bail of $1 million for each. Both men had long criminal histories and each was a flight risk, she said.

Public defender Reyna Morales countered that Barnes and Laster had deep ties to the Milwaukee area and little money to afford a high bail.

Court Commissioner Julia Vosper said the seven-figure bail was appropriate given the nature of the allegations and each man's frequent contact with the legal system.

Neither man showed any reaction when the bail amount was set.

Barnes and Laster are each charged with being party to the crime of four counts of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of arson. They're also charged with being felons in possession of a firearm.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of more than four life sentences per suspect.

Laster and Barnes went to the home of Laster's girlfriend, 19-year-old Brittney Robertson, last week, and the three robbed Robertson's roommate of $800 and killed her, according to a criminal complaint.

Robertson stabbed Rachel Thompson, 23, multiple times while Laster used duct tape to fasten plastic bags around the necks of Thompson's 3- and 4-year-old sons, suffocating them, investigators said. The three then set the place on fire as they fled, the complaint said.

The trio took Thompson's third son, 6-week-old Maurice Visor Jr., police said. He was found a few hours later, abandoned but safe outside a church eight miles away.

As the day wore on, Robertson began panicking as news outlets circulated a photograph of her that police had distributed, the complaint said. Laster and Barnes feared she'd get caught and turn them in, so Barnes killed her with a single gunshot to the back of the head, according to prosecutors.

Robertson had lived with Thompson for "a couple of months," district attorney John Chisholm said. She told acquaintances that she was in love with the father of Thompson's infant son, although that man is in prison, the complaint said.

Chisholm declined to speculate on a motive in the slayings.
