Too many toxins and pesticides in our Veggies and Fruit.

Hi Friends,
It's late at night but I knew that wise folks needed to read and apply in Info and know the facts, now. Besides the other side of the world is up and working now.
I didn't realize how huge a problem we had with all those sprayed on toxins and pesticides, and don't we have enough challenges to worry about now? Why add to the other things that bite, pinch, stab, sting and infect us? We all seemed to be more healthy in the 1960's and were happier too. Just my opinion, guys and gals.
If I have to --- I will buy a larger vessel to hold the fresh Veggies and Fruits that need to be washed and rinsed.

Clean Fruit And Vegetables From Chemicals
According to the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), "high levels of pesticide residues can be toxic enough to cause long-term cancer, damage to the nervous and reproductive systems, birth defects, and severe disruption of the immune system."
American Academy of Pediatrics said that children have unique susceptibilities to pesticide residues' potential toxicity.
There are big chances that you're consuming a significant amount of chemicals and pesticides with every portion of your 'healthy' greens.
Health experts suggest consumers to explore alternatives like organic food.
In this article, I will present you some great solutions for removing pesticides from fruit and vegetables. It's time to become aware of how highly contaminated they are.
Some environmental organizations like The Environmental Working Group (EWG) are informing people about the level of exposure to toxic chemicals commonly found in our fresh veggies. They publish a list of the most and least contaminated greens and fruits annually, the so called 'Dirty Dozen' and 'Clean Fifteen' list.

Be careful when consuming these products from EWG's Dirty list because they contain different pesticide residues and have high concentrations of pesticides relative to other products items.
Every sample of imported nectarines and 99% of apple samples tested positive for at least one pesticide residue.
'Clean Fifteen' list contains the cleanest fruits and veggies. They are least likely to hold pesticides.
To maintain your body healthy, you must learn how to reduce the level of pesticides and prevent many health-related consequences.
Be careful, pesticides cannot be entirely washed only with water.
There are simple and cheap tricks that can help you get rid of those nasty chemicals.
Washing your fruits and vegetables remains one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family from illnesses and chemical contamination. Here are a number of ways in which you can effectively wash and handle your fruits and vegetables: Washing your fruits and vegetables
Use a mixture consisting of water and distilled white vinegar. You should add 10% vinegar to 90% water. With this mixture you can remove even 97- 98% of the pesticides.
Methods:
You should let fruits and vegetables soak in it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse them with water.
Another method is to pour the liquid into a bottle with sprayer and spray the fruit and vegetables with it. Let them stay still for 10 minutes and then rinse them with water. spray the fruit
This method shouldn't be used on fragile fruits, such as berries, as they have a very porous skin and might get damaged and soak in too much of the vinegar. With other fruits, there should be no lingering vinegar aroma.
Wash your fruits and vegetables with 2% of salt water. This should remove most of the contact pesticide residues that normally appear on the surface. salt water
Washing with cold water should be able to remove 70% to 80% of all pesticides if done diligently.
Peeling is another efficient way to remove residue and it is recommended when there might be some residue in the crevices of the fruit.
Other effective mixtures are:
•Mix 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 cup of water.
•Mix 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water.
Spray the fruits and vegetables with one of these solutions or let them soak for 10 to 20 minutes.
If you consider that your fruits and vegetables have very high percentage of pesticides, try the following solution:
•Mix 1 cup of water, half a cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of baking soda and a few drops of grapefruit seed extract. Let the ingredients soak in this mixture for approximate an hour and then rinse them with water
