"This Country Needs More Welding" - Music Video!
I had a belly full of 'legalism' after exiting the JW cult/ org, a decade ago and that always stuck in my craw. I like the Baptists and other Bible teaching churches, but I have even disagreed with some pastors 'personal opinions' and locked horns with a few arrogant 'leaders.' I hate legalism! Seems to me that the only sure fired way to avoid that is to go straight to the source-- the Bible, for the absolute TRUTH. Most things are black and white, but a few less important things are in the 'grey area' and we should not be too dogmatic about them, IMHO. All real Christians must believe in the most important precepts of indisputable Bible doctrine like -- Jesus became flesh, born of a virgin, suffered and died for our sins so we could be saved and then rose from the dead and is now in heaven and will return to rapture His servants/ true followers soon.
We can also agree on an important point, that God holds life sacred and hates MURDER of the UNBORN. With that in mind, noting the pure simplicity of that point/ subject, how can some church members support a 'man' like Obama, who is pro-ABORTION?? ! Like Glenn Beck, I am ONLY calling this to your attention-- and I would really love an explanation. I read the following article and knew much about this subject before, and I just wanted to give this more publicity. We pray for the President and others in high office [not because we like him...lol] so that they might see the Biblical light, end their corruption and let the Holy Spirit penetrate their hearts, and allow us to practice our Faith in Jesus without harassment or abuse. We want our 1st and 2nd Amendments left intact and unobstructed! The ball is in their hands and they have been duly warned and put on notice. God will deal with such people soon enough. Having said this, all of us ought to daily examine our hearts with the light of the scriptures, IMHO. As far as God is concerned-- 'no one is above the Law.'
I used to be a TV/ RADIO 'news junky' but am now training myself to be weaned from this 'addiction' too, and not worry so much. After all, Jesus said that we should not be anxious. I was reading my new book to my wife today and I think we both benefited from it.
After I left to do some short shopping this morning at about 11 AM, the cleaning lady witnessed Sharon fell down again in the kitchen. This is getting old! One of these days she will fall and hurt herself, and I am half afraid to leave her alone, even for a short time. I can't 'control' her and she seldom listens to me anyway. What should I do? What would YOU do? She forgets alot too. All this is just more stress in my life, but it is my duty and out of love that we all put up with loved ones. Your prayers are again requested. Thank you.
BTW, I got a letter from my auto insurance goof balls, State Farm Ins., that said my semi-annual bill climbed by $243 ! They said that 'everyone is getting much of the same.' My record is not that bad, and I figure that they suspect the obama's Gov't will steal their HealthCare Insurance business and replace it with obama-care, so they need to make that up by sticking it to their customers now. that is the way I see it. Any comments on that one? Ha!

Vatican Backs Obama's Global Agenda
By Cliff Kincaid
Liberal and conservative Catholics alike would prefer not to discuss how the Catholic Church, here and abroad, functions like a liberal/left-wing political lobby. Some pro-life Catholics are acting shocked that the Vatican warmly greeted the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to President Obama, who is pro-abortion. They don't seem to understand that the Vatican and Obama agree on most major international issues. This is the untold story-how Obama and the Vatican accept major ingredients of what has been called a New World Order.
