This new Russian wrinkle means that all human speculation [especially mine] is just that-- guessing! The Lord in heaven knows exactly when to spring His trap and set things in motion. We feel that we can learn lots about God's personality by studying the entire Hebrew and Greek Scriptures-- but the best policy is to go with His flow and methods... as the old scripture goes: 'My ways are not your [human] ways.' Has not human history for the past 6000 years proved exactly that? 'Ours is but to do or die-- ours in not to ponder why...' God wants His followers/ servants to DEPEND and TRUST in Him! We want to be educated and versed in His Word-- but totally dependent on the Lord of Hosts [Armies]. And it would be great to write down and memorize: 1st Cor. 3:19.... on 'the wisdom of the world.'

I am now sure that the grand Day of Rapture will probably be a surprise to me and everyone else too, even though I try to live each day as if it were my last on earth and pray multiple times a day, and night.

I took the hound dog, Deuce, to visit Sharon today at Woodstock Health and Rehab today after the 'butcher' [oops, I mean, barber] scalped me and dumped most of the hair in my eyes and down my shirt.... grrrrr. Maybe he ought to retire too. Well, all I can say is that I won't need another 'trim' for the next 3 months... lol. Why is the world going to hell in a hand basket?? Duh... We just don't get real service or respect anymore, and no one seems to care either. Anyway, Deuce, the Rottweiler went crazy when he saw Sharon in the mess hall with two other disabled old guys. She has to share her room with another older woman patient and there is no privacy, so we can't talk about what needs to be talked about. I guess that Sharon was in a foul mood, so I left soon after. My body and feet/ knees were hurting too bad and I didn't have time to argue in public...or talk "goo goo-- da da" as if she were an infant, and like I said, there just isn't any privacy there, and I can't hear her garbled phone talk because the walls are so thick. sometimes I wonder if the Nursing home doesn't give the patients dumb dumb pills so they are more 'easy to manage...' Go figure... isn't that really what this world [and the AMA] is coming too-- the new world of over-medicated zombies and tranquilized/ sedated mankind?

Well, I don't want to air any more of my dirty laundry-- but it's hard to love and trust some one near to you when they have a compulsive lying problem and continue to apply for secret credit cards behind your back and run up charges for merchandise they can't even account for. I have asked some brothers at church for advice on how to remedy this problem. Is this a 'challenge' that most women have? I know first hand how destructive credit card debt is and can put you in the poor house. Some people may think that, since the Rapture and Tribulation are coming soon [or maybe they think that they don't have long to live] -- what does it matter, right? But what did Jesus and His apostles teach? I would think that such a mind set of charging without planning to pay back is akin to theft! And besides-- I'm NOT a Lefty-Liberal Dim... LOL, who is looking to eat lunch and then skip out on the bill! Ahh, we all have our faults, and I am a sinner too.

What do you think about those big banks freezing the mortgages that were foreclosed on and further messed up by having them chopped up and re-sold/ distributed?? I bet there is so much more corruption that has NOT been uncovered yet, as the Dims thought they would rule forever and their mischief would never be un-earthed. I think that what we are seeing now is just the tip of the ice berg! If this system were to go on for another year or so, I will have pretty much paid down/ off much of my own debt so that I could relax more and not worry about bills or 'surprises.' I just heard something else about Facebook owner giving millions to some education orgs on the East Coast lately. Any one heard about that??

Don't we all just love being constantly LIED to?? We found out soon enough in the Army that you ought never to volunteer... lol. We also found out that our own Gov't lied to us in the Army, after the Army [about Agent Orange and PTSD, etc], and to the people back home about many aspects of the war in Vietnam. I served proudly, learned a lot, made many life long friends, but I am telling you the TRUTH about the reality of Governments all over the world that LIE all the time-- and Satan has a good foot hold in each and every one of them right now. Tell me, who really trusts, doctors, attorneys, Gov't, and politicians? And, YES, Satan IS misleading the entire inhabited world. Flash: Jesus even said as much-- that in the last days, even the "Elect" [the Saints -- Matthew 24:24], might be inclined to believe some of the lies ! And that is why real Christians read/ study the Bible every single day, pray, and draw as close to the Lord as possible!

Some of my dear friends who are still locked/ trapped into the old, misleading mentality-- or the fevered charismatic groupies who follow the Piped Piper in the WH, and I have to be respectful and patient with them... as I was misled a few times in the past personally. This world of Satan is running toward a washed out bridge up ahead like a train with no brakes, and we Christians only want to warn the people aboard! Just like the strong German battleship, Bismark, or the British Titanic, that were deemed "unsinkable." I have been very blessed that most of my investments and speculations worked out well in the past. But now, having the Lord as my Shepard, and the Bible as my supreme guide-- I surely feel very confident, no matter what comes down the pike!!

If my dear readers and friends find merit in my Blog posts-- please go a little farther and do the research for themselves. Jesus said, 'Come take my yoke.' Do not go 'beyond' the scriptures, and trust NO human 'leader' completely. There will soon be many more revelations and prophecies coming true soon enough-- and 'God CANNOT lie.' ~Titus 1:2. Much of the human tragedy is politically MAN-MADE, with people starving for selfish political reasoning, greed and power! I just want you people to understand this.

Sharon is doing quite well and is so tired from the strict regimen at Woodstock Nursing Center in Kenosha, of physical therapy and activities. She lacks nothing except she wants me to bring her fav. Hello Friends,
While I certainly don't believe everything I read, I have been looking for "balance" to keep myself in proper 'check' of going too far in any direction, but letting the Bible be my guide. Some things are just plain 'Gray area' and we have to use some common sense and logic... but I did learn much from my old Financial-Investment days of business, and that has helped me not to get into deep debt.

Now, logically, being diversified is very important, and who really has a so-called 'Chrystal ball', especially when the 'game is rigged' by the super wealthy and greedy dirt bags who consider themselves masters of the world-- and indeed, their daddy just might be that [Satan]. The Bible shows that it's good and wise to save up for emergencies, and some folks think that saving about 6 months' wages is prudent. I have never been able to do that, although I have tried when I was working hard at Chrysler, with quality Mutual Funds, but that would NOT be my choice right now. And just about then, your brakes in the car or the refrigerator goes out... lol.
And then on the other side of town there is a class of people that figure they ought to live high on the hog, drink, smoke and do drugs, without 2 dollars to rub together, because they know how far Left-Socialistic our once great nation has fallen into depravity and corruption. I was NOT raised that way, but more of the 'middle of the road sort of person.'

Many so-called 'Christians' who don't read/ study their Bibles are swayed to and fro by 'hawkers' and con-men to make foolish investments that could evaporate into the air-- fueled by greed and fear. I am SO HAPPY TO POST an intelligent article that has done ME some good and give me more balance! PTL! Yes, again, BALANCE IS KEY! We need to pay our bills and debts in good order, on time. We need to keep our dwelling place neat and clean so it's healthy for us to live there. I just had my humble house painted, and was happy to pay my dear son, Andy, a good fair price for his hard work this past Summer. "One hand washes the other." I don't have a lot of savings and investments, BUT I AM VERY RICH IN THE LORD! 'For the swift do not have the race...' There will actually come a day when 'men will be throwing their money into the streets'-- because it will not hold back the wrath of God in the end. Money has it's place-- and the wise man will use it judiciously-- in the greater glory of God. Paul says that it's the LOVE of money that is evil! Not the mere holding, investing and spending of money. [see: Timothy].
I will be 'changing my tack' some what now that I have learned something new tonight... I will be fine-tuning my strategy. Great article for Believers!

What a full day for me! Three different appointments at the VA in Milwaukee this morning, EKG [again] which looked good, inhalation test and consultation-- so the docs gave me the green light. I talked to a few Vets also waiting in long lines and even heard that the Lefty- Libs are trying to collapse the VA health system and make everything in the US one big "HAPPY" family, 'obama-care'. Let me tell you now that the general population will NOT be happy with the coming Socialist system.

Sharon was busy playing cards with a bunch of other nursing home residents at Woodstock in Kenosha, WI., when I finally got there, and she seems happy. I brought her purse, clothes and fresh fruit -- but I was anxious and stressed out from jumping through all the hoops at the VA, and Sharon's room seemed to be too warm for me. I call her many times a day to see how she is.

As usual, I listened to Brannon Howse--WVCY 107.7 FM, on the way home about 1:30-ish, and I got another big dose of startling news and info about our economy and the Socialist plans. First of all, precious metals continue to go up thru the roof, but the Gov't just jacked up the price of their minted "Silver Eagles".. again! Now we must pay $2.00 EXTRA because of inflation-- and that is a .50 cent jump from the last time they pulled that stunt! The Gov't KNOWS what is happening-- and yet they lie that the economic pciture is so rosy and we are OUT OF THE RECESSION...Ha! For people who study and know about these things [precious metals, etc]-- it's alarming. they well know that the US dollar is collapsing and isn't worth the paper and ink. Number 2: If you are a student of history, and military, forcing homosexuals into the ranks not only pushes the good 'God and Country' type of soldiers out of the service-- but it makes for a meaner, no morals/ no honor type of people filling the ranks. They are infusing the trash and kicking out the 'God and Country', good, moral soldiers who have better 'cohesion.' And when the Gov't declares martial law in the streets to hold back the rioters who are finally aware of the WH lies-- the standard of the 'new' homo Army will be all about cruelty and being ruthless. Is that what the people want??

I had a fun time witnessing to some hospital staff plus other G.I.'s, and one guy had a small pocket bible sticking in his shirt pocket, so we traded email addresses, and I might just be able to benefit to him. And then, when I asked 2 nurses if they were 'ready for the Rapture'-- they said, "NO !" Well, they were nice people, but they showed their hand with a reply like that. Sometimes they will size me up as some 'religious nut'-- but after they listen to my words-- they understand that I have a high verbal aptitude and things make sense to them concerning what the Bible says. You have to figure that not everyone we witness to and share the Gospel with will spring out of their chair, repent and accept the Lord. BUT, I [we] DID plant that seed! We are God's mouth piece/ messengers as we share the Good News of the Kingdom and the Gospel of Salvation far and wide. 'This great work is being done all over the world for a witness to all the nations--- [Matthew 24:14], and then the end will come.' When we finally face our Lord and Master in heaven to give an account of ourselves-- what excuse will we offer?? What did WE do for the Kingdom when we were living on earth? Remember Jesus' story of the Talents of gold?? We don't need to be a 10 headed professor, a missionary or a pastor to do this simple, but important work, you know... MOST people don't even know what we will be doing in heaven or if they are really going there! Pity... Try reading the BOOK.

As we live our lives every day with our aches and pains, worries and stress-- it's important to "keep our eyes on the prize-- on heaven." As I repeat, NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THE RAPTURE WILL COME... but everything we see and hear DAILY-- all points to the NEAR future-- and Israel is the KEY to the future! When that bough breaks the baby will fall--talking about the next big deciding war in the Middle East concerning Israel. So does our daily life, plans, work, play, and gestures show what's on our mind and hearts? Real Christians MUST know that any political 'change', choices and direction we humans go in worldly terms are just a temporary band aid. If that is so-- why do we put so much time, effort, and treasure into such a fleeting notion that some how a different political party or human will make the difference. Truthfully, having studied and dealt with Financial instruments and investment/ policy, America is ALREADY too far gone to be 'saved' economically [and other wise]or be solvent-- and America has cut off the hand of friendship to Israel-- and that comes with a CURSE from God Himself !! And the 'man in the WH calls himself a CHRISTIAN??" Ha! He would sell out his own grandmother... but like I said, another person or party would not fair too much better. And even if we did somehow pull that off-- there are so many other nations like Japan, etc., that are just hanging on by the skin of their teeth! We just cannot bail all of them out-- as we are on the ropes too!! Go figure. If you think that things are going to get better-- you are probably smoking the wrong stuff in your pipe... LOL. BTW, the VA made me inhale some medicine mist into my lungs-- and now I feel like SUPERMAN!! They also say that my heart is strong enough for the operation, but I have a family history of heart challenges, probably from eating all the wrong foods-- but in the old days on the farm we needed something that would stick to the ribs... and it's still sticking. I've been eating rye bread, but now the docs want me to eat whole grains. OK... I honestly thought that I must be losing weight with Sharon gone, and I don't eat much at all... and the beat goes on.
Thank you, my son, Andy, for transporting Sharon's power chair to her at Woodstock today. You have been a great help to me lately. I am asking others to pray for you to make the right choices in regards to strengthening your relationship with the Lord, Jesus.

It's just incredible to me how much I learn almost every day, soaking up knowledge that makes sense-- and according to the Word! And the old prophesies of the OT--Old Testament are full of meaning and alive right now in the year 2010. People use such slogans like, "It's the economy, stupid." Well, ISRAEL is the main focal point right now [or should be], the 'lynch pin', the trigger, that will dictate the direct future of the entire world! And just how many of your pastors, priests and churches preach/ teach this all important reality from God's own Word right now?? Ha! Brannon Howse, on Christian radio, etc., WVCY, 107.7 FM, and most of the other preachers share this profound 'GOOD NEWS', and the Gospel. And would we not want to hear the most important facts that pertain to us right now? Well, here it is!

So then, let us reason on this matter and use the simple term: "IF", please. Friends and Readers: IF what the Bible says is true about Israel being the most important thing in our near future-- would we be spending so much TIME, ENERGY, TREASURE, FOCUS, and WORRY on all the other mundane, worthless things that consume us in October of 2010?? And our baloney politics [read: lies] and worry about our own 'American' future -- is just another smoke screen in Satan's world to pry our attention from the main hub and center of Bible prophecy that WILL COME TRUE soon, Israel, Israel, Israel! I know that I will surely turn many people off, tick them off, make them very angry and bored, when I say that America is really inconsequential. Hey! I still have some freedom left to speak the valid Word of God in the USA, and my personal opinion--- that any and ALL nations MUST bow to God and befriend His favored People, Israel! Especially as a combat Veteran, I love America-- but not enough to disregard/ and disobey God Almighty! All nations on earth will finally admit and agree with this statement-- but most of them too late. I will continue to vote and support certain conservative candidates-- but I know and believe this is all short lived, and America might not even exist one year from now as we will 'IMPLODE' because of STUPID financial spending, etc. And perhaps the majority of churches in America have been contaminated with false, useless, time burning rhetoric and 'feel good trash' plus entertainment from the podium-- that is NOT preparing the congregations for the 'Big Storm' right around the corner.

I hand pick [although I could easily develop my own logic and thoughts for blog posts] many subjects that deal with our combined survival and the Rapture-- but other than my many friends and readers-- few in the world really understand, share, concentrate or honestly CARE about the truth of Bible prophecy! Just as the article presents all the facts in a neatly packaged lay out with scriptures cited very nicely.... the question is, how far do I go to get the peoples' attention? Do I blow a horn, whistle or beat a drum? I don't care to 're-plow' that ground too many times-- but for the sake of the remaining people in the world "still sitting on the fence, indecisive" -- NOW is the time to 'stand up and be counted' on the side of JESUS! Remember, Revelation [the last book of the Bible] chapter 21, verse 8, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, etc, etc, will be pitched into the Lake of fire....." Fearful, means the cowards. If you are ashamed of Christ-- He will be ashamed of YOU in the Judgment Day. That will truly separate the 'men from the boys.' And yes, it does take a lot of guts and courage to be a Soldier of Christ.... and that is why the majority of humankind will be lost, being COWARDS, along with their selfishness, greed, and pride...

I can't picture myself getting sent into combat with absolutely NO military training! And yet, the majority of so-called 'Christians' [CHINO's = 'Christians' in name only] don't know their Bible!! Chances are that we Americans log in about 35 hours of TV and Computer, compared to maybe ONE WHOLE HOUR OF BIBLE STUDY, OR READING PER WEEK. Ephesians 6: 13-18, says that we are in war against the dark powers, rulers of darkness-- demons and Satan! This is a no-brain-er for combat troops... lol. You DON'T go into battle without your weapon, helmet, body armor and boots! A welder doesn't go to work without his helmet and leather gloves. A carpenter without his hammer, leather pouch, tape measure, and his cordless Milwaukee drill. A real Christian soldier always has his 'Sword'-- which is his Bible, and he/ she is very proficient with it!

Sharon was transferred today to a good nursing home in Kenosha, WI, called Woodstock. So far she likes it there and said everyone treats her with respect and kindness. I will bring her some oranges, etc, tomorrow after my own VA appointments, and my son, Andy will bring over her power chair so she has more freedom and mobility during her stay-- and we don't know how long. She doesn't have a 'land phone', but she has her cell phone.

I think I went about learning about God and the Bible the wrong way from the start after I got home from the war in S.E. Asia. Some how I thought that IF I learned all I could and stuffed all the facts, scripture and knowledge into my head-- I would win God's approval. Now I see that I put the horse in back of the cart. The apostle Paul and Jesus Christ said that if I do a whole bunch of "good things" and have not love-- I have benefited NOT! Love is a very strong emotion that most men don't hand out so freely, and many of us don't appreciate the gravity of Christ's supreme sacrifice on the cross or even understand it, IMHO. But I had some things right.... like earnest, humble prayer, supplication and asking for a 'new heart' and the "eyes of understanding" things necessary to everlasting life, and being God's true servant.

Asking God to make your heart pure and the power to resist wrong thinking and temptations of the evil one is only right and correct-- after we give all praise and honor to the Father in Heaven-- through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. These are legitimate and proper things to ask for within God's righteous Will for us. Especially when we know that God has the only real game in town-- and hell is not an option. Most of us are still working to become more mature and productive Christians. And I just figured something out about a close "friend" of mine who is hesitating to fully accept the Lord as Savior.... He still doesn't want to give up his lifestyle of the world! Since I was very much like him when I was young-- I can relate to this business, but then, we DON'T HAVE MUCH MORE TIME TO BEAT AROUND THE BUSH AND PLAY GAMES EITHER! As a matter of fact, I would say that MANY other people are in that same boat! I thank God every day for getting my head and heart right in the 'nick of time' and breaking my bones to save my eternal life! Ha! -- "You can always tell a German-- but you can't tell him much..." and 'sometimes you have to cut off the hand to save the body...' but better to enter heaven minus a hand-- than get 'Left Behind' or worse, go to hell-- where MOST of the Left Behind will go. And what does it matter who we are and where we came from? If we were born to a 'privileged class', have riches, brains or beauty, yet get "Left Behind", or worse, what good are those assets?? Time to get our collective heads and hearts right, NOW-- or, 'do you feel lucky today, punk ??'... lol!

I always wanted to find my personal niche in life, have a few creature comforts and be a good talented writer/ blogger, but being successful at 'soul-winning' is more important, after I have my own flesh in subjection.

The realistic subject of "Pain" has been over looked, watered down, buried in the churches in the USA, IMO, and that is unhealthy. Being fat [spiritually] and lazy, untested, untrained, and bible illiterate in America will be the death of many so-called 'Christians'-- just like combat Veterans of the military will always have an edge on puny civilians who were never tested and tried. Veterans usually survive because they are well disciplined and trained to respond to most anything! Combat Veterans also make good Christians, IMO. And it just bugs me when some one says that 'I am lucky that I have a good Chrysler pension and VA benefits!' Luck has absolutely NOTHING to do with it! I worked hard for everything I have! Even many pastors can be ignorant and choose poorly worded expressions, assumptions and poor ideas... and I correct them too on occasion, when I know I am right. As I told one person at church today...'if I tithe [donate gifts to the church] as best I can-- it's MY BUSINESS how I choose to invest the rest of my money-- because there was NO BODY there to help me when I was down and out when I was laid off for 6 years, on the street, after my first wife left/ abandoned me because I elected to sell our house and had to take a big cut in pay during an economic down turn in the early- 1990's. Besides, I am well known as a generous man.

Christians ought to be aware that we will suffer some sort of persecution and hatred for our stand with Christ-- and we are just starting to see just that in the USA. It seems like the Muslims always get a free pass/ and special treatment-- but Christians are jumped on in a heart beat for the smallest 'infraction' and even loss of freedom-- with the US Constitution being trumped in favor of being 'politically correct'-- abuses from the Left--Progressives, including the goofs in the WH. Being a Soldier of Christ means that we can expect to be cut and bruised, or worse.
