After being coup-ed up with the Flu for a few days I invited my wife to go out shopping, etc with me and I thought I would get a quick work out at the Gym/ YMCA in Kenosha, WI this morning too. So knowing the limits of my disabled stamina I went to the YMCA first, while she waited in the foyer reading the paper while I still had drive and spirit... lol. After the short work out and shower I did the hot whirl pool and then the Sauna, where I met a nice gentleman who greeted me and after a bit I learned that he was a Christian and a architect having a hard time locating work in the area. You meet some very nice people at the Spa who have good manners, are helpful and cordial, and I also have a few old buddies and friends who work out there that I have know for many years. And my doctor tells me that I need to work out on a regular basis.
But when I got back to my locker there appeared a Mexican guy who always liked to look for/ start trouble, but I just ignored him. Soon his buddy came up while I was yet getting dressed into my street clothes and he joined in the verbal abuse and he actually started touching me with his finger on my body--and I told him immediately to STOP TOUCHING ME! He continued as I tried to hurry and get dressed, and I repeated myself several more times. I walked out of the men's locker room hurriedly and went straight to the front desk where I confronted, Chris Doonan, Membership Director, at the "Callahan Family Branch" Kenosha, YMCA. I pointed out the 2 Mexican-Americans [I assume they are legal...] and told them the problem, so he took me and my wife into the nearby office to take down my written complaint, and then we left to do other business in the city.

Now, here is the point, and I will gladly take a lie detector test to prove what I say... Right away the offending man named Jose came walking up to me and the manager to disavow what I was telling the manager, but what you you expect?? They tried to play the 'race card' on me by lying that I was making fun of Mexicans. And then I called him a liar to his face, but he figured that it was 2 Mexicans' word against an old disabled white man. I can tell you what will probably happen now. The manager will feel intimidated that because there are two minorities involved in this 2009 politically and racially charged climate-- that the Mexicans might try to claim "DISCRIMINATION"! ... and he probably doesn't have what it takes to stand up and do his duty to tell the truth and prosecute. I read, study and talk to people about how the modern day cries of 'discrimination' often trumps the TRUTH of the matter, and few entities, cities, schools will have enough where with all to fight for right--- and that's what has happened to our Nation! It's the same with Prayer or Christian fellowship at the grade school, college campus and Military colleges now days, but it's 'politically correct' to go that extra mile for Muslims, and any kind of minority. I worked hard and paid taxes all my life so why can't I be heard? For these very reasons I printed/ posted-- most Liberal TV "news" stations will not touch this article! It's too controversial.

And especially after Mr. Obama's Presidency, we have noticed a noted characteristic and 'attitude' many minorities have now. And they still don't believe or understand what the word "prejudice" means. Nor do they understand [or want to understand] that ALL kinds of people can be racists, whites, blacks, browns and yellows. Up to now, they only thought that it was a "White thing" to be racist. And just think about how many people, young girls, etc, who are too intimidated to stand up, speak up and report verbal and physical abuse that I have mentioned.

On my left shoulder are tattooed: an American flag, and under that, 'Jesus is Lord,' which they also made fun of in the locker room. They figured that they could get away with these insults and abuse because there were two of them and only one of me. I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran: 68-70, and even though I was half naked, crippled, I know I could have severely beaten them both up good... but then the YMCA would have banned me and called the cops who would have to be very careful to "sort things out" and watch out for any "mention of racial discrimination." But outside the Gym, on the street, things very well would have been a 'different story' and I might have dealt out 'justice' in short order... remember, I am a 'crazy Veteran...' LOL. But knowing the law and present day 'legal system', they would team up and lie about the event and I would probably end up in jail, with all the Lefty Liberal Judges now days. Nothing is sacred, and certainly not Truth and Justice. Well, let us just see how this comes out. I will forward this post to a few people to see what they think.

We live in an 'upside down' world and even the USA, where the 'Narco' country of Mexico is very unstable and people wonder WHY we don't do anything about the massive violence, plus human slave and drug traffic/ cartel isn't being addressed by ANY Administration! Could it be because Mexico is our number 3 supplier of OIL?? It's a power keg down there, but no Congress or Administration or Party will even try to help. Just check out real News Webs and TV like, Glenn Beck on Fox News. The facts are that, increased murder, rape, robbery, theft, KIDNAPPINGS, and DUI's are spilling over into [and ruining OUR economy] our country, and even up here in Wisconsin we have the epidemic! And who do you think is primarily responsible for the heavy load of unlicensed, uninsured drivers in our Southern counties of WI that border IL and the big corrupt city of Chicago down there? BTW, we also have 'catch and release' of illegal aliens in WI. It's not rocket science, but you won't hear about the real cause on TV.

And yes, it does take real GUTS to say and post this subject. It usually takes a disabled combat Veteran to do the dirty work of putting out the truth.

I am just wondering how many times I have posted Veteran News like this in the last 5 years. It's getting old!
Nothing ever changes when it comes to proper care for our Veterans, and even welfare and illegal aliens seem to get a better shake than us! BTW, what kind of money is being allocated in Obama's pork spending bail out for the VETERANS? Vets, rise up and take your tan buddy in D.C. to task..lol ! No wonder I live on AlkaSeltzer....

Mistake At William Beaumont Hospital Puts Thousands At Risk

EL PASO, Texas -- William Beaumont Army Medical Center announced Thursday
that 2,114 diabetic patients treated at the hospital may be at risk for
contracting blood-borne illnesses.

"I would like to say that the staff of William Beaumont Army Medical Center
deeply regrets that this situation has occurred," Col. Jim Baumchauk, of
William Beaumont, said.

Hospital administrators told KFOX, diabetic patients at the hospital were
being injected with insulin improperly. A medical injection pen was being used on
more than one patient. Even though the needle was changed with each patient,
there are fears the insulin reservoir may have contained diseases from past
patients, which has sparked the fear of contamination.

Doctors said the patients could be at risk of being given blood-borne
diseases from August 2007 until last Friday.

Some blood-bourne diseases include Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, as well as HIV,
the virus that causes AIDS.

"We need to investigate, and we need get to the root of what happened there,"
Sen. Eliott Shapleigh said.

Shapleigh told KFOX he was very upset by the news, and has requested an
independent investigation from both the state veterans´ commission as well as the
attorney general.

"If there is medical care that they need to be made whole, if there is
something we can do to make sure that they don't get that disease, right now is the
time to step in and help," Shapleigh said.

Even the farmer's big, strong Ox can get sick and die !
I used to call my beloved big 2004 GoldWing motorcycle, 1800 cc's, 6 cylinders, my 'Black Ox.' Now that Spring is near-- I wonder if I made a big mistake in selling it...boo hoo. I have been a 'horse trader' for many years and got many good deals, so if I have some money I might get a smaller, fuel efficient, safer bike that can 'dodge air heads gals on drugs and cell phones on the highway of death...' LOL. That is one of the reasons I got rid of my big beast, and I had SO MANY CLOSE CALLS AND NEAR MISSES LAST YEAR, that I thought I should quit while I was ahead... Ha! Well, I always have my Dodge Ram 4 by 4 truck, but it sucks more gas.
I am still very sick today, but actually getting along with me wife! Woo Woo!

The continued rise of OEF/OIF veteran suicides reported by the military over the past weeks isn't very surprising news for longtime followers of this issue; but, it's no less alarming. Swamped with conferences, classes, and organizing a Feb. 13 event, Renaissance by Fire: Returning Veterans, Society & the Forging of a New Enlightenment, at the Chicago Cultural Center as part of the Vet Art.

And don't think Obama will even try to help this matter. I guarantee that he will screw the Veterans even more-- but give massive ENTITLEMENTS to the welfare who don't pay into the system, never did, and illegal aliens instead! Open your eyes!

Oh Man! I almost never get a cold or the flu, and the VA docs and dentists say that my blood-- clots and heals the body very fast [faster than anyone they have ever seen]. But I am not some Superman, and somehow I caught a bad cough, sore throat and nasty stuffy sinuses/ nose, so that breathing is difficult. I and my wife do not smoke, and we know that getting drunk is a bad sin which I don't do. I feel that ONE or TWO glasses of wine or beer with a dinner is good for a person and it actually 'leaches out minerals, nutrients' that help make your food more assimilable to digest and nourish the body. EVERY person should KNOW his/ her limit. Jesus' first miracle turned water into wine [not grape juice!], and the apostle Paul told Timothy [1 Timothy 5: 23] to: "No longer drink water exclusively, but use a little wine for he sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments." And please use common sense when the Pharisees pointed their finger at Jesus and said that they saw him 'sitting with sinners and drinking grape juice....!' Duh. Common sense would tell us that doesn't even sound right or make sense. So, beware modern day 'Pharisees' in the church who love to press/ push their own personal agenda and mindset/ opinions on the congregation. See: "LEGALISM." But getting DRUNK is just plain wrong-- and dangerous, IMHO. And perhaps those who can't just have one or two-- maybe they ought to think about who is the "master and the slave"-- you or the booze. Just my personal opinion [and speaking from experience].... and every body's got one... LOL.

Now.. there are 2 schools of thought: Some say you should NOT go to church or school if you have a cough/ sore throat, lest you spread your germs. On the other hand, who can afford to miss out of the spiritual food and fellowship/ nourishment, or get behind in your college studies ?? And then....lol, you just might know a pompous ass, self righteous 'Pharisee' at church or school whom you may want to share your cough with. SHAME ON ME..lol !! Poor old Tommy boy wouldn't do that, would he...? Hey, some of us guys and gals still have a little boy or girl inside of us that is full of mischief.. and a few other things [and my eyes are brown...hint]. Oh boy, you should have seen me when I was younger..Ha! It's a miracle that I lived to be age 60! I knew how to 'press peoples' buttons' and set them off like a fire cracker. I had a 'way with words.'

OK, now, I am supposed to be an herbalist, so how can I help myself shed this sore throat and stuffy nose? Cayenne, Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon and ............ hot home made chicken soup ! But I recently learned about putting pure, raw HONEY on toast covered with CINNAMON! I posted that in a prior post. I also mix pure salt with distilled water and shoot it up my nose to 'irrigate and cleanse.' What are YOUR cures and solutions?? ..................................

The U.S. Senate has taken action that could mean a legal battle royal over the stimulus bill.

The Senate rejected an amendment offered by Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina) that would have stripped language from the stimulus bill that would force colleges and universities to throw religious clubs off campus if the schools receive federal funds. (See earlier article)

Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law & Justice had this reaction.

"Well, not only is it disappointing, it's almost a throwback to litigation that we conducted in the 1980s that we won unanimously at the Supreme Court," he says. "And I feel like this particular legislation pokes the finger in the eye of people who take religious faith seriously.

Sekulow plans to file suit the day after President Obama signs the bill.

PTL [Praise the Lord] that the |Holy Spirit gives [real, biblical] Christians the 'power' and faculties to discern a lamb in sheep's clothing.... and special little RED FLAGS go up inside our heads when 'something doesn't sound right.' That what is meant in the book of Hebrews 4: 12, "For the Word of God ]the Bible] is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart." This means that the Bible is the ultimate, last word on deciding weather something is true or false, right or wrong! Period. Otherwise we may well be tossed to and fro by ever goofy, lying wolf who comes along to fatten his wallet on people who are looking for the truth, but are duped by all kinds of tricksters, scam artists, false prophets, etc. This is very important to me because I was really hurting emotionally when I got back from Vietnam in 1970 with PTSD, looking for some truth to get my mind back together-- when I got involved with Jehovah's Witnesses for the next 22 years!!! And they messed me and my family up ROYAL!! Beware, please! And it's not about being dumb, smart,educated of going to a Bible college. Prayer and intense study will give you all the 'tools' you need to discern what is fact and what is fiction or lies when you hear someone talk.
Now, go look up what "CFR" means, and "Trilateral Comminsion." Obama is into this stuff, big time!



Still not convinced? Just a few days ago, when asked by a reporter what he thought the most important thing was that Barack Obama could accomplish, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said, "I think his task will be develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a New World Order can be created. It's a great opportunity; it isn't just a crisis."

This is the same Henry Kissinger, you will recall, who said back in 1991, "Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow, they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were [sic] an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government."

Even Gideon Rachman, the chief foreign affairs commentator for the Financial Times, wrote an editorial expressing his support for world government. In his column he said, "I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. . . . But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.

"A 'world government' would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.

"So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might."

Rachman then goes on to explain the reasons why he believes world government is plausible.

PRESIDENT OBAMA INVITES HAMAS TERRORISTS TO AMERICA

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.

The "presidential determination" which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.

President Obama's decision, according to the Register, was necessitated by "the urgent refugee and migration needs" of the "victims."

Few on Capital Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

The charter for Hamas calls for the replacement of the nation of Israel with a Palestinian Islamic state.

Since its formation in 1994, Hamas has been responsible for hundreds of terrorist attacks, including the 2002 Passover suicide bombing. The leaders of the movement signed the World Islamic Statement of 1998 - - a document, penned by Osama bin Laden, which declared war on America and Israel.

President Obama's executive order is expected to bring hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, many with ties to radical Islam, to our shores, furthering a process that was inaugurated in 1995 by Senator Ted Kennedy and the Cedar-Hart bill.

THE OPEN GATE

In 1965, Allah in His mercy raised up Senators Ted Kennedy and Edward Celler to initiate changes in the immigration law that made it possible for millions of Muslims to make their way to the New World - - as the Christian Europeans had done in the early years of the 20^th Century. The Cedar-Hart bill, which was signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson on October 3, 1965, abolished the national-origin quotas that had been in effect since 1924. In the spirit of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it barred discrimination on the basis of race, creed, religion, or national origin. America, by fiat of liberal secular humanists, was to be become a multicultural country - - a country severed from its Judeo-Christian roots.

Remaining cognizant of the common roots as the American people, our legislative had enacted stringent laws pertaining to immigration and naturalization. The Naturalization Act of 1790 stipulated that "any alien, being a free white person, may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States" The Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 prohibited Chinese families from immigrating to the United States. The Immigration Act of 1907 reorganized the states bordering Mexico (Arizona, New Mexico and a large part of Texas) into Mexican Border District to stem the flow of immigrants into the U.S.

The Immigration Act of 1924 further limited the number of new immigrants by the establishment of a stringent quota system. The number of newcomers was now limited to 2 percent of each nationality who lived in the country not in 1924 but in 1890. The reliance of this legislation on the ethnic composition of the country before the turn of the century guaranteed that the majority of new arrivals would be from Northern Europe. Since few Italians and Eastern Europeans lived in the U. S. in 1890, the quotas for these nationalities became fixed at marginal rates and the number of new immigrants from "undesirable" regions greatly reduced. The following chart shows the effects of this legislation:

It is hard to conceive of an act of Congress that could be more culturally biased than the Immigration Act of 1954 and yet it received nearly unchallenged bipartisan support. Yet The New York Times editorialized: "The country has a right to say who shall and who shall not come in. . . . The basis of restriction must be chosen with a view not to the interest of any group or groups in this country . . . but rather with a view to the country's best interests as a whole."¹

In 1952, The McCarran Walter Immigration Act affirmed the national-origins quota system of 1924 and limited total annual immigration to one-sixth of one percent of the population of the continental United States in 1920, or 175,455. The act exempted spouses and children of U.S. citizens and people born in the Western Hemisphere from the quota.

THE KENNEDY PROMISE

But, in 1965, Kennedy and company viewed such legislation as pig-headed and prejudicial. Few elected officials, Senator Sam Ervin of North Carolina - - being one of the exceptions, dared to disagree with them. Championing the Celler-Hart bill, which called for the abolished all quotas, Kennedy, being far from prescient, said: "Contrary to the charges in some quarters, S500 will not inundate America with immigrants from any other country or area, or the most populated and economically deprived nations of Africa and Asia. . . The charges I have mentioned are highly emotional, irrational, and with little foundation in fact. They are out of line with the obligation of responsible citizenship. They breed hate of our heritage."²

Forty years after Senator Kennedy made this pledge, Dean Steven Gillon of the Honors College at Oklahoma University assessed the results of the 1965 Immigration Act by noting: "The U. S. added at least 40 million immigrants after 1965. Before 1965, 95 percent of the new immigrants had come from Europe. After 1965, 95 percent came from the Third World. The 1965 act has transformed American society and had consequences exactly the opposite of what we were promised."³
