Hello Friends,
    I know my family "roots" and genetic profile/ family history, and what diseases and shortcomings we might get.  Several others in the huge Schuckman extended family are into this kind of research too and I applaud their efforts.  Our forefathers came from Northern Europe coming to America seeking new Freedoms, especially freedom of their religion and forced military service in the 'foreign land' that they resided in.  We are called,  "Volga Germans."  It's a long passionate story that I don't have time for today.  Back then Kings and Queens used to make deals to transfer huge groups of humanity no matter what severe burdens are thrust upon the people...  nothing changes in the long stretch in time except that Father God sees everything and also has His appointed times.  We should all know and respect that one scripture in sometime print on my Blog:   "Gott kann nicht Lugen."  ---Titus 1: 2.  KJV Bible. --German.   --- "God cannot lie."  `
       Well, that's the backdrop and foundation I laid before jumping into my main thoughts I want to share with you on Friday, May 10th, 2019.   I have always been blessed with good health and 'protection and Grace' from the Lord and the love of Father God and Jesus, His only begotten Son, who had a 'pre-human existence...PTL.   And then after I got home from the war in SouthEast Asia, spending 2 long years in Vietnam and half a year in Germany prior where I also studied more of the German language and learned the Culture.  My Dad, Gilbert L. Schuckman, encouraged me to do the same as he did during the WW-2, in the South Pacific in Saipan, etc., U.S. Navy.  With all due respect, when I ask my brother, Albert, what pearls of wisdom taught him... Al said he didn't remember much.  We all have our personal goals and perspective in life, and Albert was a miser and worked very hard all his life to earn and save money.  I love my brother but we don't see 'eye to eye' on most matters and opinions.  And I admire a man or woman who is a serious worker in what ever endeavour they seek and pursue, as my dear brother is a pragmatist.  

Something happened to me this past year and especially this Winter where I seemed to age so rapidly with new aches and pains and my skin looks like a man aged 110 years old, IMHO.  But I well know that the Summer sun has a healing effect on me!!  Last year, my dear wife helped me build a huge "throne" for my enjoyment, using heavy lumber and making it comfortable!   Again, the Lord has blessed my work and efforts to create fine furniture that lasts a few lifetimes, and that is my hobby when the pain is not so bad in my old body of age 70.   

The good news is that my Oral Surgery in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was quick and relatively painless at the hands of Charles L. Ellis, DDS, MD, and his highly professional staff of kind ladies!  They were so kind to me that I almost got too emotional, and I told them that too.  My wife, Lori, and I went down to Green Bay, WI early because heavy rain hit us on the way down from where we live, and I always like to get there early, so they got me in and out in record time.   Ha!  I know that this is an old Army thing called,  "Hurry up and wait."  But I was so worried about the procedure and nervous [because I never liked Dentists and Doctors too much...LOL].   But as it all ended,  I know that most any good dentist could have extracted that rear molar, lower Left side that so super sensitive and hurtful.  Maybe I will talk about my adventure in Dentistry more some other time, friends.   I have had a few dentists actually brace their leg on my should and chest so they could pull some teeth!  And I had a "root canal" done on me as a teenager after an abscessed tooth made me pass out at a doctor's waiting room and fell on the floor, with my mother present.  So I guess that I've had enough trauma before yesterday to put the fear of God in me... LOL.

So, I have posted my share of sibling rivalry in the past in my own family,  but just look at how the crazy, childish, 'Congress Critters' are acting every day because they lost the presidential vote 3 years ago!  Just like a husband and wife have a strained disagreement and SOMEBODY NEEDS TO YEID TO MAKE PEACE!   A great, pastor I care for in Iron Mtn., MI., once told me to just apologize and take the blame for the heated disagreement to get peace and quiet in the family again.  I learned and use that powerful tool many times to stop a fight.  Hey,  I want PEACE and quiet in my golden years so I can, at last, enjoy what time I have left on planet Earth.  I pray for peace and Grace, DAILY!
    Too, I struggle daily to adhere to my special diet and eat less than ever before, and my wife even admits that I eat less food and try to choose healthful, fresh, foods that will help me live better,  but I can't seem to lose the weight!  Since I have trouble walking too far,  I cannot get the exercise that I need.   I am always open to sound suggestions, and you all know my email address:  tschuckman@aol.com

The weather is still cold, and I cannot figure out how a big old fat man can get so uncomfortable and cold all the time...duh.  But the great warm Summer is coming and then we will want our fans and A/C.

Hi Friends,
   Sorry, but I have limited time today and need to drive a piece to have something done.  But below is an important notice and another reminder how 'Congress Critters' love to slip something important by without the general masses of citizenry grasping the dire consequences of losing our basic Constitutional Freedoms and Liberties!!   Freedom of Speech and Religion.  
    Some folks like to play with snakes and other dangerous vermin,  but I don't!   Beware, Wake up, and pay attention, please.   This is how whole nations have been dupped and lost everything dear and precious.   Our forefathers bled and died to hand down important Freedoms that were lost in Europe, etc., and then came to America to build a better life.  And that is also the story of my people who migrated from Northern Europe to seek religious freedom, etc.
     Perhaps I cannot give my grandkids all that I want, but I did fight for liberty and freedom when I was age 19-21, U.S. Army and overseas... but now old and disabled.   Like, who will take over me now without bleeding me dry and demanding ALL MY INCOME AND SAVINGS....Ha!  The KJV Bible says:  'that our relatives will turn against us and fleece us, while dear friends will protect us, pure, honest, Christian friends.'  My pretty wife, Lori loves to read and study the Bible with me for a half hour or hour at a time to make things fun, interesting and exciting.   My Lord has blessed me.

A word to the wise shall be sufficient.   Colour me gone, mates.  I use 'spell check' a lot these days.

It was chilling to listen to government leaders discuss this so-called “Equality Act.” The chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), claimed that the current balance between religious freedom and non-discrimination will be maintained. He gave the example that Jewish rabbis could keep their male-only requirements. But this is a bald-faced lie about the true impact of this bill.

Our legal team looked at HR 5. It inserts the clause (banning religious exemptions) in a way that reflects back onto all of the protected groups in the current non-discrimination statement, which includes religion. The result is that churches and religious organizations will be forced to hire people opposed to their faith.

• Colleges could not require students or teachers adhere to their statement of faith.
• Churches could be forced to take atheists on their missions trips.
• Women could demand to be rabbis, imams, and pastors of conservative church denominations.
• Overnight trips could not be segregated into rooms by biological gender.
• Gender-specific meetings within churches or club membership would become open to anyone.
• Cross-dressers could demand that they be greeters, ushers, Sunday School teachers 

HR 5’s sponsor, Rep. David Cicilline (D-NJ) made a contradictory statement saying HR 5 “does not eliminate RFRA” (which is our current law protecting religious freedom) But that is not true. Cicilline immediately admitted, “It simply says you may not use RFRA.” However, making a law unusable does destroy and eliminate that law’s power.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) gave an emotional defense, saying this ban of religious exemptions “will be used as a sword to strike down our religious freedoms, because the words here have meaning...these words will be given the meaning they actually have and it will destroy...the First Amendment.”

Liberty Counsel Action will not stand by and do nothing while members of Congress are saying HR 5 will destroy our religious freedom. We are preparing to hand-deliver your names, and the thousands of others we have gathered, to key congressional leaders to stop HR 5 in its tracks. I am looking for thousands more to add their names. Please forward this email to anyone else who wants to protect religious freedom.
