Dear Friends, and Gentle Folk:
You all honor me by reading my modest, humble Blog, and letting me state my case, thoughts, aspirations, and sharing the Gospel. THANK YOU ALL ! To sum things up, I enjoy being opinionated, but I would rather only speak the truth of the Gospel, because the KJV Bible cannot err, and "God cannot lie." Everything IN the Bible will/ must come true !! It's just a matter of exactly HOW, and by what means. So that is the super exciting part in this super drama of life.... with all of God's millions of angels looking on as spectators. Just think of the time when all real Believers are safe, up in the New Heavens, after the dust on earth all settles. Wow!
Personally, my love and desire to get to heaven surpassed most everything else that Earth and Satan can offer, because these precious few years that I have left are NOTHING COMPARED TO THE WONDERS AND JOYS OF HEAVEN ! ! Or..... let us all contrast heaven --- to the pains of eternal hell, and forever separation from Father God, and Jesus. [Hey... It's like the roach motel... people go in, but they can't get out... ever !] That is why I recently forced myself to change some of my ways --- even though I am a lonely man, age 67, and not so healthy anymore. "O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me not in thine hot displeasure." --- Psalms 6: 1. Verse 2: "Have mercy upon me, O Lord, for I am weak: O LORD, heal me, for my bones are vexed."
Some people have told me not to say these words -- 'that I am lonely,' but I LIKE to be with people, talk, visit, take them out for lunch, etc., and even big, old, fat guys need love and hugs ! Oh well, people say that, 'God will provide.' But Tom says: "Nothing is impossible for the man who doesn't have to do it !" People tell me to get out more often, be active, and volunteer for things, but I am disabled, and it's very hard for me to walk any real distance, now days.... got it ?? So I feel that I am attending a good new church, where they are hyper critical and super judgmental, and the people there seem to like and respect me. I am NOT in any relationship -- to shut the mouths of some arshlock 'pastors,' [to use that term loosely] who love to twist the facts and hurt me -- so I will just tough it out.
OK, I realize that other folks are more desperate then me, have much less, cannot pay their bills and live in a cardboard box, starving. And I have spent my hard earned money to help those kind of people, MANY TIMES, but usually only got a kick in the groin, in return. 'Once burnt -- twice shy.' I worked hard, very hard, all my life, from a young boy, on, and I am happy and grateful to have a few toys and a new Ram 4 by 4 truck [as long as I make the payments... lol.]. And I don't care how much a man or woman earns -- it's about how they manage their money, and what they can save and invest ! I have many close relatives who invested poorly and lost their pants ! And when I was Security licensed and could have helped them, big time, but their pride got in the way. At the same time, I have been homeless at one short point in my life, the Winter of '95, right before I got called back to work at Chrysler, in Kenosha, WI -- but with the help of God, I pushed forward and retired in dignity with a full pension and bennies, but who knows how long that will last/ continue, with our economy crashing like a plane on fire. However, 'even the farmer's strong bull/ ox will get sick and die someday...' meaning that we all live and die. But you have to ask yourself the simple, but important question, What is 70-80 years on earth --- compared to all ETERNITY in the 2nd life, the afterlife ? ? And with accidents, war, violent crime, the huge influx of illegal aliens, un-vetted from Syria, and Africa, rapists all over the place now, thanks to Obama and the 'Dims', an upside down economy that will soon go down the tubes, life can be a vapor! Why not invest in something real and permanent... with a guarantee from God ? ! Well, friends, that is what I intend to do.
And God's Plan is that because of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ's dying for all of our sins, past, present and future, we BELIEVERS HAVE A PROMISE FROM GOD, that we shall enter heaven. We don't have to be perfect, like some goofy pastors teach.... duh. But if we know the bible and try our best to follow Christ, we will be 'tucked in' with the promise of heaven. I like that, very much.
OK, down below are some very interesting topics and scenarios, most scary, IMHO, because they COULD come true, and soon !! Fore Knowledge -- means, Fore Armed and Ready, in my book. Why not put all of our trust in the Lord, but at the same time prepare for a big battle, and hard times ?? That is what I endeavor to do, right now. I might have to live on baloney sandwiches, but maybe I can have a cold beer with them.... LOL !
