I don't think any of my readers will totally understand how THIS fine post by Jan Markell:  "WITHOUT  A FRIEND" has soothed, and calmed my mind, heart and soul!!  

Yes, we didn't understand it all, but God has His Plan intact and working well.  He 'allowed' obama to come to power, against all conventional 'wisdom' and do the terrible things he is doing now, but most foul, down and dirty is forsaking the only real friend we have in the Middle East -- ISRAEL!  Like I printed so many times, Genesis 12:3 tells it all, and now we in America will reap a bitter harvest as probably never seen before -- because, for one thing, nobody here has enough spine bone to stand up and state the truth!!

I know that I am putting my simple head on the 'chopping block' and perhaps endangering my dearest wife too [but God please spare her, my only love on earth!]. 

I am afraid that my experience with death of loved ones and my military/ combat knowledge of how fragile life really is, has taught me some cold hard facts about the subject -- but wise old King Solomon had a lot of wise things to say that are better.. just read Eccl, and that might take most of you an hour to absorb -- IF you have the Holy Spirit helping you...   When a Christian is dying, when he/ she finally accepts the true Bible facts that death is MERELY/ JUST a door way to another REAL life -- either heaven or hell.  And for a biblically trained/ studied Christian, God's free GRACE is what gets him/ her to heaven and nothing but the Grace of Jesus!  Pure and simple.  And if you want the mail address of my pastor U.P. here, I will give it to you -- if you are serious.  [And now, I care for him so much after getting to know him better -- I feel that I must be his personal body guard and servant -- as best I can, being a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, and Chrysler retiree -- turned writer.].

America is inviting a disaster -- again. The headlines and stories I see are more than troubling. According to the Bible, God lowers the boom on those who curse His land and people (Gen. 12:3). Okay, so I really paraphrased it. And sadly, good people get caught in the crossfire. But America has said to Israel, "You folks are on your own!"

One headline screams, U.S. Disowns Israel Over Iran Strike: No Weapons or Military Backup (Debka). It states U.S. Gen. Martin Dempsey's assertion Thursday, August 30, that the U.S. would not be "complicit" in an Israeli strike against Iran. With the drastic reduction in the scale of next month's joint U.S.-Israeli war game disclosed by Time magazine, the clear message from U.S. President Barack Obama to Israel is "You are on your own! See how you manage without special U.S. weapons and U.S. military backup, including a shield against missile counter-attack, if you decide to defy us and go through with a military operation against Iran."

Another headline reads, Slashed U.S. Military Input Shortens Israel's Notice of Iranian Missile Launch (Debka). Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak are silent in the face of the avalanche of bad news coming in from official Washington. The Patriot anti-missile systems scheduled for what was to have been the biggest joint U.S.-Israel drill in October will remain packed in tarpaulin because they come without crews. And the number of U.S. servicemen sent over for the annual exercise is to be cut by more than two-thirds from 5,000 to 1,200.

The downgrade of U.S. participation in an annual exercise with Israel is more than striking. It adds up to the dismemberment, by the Obama administration, of the entire intricate strategy the U.S. and Israel have built over years for the deterrence -- and interception -- of any Iranian/Hezbollah/Syrian missile assault on Israel.

So missiles and troops are slashed, not just cut. The Obama administration has put Israel on harsh notice that an attack on Iran to disrupt or delay its nuclear armament will cause Israel to be refused U.S. missile back-up. The Netanyahu government will bear full and exclusive responsibility for the consequences of attacking Iran.

As Bill Koenig reports in his Koenig's Eye-View from the White House, "The Obama Administration's pressure on Israel to not strike Iran before the election, or shortly thereafter, is greatly endangering Israel. Every day wasted is another day that Iran has to bury its nuclear program deeper underground.

"International pressure on Iran won't work. It hasn't in the past, and it won't now or in the future. The refusal by the Pentagon and others in the Obama Administration to fully grasp Iran's apocalyptic commitment leads to flawed thinking and conclusions and further dangers Israel and U.S. interests in the Middle East."

In a fascinating article titled, "Why Israel Doesn't Trust Obama," the author, Ruth King, states, "No wonder the Israelis are upset -- at the U.S. Administration. It's one thing to hear from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that he wants to wipe you off the map: At least it has the ring of honesty.

"It's quite another to hear from President Obama that he has your back, even as his Administration tries to sell to the public a make-believe world in which Iran's nuclear intentions are potentially peaceful, sanctions are working, and diplomacy hasn't failed after three and half years."

She concludes, "The irony for the Administration is that its head-in-the-sand performance is why many Israeli decision makers believe they had better strike sooner than later. Not only is there waning confidence that Mr. Obama is prepared to take military action on his own, but there's also a fear that a re-elected President Obama will take a much harsher line on an Israeli attack than he would before the first Tuesday in November."

Yet on November 6, 2012, many American Jews will vote to re-elect the man who speaks with a forked tongue to the Jewish state.

Why does Israel's aloneness matter? Jack Kinsella offers this explanation. "One of the recurring themes of the last days as foretold by the Hebrew prophets and confirmed by the Revelation of Jesus Christ, is the theme of Israel's international isolation. The Bible says that each time that Israel faces an existential threat (and there are several) in the very last days, Israel will find herself totally isolated and alone.

"The Bible reveals the two-fold purpose for the Tribulation Period as: 1) the judgment against the Christ-rejecting Gentile world; and 2) the national redemption of Israel.

"During the Church Age, we are saved by grace through faith. The Bible repeatedly says that Israel's national redemption comes about as a consequence of God's direct intervention in the time leading up to and then during Daniel's 70th week.

"The Church Age focuses on the salvation of the individual believer, but it is during the Tribulation period that the Lord turns His attention to keeping His promise to affect the national salvation of Israel.

"Now, step back with me and look at the Big Picture. Israel is the only truly free representative democracy in the Middle East, where she is surrounded by a sea of Arab dictatorships that are not only sworn to Israel's destruction but also very unfriendly to the United States.

"By any logical standard of international foreign policy, Israel should be among the most highly regarded and valuable ally among the Western democracies. Especially given her geographic position, without which, the West would essentially have no eyes or ears in the region."

Kinsella concludes, "But the Bible says that in the final hours of the countdown, Israel will stand alone against the whole world, with no one to turn to for provision and protection except the God of Israel."

Nonetheless, the conservative media should be screaming this fact to all the world: Israel just got dumped by America. This is more than an invitation to disaster; it is a slam dunk that we are on the road to a crisis. We have sold out our best friend. We have turned away our partner in the mad Middle East -- the only voice of reason and sanity amidst tens of thousands of sand and scorpion-infested miles. You can't turn on the Jewish nation just "a little bit." We're either with her or against her. America has decided. We're against her.

Watch out. Bad decisions have horrible consequences.

Hi Guys, Gals, Brothers and Sisters!

I guess that Milwaukee had storms and power outages last night and today- but needed the rain, and we U.P. North got some too...PTL.  We live about 7 miles up across the Northern/ Michigan border, in Iron Mountain, MI, and it's a slice of heaven up here, without most of the crime we hear about South of us.  The people, houses and general population are more conservative, humble, friendly, and a meca for many combat Veterans, military retirees, and we even have a VA hospital here in IM too!  They are kind of 'slow' and 'back- woodsy', but people can adapt...Ha!  The Pharmacy of the local VAMC loves to 'drop the ball' constantly in sending out the critical medications to we Veterans, but I well know how to build a fire under their glutius maximus, and they ought to be accountable for all their actions or loss of them -- just like anyone else.  With a State or Federal job, they feel like they struck gold in the lottery, and once they are in, they are pretty well safe and smug, but as we all know, that comes with the territory, and only a few brave, honorable souls like the good Governor of Wisconsin has enough back bone to hold their collective feet to the fire...praise the Lord. Still, I think that this part of the Woods is an all-America, 'Old School' town of basically good people, who still have the good, old hard work ethic. Many deer hunters up here that only take meat for the table, to lay beside their beans, potatoes and salad.  And boy!!  The price of meat is going thru the roof in the stores, and gas was $.19 a few days ago!!!

   Putting the Good Book aside for a moment, I also have my finger on the real pulse of very smart, wise men and authors -- plus having a blue chip education in Finance, also having been Federally Security licensed, etc., with PFS Investments, etc.,  but as a matter of fact, the REAL experts say [especially in a book that scares me half to death..] is that, America WILL experience much harder times in the short and long haul because it's just not possible to swim back to shore -- so deep in debt are we.  It's called "Compound Interest" in reverse-- and that is what most credit cards are...    a 'legal way to rip off the middle class' of America... and I personally know too much about that game...duh.  If every American man, woman and child were taxed at 100%, we still could not climb out of the hole!!  I KNOW, have studied and applied myself to regaining my fine credit rating, and it doesn't take all that long either.  But again, we are fed that goofy mind set on TV about what we OUGHT TO HAVE, BUY, OWN, EAT AND WEAR!!  We all feel the need to maintain our life styles [except the Prez obama..lol], no matter what the cost.  We all piss away money of foolish things [and the term 'piss' is mentioned in the Bible too..sorry].  

Friends,  I would like to continue and go on in more depth and detail, but... the short answer for all my brethren in the Christian Faith, the ONLY Faith that is not man-made or pagan... we shall be spared the BIG, and major turmoil, when the 'dirt' hits the fan, soon.  After the 'trigger to the main Event' that looses the dogs of war, we firmly believe that the Rapture will take us up and out of harm's way -- to heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ, with new, different bodies that never hurt or ache [!!!],  -- and after while return to earth as Christ's warriors to "correct" things on earth.  And then return to heaven forever in bliss and happiness.    This is all reliable Scripture, friends!  It took me so many years to get to this point of understanding!!   And yet some folks learn it much quickly....hummmmm, but good for them.   

Terri is out and about 'doing chores' after I gave her $300 to spend on anything she sees fit -- EXCEPT more flowers, scrubs, and ornaments to decorate an already decorated nice, house and yard!  I also asked her to stock up on a lot of toilet paper...so we don't walk about feeling nasty.  Ha!  I remember my first tour in Vietnam @ CuChi, RVN, right on the Cambodian border where the VC loved to sneak in and murder us at night.  Our showers didn't work for a few days so when it rained hard we went outside and stood outside, under the roof of our quarters/ huts with a bar of Dial soap and showered that way, and nobody got upset or embarrassed.   And we only paid 10 cents for a bar of soap, pack of cigarettes, and many other things because we never had to pay a tax on them.  Life was rough, but surely not impossible,
 and the Army trained us well.

Thank you, Tod,  [Please contact/ see:  SafeGuardYour Soul.com]  --- for making this good council possible for us today!!  I learned how to memorize when I was a little boy, and my father encouraged me to do just that -- and Latin too, French, German, and some Vietnamese, academically and other wise.  Sure, God gave me a good body and mind, but I had to develop it. What good is a lazy, fat dog on the farm, and since every man  and animal has to 'earn his keep' -- ought we not learn good things to share and help ourselves and others??

And the most important counter for people who 'claim' they just cannot remember bible verses is:  Those same people can memorize sports, TV, celebrities. goof balls, and trash all the time, that will make one's head spin !!  Hello!  Wake up and smell the coffee, and the roses. 

I used the well worn expressions, have you ever HAD TO LEARN NEW THINGS TO SURVIVE or pass a test, or get thru Basic Training in the Army??  And some of us Vets can tell you that all that info most likely saved our bacon in combat!   And since most of the Bible is written on a 5th Grade Reading level...what flimsy excuse do we have now?   Hey!  I am lazy too, too old, too disabled, too stupid, and lost too many brain cells from acting like a food for too many years....Ha!  Believe me, what ever I print and post -- I take to heart personally too.  How many DAYS we have left on earth in unknown to simple old Tom Schuckman, but I promise to get more into the Scriptures now, more than ever. 

Did you all know that I got sucked into the Jehovah's Witnesses cult of the poison mind after I got home from Vietnam in 1970-- and that horror story lasted for 22 years of intense indoctrination and MEMORIZATION.. until I 'exited' that controlling cult!  That means that when the Lord really found me and opened my heart or hearts -- I had to learn the Bible all over again, using the most pure rendition of the King James version Bible!  It was like 'learning a new language' for me, but then I did discover the super fine 'tool' called the DEFINED KJV Bible, that really broke things down for me and helped me understand the real Bible quickly....  See:  biblefortoday.org

Retaining God’s Word

“Let thine heart retain my words: keep (live out, obey) my commandments, and live.” Proverbs 4:4
It is very advantageous for us to retain and capture the knowledge of God’s Word while studying the Bible. O How many times have we read/studied something in the Bible and couldn’t recall where it was when we needed it?!! Ouch that hurts! Can you relate? Isn’t that frustrating?! Also, does this (our lack of resourcefulness) not limit our usefulness to the Master? Obviously. Are you ready to begin retaining Holy Writ?
Have you ever heard another Christian say something like this: “I just can’t seem to memorize Scriptures”? This is an excuse for sure. You and I know that that same person has several other things in life memorized, like sports players, TV or movie celebrities, professional information…….
Is it not true that we memorize and learn what interests us? Of the words of God, the Bible says:
“Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck. When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee. For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life.” Proverbs 6:21-23
Have you ever heard or said this? (“I can’t memorize the Bible.”) Isn’t it interesting that these same people use the intelligence God gave them to retain knowledge of numerous other things, all much less important than God’s Word. The bottom line is this: If we place value on something, we will learn and know it proficiently. The reason why people can memorize the names of the players on their favorite football team, all the actors names on ungodly sit-coms and soap operas, and not Bible verses, is that this is clearly what they value. What do you value? Look at what Jeremiah valued:
“Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.” Jeremiah 15:16
Here is the importance Job placed on the words of the LORD:
“Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.“ Job 23:12
If we value God’s Word, we will embark upon becoming Bible students in the school of the Holy Spirit, and learn and retain His Words.
TIPS ON RETAINING SCRIPTURE:
Keep in mind that we all learn by repetition and association.
Cross reference in your Bible, all of the Scriptures you learn about on a specific topic – be resourceful. This way you are building a wealth of knowledge in your own heart and mind as well as on paper in your Bible. By doing this, you are making your Bible more useful by building upon your knowledge of God’s’ Word and making those truths (found in verses) accessible. Establishing resourcefulness is the key in this endeavor. For example, pencil in each topically similar verse into the margin next to the corresponding verses on the same subject.
Memorizing Scripture: In order to be able to learn and retain these truths in God’s own wording, write out verses with references on index cards. Make it a priority to carry and post these memorization cards where you will study and meditate upon them daily (bathroom mirror, car, desk, etc.). These measures will lead to the building of a wealth of truth inside of you on the great and all-important topics of Holy Scripture. This will also help you to retain and become resourceful in the things of God – ready to be used of Him and able to meditate upon His oracles (Josh. 1:8; 2 Tim. 3:15-16; 4:2). Let’s stop wasting our efforts in Bible study and begin to capture the knowledge that we are learning. Don’t let the living truth get away from you. Capitalize on your efforts by incorporating these simple methods into your life. This is preparation in earnest and the spoils go to those who will consider the LORD important enough to aggrandize and memorize His words.
Are you preparing yourself to be used of God?
“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Here’s how we can personally possess the divine treasures/resources for God to access: Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit will access and utilize what He has already taught us:
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you (personally taught you).” John 14:26
Perhaps the best way to begin to “retain” God’s words of life in our lives is by memorizing them so that they are available to meditate upon.
“Let thine heart retain my words: keep (live out, obey) my commandments, and live.” Proverbs 4:4
In your daily Bible study time, you will be running into verses or parts of verses which will inevitably stand out to you. Perhaps those are the ones the Holy Spirit is pointing out to you to learn for your own life and in order to help others.
“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:” 1 Peter 3:15

Yes, I do trust in my Lord, Jesus Christ, in His Salvation, heaven and hell, the Rapture, and all 66 books of the inspired Bible.  But having fought in Vietnam: 68-70, against Communist aggression, and horrible atrocities, torture and murder, I KNOW that it's better to be FREE than live under Socialism and big time poverty.

Really frightening isn't it. Nov. 6, 2012 is coming up real quick. Let's have a good old "House Cleaning".

Just a reminder that one morning you could wake up to find that King Obama has taken over the country, stopped all elections and dissolved all parties. Sounds impossible? Not so. The questions are, what would our military do, would armed insurrection be the case, would our comatose population sit back and take a wait and see attitude? I'm not saying that it will happen, that I want it to happen or that I condone it at all. It's a lot like being prepared and having a mindset before the other shoe falls. Especially so before the election. Get this out for all to read with an open mind. It's just another thing to think about. This is an email that brings in things not normally seen anywhere else. If it happened, what would you do? Think about it. The biggest complainers about this email will be those who are socialists or far left wing democrats.

After today's announcement by our President to give illegal aliens quasi citizenship by fiat, I looked into the executive orders he has issued in the last three and a half years. I found this article in Western Journalism that scares the hell out of me and should frighten all of us. Get out the vote in November folks!!! This guy is dangerous...

A Comprehensive List Of Obama's Worst Executive Orders

There have been over 900 Executive Orders put forth from Obama, and he is not even through his first term yet. He is creating a martial law 'Disney Land' of control covering everything imaginable. Some of the executive orders he has signed recently have been exposed thanks to 'Friends of Conservative Action Alerts.' They have compiled a choice list of 'Emergency Powers, Martial law executive orders': Get your headache medication out while you still can without a prescription.

* Executive Order 10990 allows the Government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

* Executive Order 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

* Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

* Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

* Executive Order 11001 allows the government to take over all health education and welfare functions.

* Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

* Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

* Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.

* Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

* Executive Order 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issues over a fifteen-year period.

* Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

* Executive Order 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

* Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

It is more than clear that Obama is planning for the total control and takeover of America via Martial Law. Food, energy, transportation, work, banking, and health. he has it covered.

While Obama is busy pulling executive orders out of the sky to control everything inside our country, he has been issuing executive orders to force us to submit to international regulations instead of our Constitution.

Sher Zieve exposed this in one of her recent articles. Damn the U.S. Constitution, damn the American people and damn U.S. sovereignty.

We must send faxes, emails, and make calls to all congressman and demand they stop Obama's perverted, extreme, and Unconstitutional abuse of Executive Orders. It is time to demand our elected leaders start protecting America, our sovereignty, and our Constitution. So far, they seem to be protecting the Obama - Marxist takeover plans peppered with a little U.N. and Islam.

The Decent into Darkness.

I just heard today on Christian radio that we must be careful not to attribute every single earthquake, tornado, hurricane and disaster to some Bible prophecy, but rather... it MIGHT be biblical [to be on the safe side].  Yet, is it not so coincidental when such disasters happen:  like Katrina and Isaak happening near the same day, only 7 years apart, etc.  After all:  'Tis the season to get windy...' 

And then, the part about Damascus, and other bible events many times have a 2-fold conclusion... typical, and anti-typical, or a shadow of a 'greater conclusion/ event.'   I hope  you get that drift, friends.   

But, let's face the facts:  The supposedly "good guys", the USA and allies KNEW that the Jews were being gassed in concentration camps during WW-2, but just let the Jews get burned, until the US Army finally marched into the camps and took pix and had many witnesses.  My point is that they could have done that faster or told the world!!  I don't like to see genocide... sorry. 
     And who knows better than Israeli Intelligence where the bio and poison gas missiles are kept and where to blow them up?    I just think that the world in general [but the USA for sure] is taking huge risks and playing games with the very lives of the Israelite people and State-- on some boastful whim or notion that we can bully the Jewish people into doing what WE think is best -- and we don't even have any 'skin in the game' sitting thousands of miles away in Washington D.C.  That stinks on ice!   It's like gambling with other peoples' money...  but, that is exactly what the Gov't is doing now -- already!  They must feel pretty proud and arrogant moving the chess pieces around-- but in reality-- playing as if they were gods on Mount Olympus, with humans lives, if you will forgive the poor analysis. 

The God, Jehovah, the Father in heaven that true Christians worship is One of Justice, Love, Wisdom and Power!  He wants our rightful worship -- but He always has our best interests at heart.  Please don't confuse the Lord's mercy and love -- with weakness, because He does already have His planner all figured out.  If fact, I put my money where my mouth is and plan according to His Word, the Bible!  America's days are really numbered now, after what the obama Gov't just pulled concerning the State of Israel, sinking further into the pit, by telling Israel that she is all alone now, and on her own, because she refuses to bow down to obama's beck and will !!   And since you and I are living in America, we can expect to get some really rough times, just ahead, Me Thinks. 

Folks, I know I sound like a broken record -- but 'you ain't seen nothing yet.'   And I like Congresswoman Michele  Bachmann, for having 'True Grit' and big time courage,  and only finding 5 other Congressmen to stand with her regarding the distinct possibility of this administration 'sleeping with the enemy' -- the Muslim Brotherhood!  Wow!  America is not even mentioned in the Bible [One way or another] which means that we will have declined over night into an impotent 2nd rate power, just existing, and probably bankrupt like other countries..  See:  Greece, etc.   Maybe our economy will finally fail from all the borrowing and printing more money in the back room -- poor fiscal planning, and hair brain ideas, IMHO.

I am finally happy where I am right now, and deeply in love with my wife, Terri, who treats me with kindness and respect.  She is just a pretty, attractive, Christian lady.  PTL !  And the hard working pastor at the local Baptist church where we attend, Kevin Sullivan, is a good friend of mine who loves to help me, and other souls who know how to bend knee to our Lord Jesus Christ.  Please pray for him too, with so many varied ministries, and people to take care of.   The folks U.P. here in the great Northern part of Michigan don't have a lot of loose money, but many are retired and disabled combat Veterans, along with deer hunters, who like a little meat/ venison with their beans and potatoes... LOL., and for the most part, we don't have the crime, dirt and corruption of larger cities South of us, like Detroit, Milwaukee and Chicago.  We have NO MOSQUITOES [because we have a large bat cave near by that eat such insects]  here, but I got stung by a hornet or bee a few weeks ago.   I expect a long, cold, snowy Winter here this year -- IF we are still around [THINK RAPTURE].  One way or another -- we shall serve our Lord, or die trying.

Joel Rosenberg calls the Middle East the "epicenter." One Bible translation calls it the "navel (center) of the earth." While your church pulpit may not focus on it, the world's media does but they don't have their lens properly focused. Because of the silence in the church, most Christians yawn at the topic. I urge you to listen up!

Some news reports say that Iran will have "the bomb" by October 1. OK, so you have "Iran fatigue." We've heard this news forever and by now it's just crying wolf. Actually, former U.S. Ambassador to Israel Martin Indyk called the whole situation "crying wolf." That is a reckless way to blow off a potentially lethal scenario.

Columnist Daniel Greenfield writes that Israel will act, and before the U.S. election November 6. He states, "The liberal West has its illusions about the enemy. Israel has little room for those illusions. It will act because it is alone as few other countries on earth are. It will act because it cannot afford to be Poland, Czechoslovakia or Tibet -- sacrificed in the great game of nations. It will act because it has no real choice but to act. It will act because for it this is not a set of talking points, a diplomatic program, or a regional agenda, it is life or death. It will act, because for all its flaws, its survival is on the line."

There are many statements that Israel can only rely on herself. In their current state of spiritual blindness, most Israelis are not willing to say that God would never allow a nuclear strike against them. And I believe He would not.

But Israel cannot be called a "cancerous tumor" much longer and be reminded that Tel Aviv will be reduced to ashes any minute without responding. British officials say Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has begun a process of 'sounding out' his voters to gauge support for airstrikes and build a case for military action.

Israeli leaders believe that President Obama, locked in a close election battle with Republican Mitt Romney, would be forced to back an Israeli strike -- even though US military chiefs are against it -- for fear of alienating Jewish voters in key swing states such as Florida. Thus now is the perfect time. The golden opportunity window is the month of September when both presidential candidates are focused like a laser beam on their election.

Moving on in the region, the destruction of Syria is now in full swing. What began as a popular uprising 18 months ago is now an all-out civil war fueled by regional and global powers that threaten to engulf the entire Middle East. Reports indicate that the Syrian "rebels" are just plain old al-Qaida terrorists who are doing what they do best: Terrorize. So there isn't even a side for which we can root! It's absolute evil vs. absolute evil. And that means that absolute evil is in charge of a massive number of chemical weapons. And according to Isaiah 17, there could be an Israeli strike on Damascus at any time.

Additionally, last week Iran's ally in Lebanon, Hezbollah, held its largest-ever military exercise which can only be seen as preparation for a possible imminent war between Israel and Iran.

Thanks to the White House and the State Department in the U.S., the Muslim Brotherhood is now ensconced in various parts of the Middle East. The current regime in Washington called them a "good-old boys' club" last winter. It was suggested that the Brotherhood somewhat resembled the Lutheran Brotherhood: They focused on good deeds. It was suggested that the Muslim Brotherhood was secular and anything but dangerous. Those benign, secular do-gooders in Egypt have been tormenting political opponents and Christians and crucified at least one innocent kid. The bottom line is that they are anything but a bunch of Boy Scouts.

Islamic critic Pamela Geller writes, "Egypt's President Morsi is instituting a reign of terror to consolidate power, and if Egypt is now descending into darkness, can other Mideast nations be far behind?"

Egypt is the "King of the South" in Bible prophecy. She plays a prominent role in end-time battles which are forming alliances now.

Someone who tells the inconvenient truth as I often do is Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann. She has been raising questions about possible ties between the family of Huma Abedin, a top aide of Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and the Muslim Brotherhood. She and a handful of others have called for an inquiry into a potential Muslim Brotherhood infiltration within the Obama administration.

One who has tackled this issue is Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor who put the blind sheik behind bars in the first World Trade Center bombing. He is the author of The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America. He believes Bachmann has been proved right in her Muslim Brotherhood inquiries.

McCarthy states, "Congresswoman Bachmann knows Washington well enough not to be holding her breath waiting for an apology. What is really stunning and demoralizing to me, though, is that only 5 members of Congress out of 535 have had the conscientiousness and courage to stand up and be counted on this.

"We have an obvious national security problem, and it goes way beyond Huma Abedin. We have several people with significant Islamist ties being consulted by our government on foreign and domestic policy, including counter-terrorism policy. We are simultaneously seeing American policy shift dramatically in a direction that favors the Muslim Brotherhood, an avowed incorrigible enemy of America and the West."

McCarthy concludes, "Yet we can't get even one percent of our elected federal representatives to raise an eyebrow? I speak to a lot of people around the country and a lot more than one percent of them are worried about what's happening."

The Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliates are being consulted on counter-terrorism policy -- to the point that our federal agencies are purging their training materials of references to Islam.

While I tend to vote for the right side of a political ticket, one can't help but wonder why this is the third Republican convention in a row to be interrupted by a hurricane! It got into gear this year just as they solidified a two-state "solution" as part of their platform last week.

Jewish Congressman Eric Cantor (R-VA) and AIPAC, the largest pro-Israel Jewish lobby, pushed for a "two-state" position to be included in the Republican platform. It was approved by vote last Tuesday (the day Isaac began) and is now awaiting formal approval at the Republican Convention. A Bachmann representative offered a one-state solution but Rep. Eric Cantor and AIPAC encouraged the two-state solution. The irony of ironies: The Christians stand for Israel, while the Jewish voices prevailed with Palestinian accommodation!

So there you go. The pesky Middle East is just always in the way. It is always a nuisance. It is always whispering the inconvenient truth. And it's descending into darkness.

What a great and merciful God we worship!!  That some Gentiles will yet still be Saved AFTER the Rapture, but this is probably the few -- not the general rule of things, and those few will lose their heads to gain that after life on earth again.  Yet they are a 'different class' of people.  Those who believe now are NOT in that class.  

Things are evolving quickly for me, at least, having been down by my old house for sale in Union Grove, WI, still for sale.   I am determined to change my life and weed out things that I don't need or don't want, that would only slow me down and encumber me.  Also looking to get back to the Gym U .P. here to strengthen my legs and knees, since it's relatively free for me.  Learning to be satisfied with what I [we] have and take one day at a time.    Per normal goofy human beings, just as Jesus said in the book of Matthew 24:37, 'Just as in the days of Noah, so shall also be the doming of the Son of man be.'  39.  "And they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away;  so shall the also the coming of the Son of man be."  The foot note of my KJV says, that this Last generation [now] will be totally unprepared for the coming of the Son of man [Jesus].  People are going to spend, spend, spend [just like obama's gov't] right  up until the very end!! 

Now, friends, I intend to vote for the Conservative candidate, but I am going into this scenario with 'eyes wide open' and the knowledge that whom ever wins, there still won't be a way out of the inevitable -- and the "God Factor" still remains the ONLY hope that I have. 

And then, as I said before in the other post:  We might not even see this next election, if the Socialists figure that the Conservatives might win-- 'Martial Law' just might be the case-- and we won't see another election!!  And just think;  with so close a race right now, how could so many ignorant people still exist in America who still want another 4 years of destruction of our society and culture ???  Wow!  Heck!  Why work when the other 50% of Americans are buying the lunch for those who refuse to work -- and Illegal Aliens !??  It's just a crazy, mind boggling scenario -- and only mirrors that same thing that went down with Abraham's nephew, Lot, in Sodom -- book of Genesis, where not even 10 people righteous could be found in the whole city!   When people are that corrupt and EVIL, God knows their heart will never change... and we MUST know the 'mind of God' too, by reading His Word -- lest we also become decieved like the MAJORITY of mankind. 

The Word, the Sword, my Bible, is my constant companion these days and I can't seem to get enough of it even on a daily basis.  And since I planned to work all my life and retire to do what I want -- this is what I plan to do, plus share the Word of God -- the Gospel of Salvation.   

The price of gasoline U.P. in Iron Mountain, MI., shot up to $4.19 per gallon this past week!!  People will use what ever  excuse they can to gouge/ rip off the working class.  What's new?

Amid all the bad news, and the beginning of the hurricane season and poor crop harvests,  Christians should still be so very happy 'to be in that number... when the SAINTS go marching in.'

Gentiles Saved After The Rapture

Q. Can gentile people who miss the rapture still be saved during the tribulation? Thanks for any help you can give me with this question.

A. You may be reacting to the same eMail I got from someone teaching that no gentiles will be saved after the rapture. So let’s set the record straight once again.
According to Rev. 7:9-10 a large number of believers from every nation, tribe, people and language show up in Heaven following the 6th Seal judgment. Since they come from all over the world and from every people group it’s clear that many of them are gentiles who will have died for their faith. The Church will be raptured before the seal judgments begin so these martyrs are called tribulation saints by many scholars. And notice they aren’t described as kings and priests who will live in the New Jerusalem like the Church is. Instead, although they are not priests, they will serve God day and night in His Temple (Rev. 7:15). There is no Temple in the New Jerusalem (Rev. 21:22).
The logical conclusion is that they will have become believers after the rapture, perhaps as a result of seeing friends and loved ones suddenly disappear like they were told would happen. Realizing they’ve been left behind they will wake up to the truth and literally give their lives to the Lord. Although martyrdom is a hard way to go, in Rev. 8:6 we can see that the living who remain on Earth will soon envy them.
