It pains me to say that Sharon's doctor told her that she would never be released from the nursing home to return home for good in the future. Sharon was upset and crying when she told me this over the phone yesterday. Her doc said that her heart was too weak-- too damaged for that to ever happen. We both know that the Rapture is our ticket out of this corrupt, violent world if we don't die before then... and that, at least, is MY focal point, as a real, Bible believing, well studied, Christian. People who are 'weak' unbelievers have no such hope and they fear death big time... but they probably don't know much about hell either. Actually the Lord Jesus Christ used the term 'hell' a lot more than He did Heaven! I don't mind admitting that I simply LOVE the Bible Yes! REAL MEN LOVE THE BIBLE!] and that pure History comes alive for me every time I crack that Book open. The Holy Spirit allows/ helps me to understand the Bible, as I continue to tell the world who will listen-- and all you have to do is just ASK for the Holy Spirit to come and open your mind and heart... AFTER you accept the Lord Jesus Christ as you personal Savior! Fact is: This very fact seems way to simple to be true for most people... and their own "Higher Learning" is actually a stumbling block that prevents them from accepting God Almighty. Not all, but most.

So I saw Sharon again today and brought her more grapefruits and her Packers bathrobe, etc. She wanted me to meet some of her friends in the Mess Hall eating their lunch [nasty looking food-- sorry]. One of the guys named Dick is an Air Force Vietnam Veteran who shared some of the same space as I did-- at Bien Hoa Airbase during 1968, and the Big Tet offensive, one month before I got there! He remembered that Army "
tent city" -- the 357th Transportation Company [helicopters] where I served. Every other company on that base had wooden barracks except my old company and we slept in tents [I was in that company for about 8 months-- but I also served at Cu Chi, Phu Loi, and Tan Son Nuit/ Saigon--TDY] --with USARV-- 1st tour. And some other guy named James wanted me to bring our dog to the nursing home next time I come-- and I said I would. There were about 6 people at the table plus Sharon and I, and I even got to talk about the Bible for a while. Well, folks, you just know that this could be a fertile Gospel sharing area, for me and Sharon! God opens up certain 'territories' for those Christians who make themselves available.

And on Sundays they all watch football on the huge screen TV in the Mess Hall, and they all chip in and buy pizza for their own group! I make sure that my dear wife has enough money, and coins to buy cold soda from the machine, etc., in that place, besides bringing her what ever she wants/ needs. She told me that I could ever bring her sewing machine to her room. After showing her my new walking shoes-- she told me that SHE needs some now. OK, dear heart, your wish is my command...lol.

November in WI is always a very windy month, and you can see just how violent Lake Michigan is in November, and Superior too... as that old song, The Edmond Fitzgerald, goes, by Gordon Lightfoot. So if we want to do any last minute weather proofing, now is the time! I make my own storm windows with single or double pane, but my whole body is aching a lot lately-- so maybe my son can help me.

There are a lot of memories here when a man named Tom Schuckman put in over 30 years at this auto plant-- 'one day chicken-- the next day feathers.' It was a pressure cooker, but also our bread and butter, and the hard work was a badge of honor being able to support your family with some dignity, but where many weak people were hired and left at lunch time never to return because the work was 'too hard.' I remember when in 1989, 6000 people got laid off in one day with fear in their guts, but some of us [like me] went straight back to college to make something of ourselves and learn another trade/ skill, so that we felt some self worth as human beings, but it was an up hill fight to stay employed in that recession. Many divorces happened, and when most of us were called back 6 years latter-- HALF OF OUR NUMBER WERE DIVORCED! Although this is just another tragic story in America-- the Bible tells us that things in the world will get MUCH worse in the near future. The only safe anchor is Jesus Christ. Read the Book.

Chrysler Kenosha Plants Closes This Month

KENOSHA - Friday will be the final full manufacturing day at the Kenosha Chrysler Engine Plant. By the end of next week, union workers will be out of a job. A company spokesperson said the last engine will come off the line on October 29.

For more than two decades, Mike Underhill punched the clock here.

"When is it going to end? Sooner or later nobody's going to have money left to buy stuff," Underhill said.

There's been auto related blue collar work at this facility for more than a century. In better years, it was an AMC assembly plant. The huge operation paid the bills for thousands of Wisconsin families.

Reduced now to a few hundred employees, much of the Chrysler work that had been done here will go to Mexico.

"Hundreds and hundreds of family supporting jobs because we have the wrong trade policies," said David Newby of the Wisconsin AFL-CIO, blaming problems with the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Governor Jim Doyle blames a struggling, downsizing auto industry.

"It's really a sad moment," Doyle told TODAY'S TMJ4 reporter Tom Murray. "We've known it's been coming for a long time."

As for Mike, he was recently elected to the Kenosha County Board and plans to stay in the area.

"I'm at least going to walk out of here with a pension, so i can't complain about that," Underhill said.

Chrysler said it offered jobs at other plants to about 300 Kenosha employees. About 60 workers accepted the offer.

Globalists Co-opting with the churches.

Here is another key to the puzzle-- at least for me. As I have talked to many pastors these past 12 years about the declining rate of Southern Baptists Churches in America, this article helps explain it. We all knew the stats on how many of these churches were falling-- even daily, but not exactly why. We thought it was because they didn't have God's help and power.

They were missing something spiritual/ Biblical in their churches that made the membership leave in droves. I just happen to attend a Wisconsin Independent Baptist church near by, and we are doing fine in most respects-- we are Fundamentalist, and everything has to be proven with the Bible/ Scriptures, or it just won't fly-- and I feel very comfortable with that rule. If that were not so, I would cease and desist from contributing funds, support and attendance there in a HEART BEAT! Actually the Bible itself encourages all Christians to do this--'make sure of all things.' [Just check out 2nd Timothy 3:16]. If something is not founded/ OK'd by Almighty God, according to His Word -- it will not stand! And so the Bible, all 66 books, is our only Guild, tape measure, plumb bob, framing square, by which we tell if something is fake, demonic-- or the 'Real McCoy.' That means, if people just sit in church like a bump on a log and do NOT participate/ follow along in their OWN COPY OF THE BIBLE-- they could easily be misled by some Piped Piper and/ or by some One World Gov't/ Religion entity-- which translates into Satan and his demons! Personal bible study is so important to sift through all the fakes/ anti-Christs! God is talking to US when we read the Bible and when the Holy Spirit is with us-- so how can we get that spiritual nourishment if we are too stupid and lazy to crack open that special BOOK?

I am so happy that more known authors, writers, Christian bloggers are finding their "2nd wind" and 'man hood' so as to speak up NOW and tell the absolute Truth about what is happening now in the US and the world, and what the Bible says we can expect in the near future!! Does a snake have to bite you in the behind before you wake up and take notice of all the signs that take place every single day-- foretold in the Bible? As I repeat, our main focal point, IMHO, should be upon Israel and the coming war with their hateful Muslim neighbors, and then we can expect the RAPTURE to Heaven of the Church-- that is: the Real Bride of Christ, the Saints who have put all their love, trust and faith in their Lord, Jesus Christ!! For the most part, that is my only reason for living, besides doing God's will of sharing the Gospel. Think: If we were all assured of a ton of gold were buried in our back yard-- we wouldn't have any trouble digging it out even with our bare hands!!

From what I heard first hand, and witnessed, my two oldest children who are in their mid-30's have accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior! Wow! I love to help them if and when I can-- and they have helped me too. God has brought joy to my heart.

I took my wife out for Mexican lunch today, Sirloin tip burritos, with hot sauce and Jalapeno peppers, and then we went down by Lake Michigan to test out my new monocular, watch the 'white caps' and scenery, birds, etc., while we talked and opened our mail. I got Sharon more fresh fruit,grapefruits, oranges and bananas that she loves and treasures. Her room mate, Helen, is suffering from the early stages of dementia and refuses to eat-- down to a skeleton, so Sharon gives her a nice banana sometimes and tries to encourage her, and others. I will probably see her again tomorrow and tell her I love her. Our dog goes crazy when I take him along to see her-- and I think it's good for both of them to visit.

As I said before, all the political mail, phone calls are bugging me too much, and my mom too, as we already know who we will vote for. It reminds me of our old UAW Union steward elections at the auto plant where they all promised to do right by us workers-- but after they got elected they didn't want to lift a finger when a serious grievance needed to be filed against an abusive supervisor. 'Same old scrap-- different pile.' And in those olden days I told them all that nasty truth and was not too popular... lol. More then a few Union Stewards walked around 'high' or drunk and didn't give a hoot too... but I thank the Lord that I forced myself to put in over 30 years to get my pension-- although the Chrysler Corp illegally went into our bonded Contract 2 years ago and just cut many of the Retirees' benefits package with the Union bosses just standing there mute and impotent. We lost our Dental, vision, hearing and feet medical benefits and they didn't even consult us!! Do you think that Federal and State public workers and Congress would be willing to take a cut like we did-- AFTER THEY RETIRED ?? Ha! But it is something like this coming mid-term election that stirs us up, hoping that the 'new blood' in the Congress will help the people save their/ our Constitutional Freedoms-- for a while... lol. True Christians know, however, that this business will only be short lived at best, until the Rapture, and we are G-O-N-E. Folks, we all need to have a balanced attitude about all this business now, and of the Rapture, and the BIBLE [and the Holy Spirit] are the ONLY KEYS that will allow us to pass over the threshold of heaven--the Blood of Christ, and certainly not our own actions or so-called "goodness and works." People roll their eyes and make fun of me all the time when I share the Bible-- Gospel with them, but that small humiliation/ harassment comes with the territory-- and just think of other Christians who are tortured and murdered for their actions and beliefs!

Can you believe how the present Gov't allows Left- Liberal entities to savage the Fox TV network and News people. OK, they may not all be Christians there but go figure that they will not just stop with THEM-- but will continue to take away MORE of our 1st and 2nd Amendment Freedoms and Liberties, while all 3 Gov't bodies stand by watching on-- and even promoting such travesties. Study the Book and Be Prepared, NOW!

I think I know the reason why some 'Christian blog/ web site communities' use very restricting methods of entry. It just may be because the Gov't/ new Liberal-Socialist culture seeks to censor Christian thoughts and values-- using the old 'racist, homophobes lies/ attacks, when ever someone wants to quote the Bible. But I need to stress what is called, "a given" -- something that is accepted as a 'truism', fact. Mature, knowledgeable Christians know/ understand that these things are/ will happen in these 'last days' -- all evil that Jesus foretold, but we also know that it will vanish for the 'Elect' who will be Raptured! So great and power is the Holy Spirit that allows us to understand the scriptures! Ahhhh, that feels so good to say this.

Yes, Christians don't have to moan and groan so loud and wring their hands in despair and fear of the future. Instead, we can watch all the 'coverage' from the comfort and safety of HEAVEN!

Man is so sure and arrogant in that he has harnessed all the mighty powers of 'science' [he thinks] to foresee any and all emergencies, possibilities, contingencies... but he is a FOOL who doesn't believe and obey GOD! Just like this Gays in the Army, etc., thing. What super surprises could be in store for those who don't heed the Apostle Paul's words in Romans 1:22 + 27: [verse 22] ~"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." [Verse 27] ~ "And likewise, also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet [fitting]." And I hope you all know that JUST posting simple yet profound scripture like I am doing here COULD get me kicked off the AOL! Folks, we will NOT have these freedoms of speech much longer-- and then some of YOU will be on your own! Please 'hard wire' this into your memory banks.

Hey! I know a little bit about the Army and living in close quarters with other guys-- and you have to have what's called, 'good order', cohesion, respect and trust for the guy next to you so you know he is "OK" to cover your back in a fire fight! I believe that the TROOPS WILL VOTE WITH THEIR FEET.

I strongly urge all my friends and readers to GET OUT AND VOTE on Nov. 2nd, or when ever it occurs in your locale. It just might make a big difference by allowing us a bit more FREEDOM in the USA to preach and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ-- for a little while longer-- before the 'storm' comes due.

For all the 'city slickers' out there, farmers are not dumb or illiterate. They have to work hard, and work 'smart' to retain their land and machinery. I was raised on a small beef, hog and grain farm in Wisconsin, and those were my 'happiest days!' The hard work for my brother Albert and I were GOOD for our bodies so that we were pretty much in condition when high school football season came every year. The city boys just went home and crashed after football practice, but the farm kids had to go home and do their chores, milk cows and feed the livestock, shoveling grain, corn, hay, etc. I honestly believe that the country/ farm guys in the Army did better than the city kids in all physical activities. But I am not trying to start some kind of 'class warfare' here today... lol.

The last part of the article below had me laughing... 'when unbelievers talk foolish concerning the Rapture-- and they ask if they can have our cars, house, etc.... but they are advised to look for the canned goods-- food, instead.. Ha!'

Having been around the world, seeing Europe and Asia before turning age 20, I have really seen abject poverty and hunger. When you witness little boys 'selling' their sisters-- prostitution, in the back alleys of Saigon, etc., because they need the money to buy food-- that stuff still sticks in our minds--when we were soldiers. America is rich, fat, spoiled and greedy, for the most part. Sure we give away tons of food and resources to many nations-- even to our enemies! Politics-- giving folks like Pakistan and other Muslim nations food so that they can attack us and kill Christians in their own Islamic countries... Ha! Sounds crazy to me-- old, dumb farmer/ soldier, auto worker, Tom Tom.... duh.

I just wanted to demonstrate/ point out that I COULD upload and post stuff like the article below all the time and be correct! It just might be true enough-- but I'd be missing the most IMPORTANT thing in this age-- the GOSPEL ! The devil is the great slanderer/ LIAR, who knows that his big smoke screen is working fine and misleading most of the humans on earth. So too-- politics, in what ever direction, true or false is just a muddy water hole, or smoke screen to prevent us from seeing the real TRUTH THAT CAN SET MEN FREE-- the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All Satan has to do is to keep pushing for a while longer and he will send as many humans to hell as he possibly can! Maybe he just likes the company....
"DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!" And... it's ALL small stuff except getting to heaven with the Lord. For all of my many faults-- at least I can see the grand mercy of God sending His only begotten Son, Jesus, to earth in the form of a man to die for all of our collective sins. But if we don't join His side and become one of His servants/ soldiers, and soon, we will be LOST-- damned to hell--forever! [see: 2nd Thessalonians 2: 10-12] For many in the world-- this message is TOO SIMPLE! It was for me, until God humbled my heart and brought me to my knees. Many of us have already had MANY chances to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior-- but we were too proud and arrogant to listen at the time. Putting 'predestination' aside for a while, we all have to CHOOSE to do the right/ correct thing, and our friends can lead us to that point-- but we all have to take that special step by ourselves. It's between us and the Lord. Period.

When I was trapped in the 'JW-cult', I thought that my service to God had to be complicated and strained through the lens of the WatchTower Society in Brooklyn, NY., but they were false prophets. The Bible was written mostly on a 5th grade level, so that every normal human can understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ and attain ever lasting life! God loves the humble heart. That's not to say that we shouldn't press on for more knowledge so that we can effectively share this 'Good News' with others.... and from what I have read, we shall continue learning even in heaven. Would it make sense to use only 5% of our God given faculties/ brain, when it was made to last all eternity??

Yes, Part of me wants to see the arrogant Dims/ Liberals/ Socialists defeated in November 2010-- USA, and I intend to vote. But all Christians who know the Bible should understand that this is just the beginning of woes for the world-- except that the Rapture will carry true believers to heaven and suffer no more!!
