I am sure that Mr. Obama and the WH are glad that Hurricane Sandy is flooding the news 24/7 so that Benghazi-Gate is buried. And while it may be a good idea to vote early as I did -- at the rate that people are changing their minds to vote for the real American, Mitt Romney-- Obama wants those same people to vote NOW, for him. What's wrong with this picture...duh?
Christians have been saying that what ever happens, one way or another -- it's all God's plan... so even if the crook gets re-elected, God will put 'iron hooks in the jaws' of the evil ones and bring them to where he wants them to be, and everything foretold in pure Bible prophecy WILL COME TRUE! After all, Scripture says, 'Not to put our faith and trust in the sons of nobles or earthly man' -- but to 'Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and do not lean upon your own understanding.' I hope that I am not beating that favorite verse to death @ Proverbs 3:5.
After we got home from church this morning, Terri said that she was very hungry so I started out side to grill the 2 sirloin steaks I bought the other day, and had a mishap. I sat down on a child's chair trying to turn the gas on the grill and fell backward on my back... ouch! Our wonder dog, Deuce, the Rottweiler came over to me and tried to help me up, but I called Terri to come and help me up, after turning over and kneeling on my 'bionic' knee replacements...Ha! So Terri cooked the steaks in the house, and they were fine, but they taste much better when grilled out side..... sorry. I can't wait to get up in the morning to see how many bruises I have on my old, out of shape body and back.... what a bummer--- duh. Well, that just gave me another 'incentive' to start working out at the Gym to get more strength and lose more weight, so I can take care of MYSELF, if something like this happens again. I try to make it a practice of carrying my cell phone all the time... but this Sunday, being rushed for church, I forgot it this time, and I ALWAYS turn it off during church so as not to disrupt the congregation if someone calls at that time... although most of my friends know my habits by now.
I do have some good, close friends who live near the East Coast, and I worry about them-- albeit they are mostly combat Veterans and savvy enough to take care of themselves-- as most of 'us' are more or less survivalists. I hope you all know that there was also an earthquake in Western Canada today or yesterday too! And the 'triple whammy' will be complete as the full moon heightens the higher tide tomorrow on 'Sandy's arrival.' This is almost exciting to me as I live in Upper Michigan, the U.P., but we get lots of snow and cold up here --- however, I sure don't want people to get killed or injured as they might live in harm's way in the East. It's a freaky thing though, and strange enough that we had a mild hurricane season up until now and right before the election!!
Isn't it something how the stores get stripped in minutes by people before the storm, and folks like me wonder why they don't at least keep SOMETHINGS ON HAND [like water and canned goods/ batteries] for an emergency just like this! And how can we not remember Katrina and the utter chaos there, with big time Gov't failure on all levels. That is when I thought Prez Bush dropped the ball, to some extent, even though I liked and voted for him... We shall see how our present "Commander in Chief" handles himself now....Ha! Watch carefully, VOTERS !!
Friends, I know that some of you will lose your power soon enough and communications, but please know that I am worried about MY friends and others and I offer my humble prayers for you. Trusting in God is correct and well. Following the smart advice in the Bible is very smart too!! For those of you who procrastinate --- so sorry.
And as for the Benghasi-gate scandle -- this needs to be kept on the FRONT BURNER with full TV coverage now, and not after the election. What a stinking pack of lies our own Gov't tells us and insults our intelliegence, as if we just fell off the cabbage truck yesterday !! Shame! Do we want 4 more years of lies and deceit ?? Answer NO -- WITH YOUR VOTE !
Warm Regards,
Tom and Terri Schuckman

By Denny Burk DennyBurk.com A local reporter in Denver, Colorado did not get the memo that he was supposed to give President Obama a pass on the Benghazi issue. In a recent interview with the President, the reporter pressed the President to account for the failure to send help to the Americans who died in Benghazi. The President’s answers were at best evasive. Not only does the President
