I just discovered your blog. Well said in many ways. May I recommend two web sites for you? The first deals with the common law and provides a road map which We the People can use to take back our Good-given rights to freedom. https://1215.org
The second (and just as important) is http://losthorizons.com. Pete Hendrickson has figured out the basis for the IRS and how we, as citizens of free States of the Union, relate to the federal government. If you don't have gains from federally connected or privileged activities, they're not taxable by the IRS. That's the law!
My wife and I are still working on 2014/2015 where the IRS took away the "notice of levy" they tried to act on and replaced it with an acknowledgement that our tax owed for 2014 is only $xxx  instead on $xxxxx. We have just yesterday sent our amended return for 2012. 2013 will be submitted next week. They improperly took almost $xxxxxx. We've studied the law and are going to get our improperly withheld monies back!
Take a look at 26 USC 3401(c), 3121 and 7701 (a) 26.
I would be happy to discuss the details if you like.

Hello  Friends,
    It's 46 degrees F., now, where I live in the U.P.   I know that people in Florida might want to trade shoes with me now,  but everyone has there challenges.   I am glad that Florida didn't have a great loss of life issue, but the mud sides in Haiti are different.   And have you all heard yet, that Hillary claims that only she can stop hurricanes ??  Not to worry,  with the goofy 'News Media' -- you will.   In the mean time, I am wondering if I should turn on the heat for a while, and shudder to think about the dead of Winter !   I had planned to grill my beef steaks outside this Winter,  but now I don't know....Ha!  


It seems to me that Mr. Obama must have an ARMY surrounding him these days, for all the tons of bricks that COULD fall down on him at any time.   I wonder what kind of drugs he is using to stay so cool, living the lies all the time, as the "dogs of war" are barking at his door.   I guess his  dreams of grandeur must be pretty strong, or enhanced by smoking those 'funny cigarettes.'   If the Clintons snorted all kinds of 'Coke,'  Obama certainly has a good store and sources for 'Weed.'    What's the difference -- when past presidents used fine Whiskey to get numbed and liberated ?   Perhaps a little nip of the good stuff might also keep me warm... LOL !  


I need to call my cleaning lady soon, as it seems that my nice friend decided to abandon me,  but I should be used to that by now....   My clear conscience is costing me dearly, and like I always say:  "Be careful what you ask for /  pray for."   I am asking for any of my many email friends to just email a message to me, please, because I want to know what you are all thinking right now, and how you are.   I need to take a shower now, to start my day off right, and clean.

Now You will Know What Hillary Did About Benghazi.

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi post haste in order to retrieve US made Stinger missiles supplied to Ansar al Sharia without Congressional oversight or permission. Hillary brokered the deal through Stevens and a private arms dealer named Marc Turi. Then some of the shoulder fired missiles ended up in Afghanistan used against our own military. It was July 25th, 2012 when a Chinook helicopter was taken down by one of our own Stingers, but the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile and the Chinook didn't explode, but had to land anyway. An ordnance team recovered the serial number off the missile which led back to a cache of Stingers being kept in Qatar by the CIA. Obama and Hillary were now in full panic mode and Stevens was sent in to retrieve the rest of the Stingers. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the stand down orders given to multiple commando teams. It was the State Dept, not the CIA that supplied them to our sworn enemies, because Petraeus wouldn't supply these deadly weapons due to their potential use on commercial aircraft. Then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus after he refused to testify that he OK'd the BS talking points about a spontaneous uprising due to a Youtube video. Obama and Hillary committed treason...and THIS is what the investigation is all about, why she had a private server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and why Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was because of a Youtube video, even though everyone knew it was not. Further...the Taliban knew that this administration aided and abetted the enemy without Congressional approval when Boehner created the Select Cmte, and the Taliban began pushing the Obama Administration for the release of 5 Taliban Generals. Bowe Bergdahl was just a pawn...everyone KNEW he was a traitor. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised...and a woman that is a serial liar, perjured herself multiple times at the Hearing whom is running for POTUS. Only the Dems, with their hands out, palms up, will support her. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft was called in...because the administration knew our enemies had Stingers

ON THIS WEEK'S "HAL LINDSEY REPORT"

On September 28, FEMA, the FCC, and the National Weather Service conducted a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). EAS allows the federal government to take complete control of the content of television and radio stations, as well as cable systems.

Broadcasters are required to place the EAS switch between their studios and the station's transmitter. When the government activates the switch, the broadcaster's own sound and picture are replaced by the government's.

Only once before has this system been tested nationally. That was in November of 2011. There were several glitches and the system failed to perform adequately.

Apparently, last week's test was a complete success.

Ostensibly, EAS will be used to alert the public in the event of an impending natural disaster, probably a catastrophic weather emergency. Maybe even a national defense threat. Who could object to that? I don't.

But we've all seen movies where the super-villain somehow interrupts every broadcast in the nation (or the world) to announce his threats or demands. In real life, the EAS system used far too many and varied protocols for that scenario to be even a remote possibility.

But EAS is now part of the wider Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS). It is based largely on the internet. This wider system not only has the power to commandeer broadcast and cable content, it can also access smart phones.

After the recent bomb attacks in New York and New Jersey, the government sent out a warning to smart phone users in that area to be on the lookout for the primary suspect. For the first time (unlike an Amber Alert or an Emergency Weather Alert), they transmitted the man's picture.

Interestingly, your smart phone gives you control over the kinds of alerts or notifications you receive, such as Amber or weather alerts. But you do not have the ability to disable an alert from the White House. The President's order overrides everything else.

In view of what Bible prophecy says about the Antichrist's ability to communicate with the entire world, I think this is an interesting development.

Someone recently remarked to me that the EAS is old news. It's been around for years.

My thought was that it has never worked satisfactorily. Until now. It was never fully comprehensive. Until now.

I replied that every system or tool the Antichrist needs to accomplish his worldwide takeover has been in development for years, decades, even centuries. What makes it interesting is that they are all coming into completeness and full utility now. Just in time for the Antichrist's arrival.

Something else makes the rapid emergence of the tools and mechanisms he will need even more amazing. That is the fact that they are all being placed into the hands of global entities and authorities beyond the control of individual nations and states.

As of October 1, oversight of the internet has been completely ceded to an international agency. The ultimate authority to grant internet domain addresses now rests with a corporation outside the reach of the United States government. It remains to be seen what protections and rights that we, as American citizens, will now have available to us.

That pattern is repeating itself over and over. On September 20, President Obama told the United Nations that the United States has too much power and needs to relinquish some of its sovereignty. I know that's hard to imagine, but it's part of a worldwide trend.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a perfect example. That agreement took years to negotiate and is over 5,000 pages long. Though it is promoted by our leadership as a "trade" agreement, actually "trade" is only a small part of what it governs.

By agreeing to it, the United States is ceding an alarming amount of our own sovereignty and right of self-determination to a group of shadowy, globalist bureaucrats. And the TPP leaves very little recourse to us if we find it to be oppressive or harmful to our interests.

Most of it was negotiated during Hillary Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State. In 2012, she called it, "...the gold standard in trade agreements." Now that she's running for president, she claims to be against it. But if elected, you can be sure she will reverse course again and promote it vigorously.

TPP legally obligates its members to implement the United Nations' Agenda 2030. That's the program the UN claims will end poverty and pollution by 2030. Its provisions first become active in 2018.

Agenda 2030 is an update of the notorious Agenda 21. It passed the UN unanimously last year. And it calls for massive changes in all our lives. It is literally a scheme to subjugate mankind under the heel of corporate and international elites.

When the Antichrist assumes power, he will need global tools and organizations, as well as incredible technology, to accomplish his purpose. And it looks now like he will have everything he needs. Right on time. Just as the ancient prophets predicted.

Last week, Israel's last major founding figure passed away. Shimon Peres died at age 93.

As a young man in his mid-twenties, Peres was part of the group that established the modern state of Israel. He joined the team in 1947, almost exactly one year before the War of Independence in 1948. He was a trusted protege of "modern Israel's founding father," David Ben-Gurion.

From the beginning, Ben-Gurion entrusted young Peres with a variety of important tasks and positions. Throughout his long service to his nation, Peres served as Director General of the Israeli Defense Ministry, Minister of Finance, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Internal Affairs, and other high positions.

He oversaw the creation of Israel's military. In the 1950s, he convinced Ben-Gurion to initiate Israel's nuclear weapons program. That program alone has possibly been the major factor in Israel's effective deterrence of invasion by its much larger enemies.

In later years, Peres was twice Prime Minister of Israel. Later, he served for seven years in the largely ceremonial office of President of Israel. In fact, he is the only person in Israel's history to have been both Prime Minister and President.

But in the 1990s, the man who worked so long and hard for Israel's security, made a terrible mistake.

As Israel's Foreign Minister, Peres was the primary force behind The Oslo Accords. Even though he shared Nobel Peace Prizes with Yasser Arafat and Yitzhak Rabin for their efforts, the Oslo Accords have been called "Israel's Munich."

It was a disaster of the first order. Oslo led to major intifadas (almost immediately), bus bombings, wars, and a general sense of chaos throughout the land.

The Oslo Accords never brought peace.

Though he was wrong in this instance, I believe we can say that Shimon Peres tried with all his might to bring peace to his nation.

In his speech on the White House lawn the day the Accords were signed, Peres said, "Let us bid once and for all farewell to wars, to threats, to human misery. Let us bid farewell to enmity, and may there be no more victims on either side."

I believe he truly longed for those words to be true. Can you imagine how disappointed he must have been when the opposite happened?

I met Mr. Peres only once. I have always counted it a privilege to have spent time with one of Israel's most important founding figures.

Now that the last of the generation of courageous leaders that founded Israel (God's timeclock) has passed, it reminds me that every day we are moving closer to the climax of this Age of Grace.

Speaking of which, this week I want to tell you the difference between the Resurrection and the Rapture.

Let me give you a hint. If you are reading this, you don't need Resurrection, you need Rapture!

But you can prepare yourself for both, in exactly the same way!

Well, now....  I sincerely hope that all the Liberal ignorant block heads who voted for Obama-oink are really happy now, that we are on the edge of a state of war with Russia !   Some of you might remember that movie called,  "Wag the Dog," where the USA started a war just to cover up all their mistakes and corruption at home to mislead the American public.   We should not doubt one bit that this is the same event !!   Fact is,  the good guys have just uncovered enough evidence to blame the Clinton female and link her to Obama to put them all on the gallows !   So, why not murder off a few million of our own citizens to cover it all up ???   Ha!   The Obama's hate America anyway, so what a nice way to exit, and right on time !   Yes,  I am being sarcastic today, and it's raining where I live.   I just wonder what kind of lame excuse the Liberal Dims have for their STUPID choice....  duh.    That's right,  when all else fails and the American dollar is about to be counted as WORTHLESS  --- start a war with a nuclear strong man, and Mr. Putin is not a stupid man, IMHO.    It seems like he is taking care of his people fairly good and allows freedom of religion for the Christians over there.   That more than we can say here for America.    I fought for this country, the USA, and therefore I do have a say, and I also voted, but never for Obama !


I cleaned up my act, now alone, all by myself, and I KNOW WHERE I AM GOING.... when I die.   Can all you folks say the same thing??   Because on my last post here, I proved what the scriptures say about 'knowing that our salvation is secure and certain !'   If you are not completely sure, go back and read the surrounding texts that I posted to make sure.   In fact read the entire book of Romans, TODAY !!  
    I got a late start this morning,  but I did charge up my power scouter last night so I got wheels to shop at all the stores today, etc.   I ate baloney sandwiches yesterday, and maybe I will eat more today.   But I like a hot meal sometimes to make me feel good.   Watch out for rationing in the future, and FEMA might also try to TAKE your food !   Oh yes,  Obama was a great choice --- wasn't he?  Remember, "you can KEEP your own doctor !!"  --ObamaCare --B.S.  The sunny day of Summer are gone.   Sorry to rain on your parade, today, friends.   But God loves YOU !   Do you love Him ?  Prove it.

NOTE: When writing about God and Jesus, The Daily Jot means YHVH as God and Yeshua Ha Mashiach as Jesus--the actual original names and the true nature and character of them.     Thursday, October 6, 2016  Ignoring the obvious   The Apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 6:11-13: "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." The order of wickedness emanates from the devil. His minions are established in spiritual principalities, extending to those who are placed in the hierarchy here on earth-those of this world. We need to recognize this and understand it, especially as it relates to our leadership.   On October 22, 1962, President John F. Kennedy faced such an example with the Cuban missile crisis. Kennedy addressed the nation, saying "This Government, as promised, has maintained the closest surveillance of the Soviet military buildup on the island of Cuba. Within the past week, unmistakable evidence has established the fact that a series of offensive missile sites is now in preparation on that imprisoned island. The purpose of these bases can be none other than to provide a nuclear strike capability against the Western Hemisphere. The Soviet leadership lied about the missiles up to the very day of Kennedy's address. It was obvious, even though many did not want to suspend their disbelief to see the imminent threat of death or surrender that was facing our beloved country.   This is no different than the current Administration. It has been revealed that the White House and its minions deliberately lied to the American people and the news media, misled them intentionally, about dealing with the world's foremost sponsor of terrorism-Iran. According to a Washington Free Beacon investigative report, the Administration lied to the media, lawmakers and the citizenry for over nine months as it reached agreement to release $1.7 billion to the very Iranian bank that funds the country's ballistic missile system. Instead of curtailing Iran's nuclear program, the White House has accelerated it. For over seven years, the White House has appeared to work against the best interest of Americans.   We, as a law abiding people, chose to right these types of wrongs peacefully rather than with bloodshed. We do it through elections. We cannot ignore the obvious. Continuing the takeover of our nation by those who wish to destroy it in the name of change is ignoring the obvious. Continuing this is detrimental to ourselves and our offspring. The scriptures say that the devil wishes to steal, kill and destroy. That is what is facing us with this election. We can either chose peacefully to begin to change it with this election, or ignore the obvious and reap the consequences as children of disobedience. It will lead to more theft, death, and destruction. As for me and my house, we chose to take a course where us and our seed may live. We have to draw the line in the sand somewhere. Guten Tag !   ---Good Day !
     The article that I cut and pasted today is super food for thought... and scary.   But I feel the need to tell you about something very important, in my mind.  It's kind of like an 'illustration' or parable, but includes the pure History of Israel, too.  
     In Exodus, Chapter 19, verse, 25, it says that, "So Moses went down unto the people, and spake [spoke] unto them."  And then, Chapter 20, begins with the 10 Commandments, along with 300 other legal, important, BINDING laws.  Most people in the world, and many so-called 'Christians' don't even know [or care] about this significant fact/ record ! !   But the Power and Authority in those following chapters and verses are, for instance, that, 'If a son/ child at the "age of reason" raised his hand against his parents ---the law called for the DEATH PENALTY !  That's right,  the 'child' would be stoned to death outside the city gates !  That's  nothing to sneeze about, friends !   Do I have your attention now ?   This just serves to let us know how important the Law Covenant was, so that it was the parents' J.O.B. to 'TEACH their children well.'   That last phrase is part of an old song of the 1960's.....    You must see and understand that IGNORANCE of the Law is no excuse!   OK,  we as Christians, today, are NOT under that Old Law Covenant Code.   We are under the New Law Code that Jesus Christ gave us shortly before He died for all mankind, in the year 33 CE [or A.D., if you prefer].   But the 'penalty of sin is still death !'   But if we truly KNOW God, and confess that Jesus is our true Lord and Savior with our lips, we can know for sure that we are Saved.  See, Romans 8: 35,  "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness or peril, or sword?"  And verse 39 says that 'Nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is the Lord Jesus Christ.'   But that doesn't mean we can live the wicked, dark, sinful life style !   Even though we sin every day of our lives, doesn't mean that we can willfully practice sin.  


The MOST IMPORTANT THING IN MY LIFE, especially right now, in October, 2016, is [with all the dire, important, scary, disturbing News and threats of World War 3, etc..... and the Rapture could also come at any time...] --- is being  Saved and going to heaven !   Hey!  I've already had a super, adventurous life, full of danger, hard work and so many disappointments, loss of beloved family, a wife and a son !!   Would I really like to cap it all  off with eternity in HELL ???      Remember, it's like the 'Roach Motel...'  the bugs can get in --- but they CAN'T GET OUT !   The KJV Bible tells us that, YES, we can and should know for sure, that we are Saved and going to heaven !!
     But here is another question, please....  Years ago they had "Match Makers" so that the parents of upper class people would 'arraign' future marriages so that their children could have some security and safety in marrying into the proper, right families... especially Nobility.   I am just a "Common Man" and so love and feelings are involved and I can pick out the woman whom I like -- and she likes me, too.   But still, we were probably raised to hopefully marry in our cultural and religious circles and status. 
     So, let's say that I found a nice lady on a 'Christian dating web site,' and we emailed, and talked to each other on the phone and exchanged photos of each other.  People do that all the time, and they do fall in love with each other.   But what IF a person never spent much time getting to know the other person, many miles away??   The other person might get the feeling that the man just didn't have much interest in her ?   Or maybe the man only wanted the woman for selfish reasons, for good looks, for sex, for money, etc.   And people can, and do become "actors" and are also predatory, mean, dishonest, and mercenary !!  So,  BEWARE !   You would THINK that people who call themselves "Christians" would ACT like Christians....  but most of them have not got a clue what that term means !!   And they never even read the Gospel accounts of the Bible, either !  You see, marriage is like an "Investment."  You have got to put in the time, to get to know the other person, inside out, to know and care for your mate.  To be good at communication -- you need to practice.  The Holy Spirit also helps us a lot, but again,  MOST people don't even know about the Spirit, or what Jesus Christ taught.... so how can they really say that they are, "Christians ??"    Yes,  most people are just too dang lazy to 'make the investment' in time,  to ever read God's Word, seriously,  and too many churches fail to teach the pure bible, too.   Shame !    And Women's Liberation has done a good job at destroying Christianity, along with many so-called, 'churches' here in the USA and abroad.   Yes,  our 'civilization' is almost destroyed as most of the world would rather throw in their lot with the NWO [the New World Order, of Satan the Devil].  
     OK,  Satan is certainly responsible for much of the world's woes --- but we still have to make a choice, and soon !!   God has the power to "see into our hearts" just as Jesus did when he was on earth... as it was recorded for us in the 4 Gospel accounts.   So there is NO fooling Him !   And as I have said so often.... "Going to some church every Sunday no more makes one a Christian --- than standing in a garage makes one an auto mechanic !"  
      A smart pastor recently told me,  that if my conscience bothered me about doing something,  then it was a sin.   I have recently prayed for something, and God heard me, and now that I have the cure for what ails me,  I am truly lonely and depressed.  'Be care what you wish for, or pray for....LOL.'   But at the same time,  don't stick your head in the sand like a big bird.   Remember what we said about being, "Willfully Ignorant."   God knows our heart.  And if we have a question, seek proper advice,  from the BIBLE, or a bible-smart, honest, Christian, person.   That is what I do.  And there is a difference between committing a sin in ignorance  --- and "Practicing Sin" on a daily basis.  We will still be sinners until the day we die -- or get Raptured [which ever comes first].   But we can KNOW that we are Saved !  
      Just as it is SMART and WISE, to set some canned goods and drinking water aside in the knowledge that Hurricane Matthew is coming to the mainland, USA., and it might be best to even evacuate your homes....  it is also very important to 'get to know God, by reading His Word, the Holy Bible.  
   Soldiers are trained well, to 'know their enemy, his tactics, mindset, etc.'   Believe me [and God],  We Christians are now in the fight of our life --- against the 'machinations of the devil' -- the dark spirit of the world, and all false religion, and that includes the dark, evil NWO !  And, again... dear brothers, once we lose or give up our 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights --- it's all over but the crying and shame ! !  Hello FEMA camps!   BTW, the large print, KJV Bible makes for 'great body armor !'  It's bullet proof.

They are here in America for welfare benefits and creating future jihadists.     WE deserve better than this, but any person who votes for Hillary Clinton or "stays home" on election day deserves whatever they get.  You may not want to ‘deal’ with it, but it is a fact of life.

Hello Dear Friends, all over the World,
     Just when we think that things cannot get any worse --- they do.   You can't even make this stuff UP anymore !!   I entreat you all to click on the Link below to read the whole story of what is happening  right now, please.  


Friends,  I will tell you right now that I don't derive any pleasure from the fact that,  "I told you so !!"   As I have repeatedly told you,  I am in this world, as surely as all my brothers in the Lord, and everyone else.    The 'fat is in the fire,' and 90% of us will suffer, sure enough.   I don't even care about the rich folks who think that they are safe..... God will certainly deal with them, and I am not going to worry about that !   I got my hands full of dividing up my own bills, debts, to stay above water, to keep a roof over my own head.   


One things we can depend on,  and that is God's promise to take care of us, one way or another.    But how will we act in the mean time ??  Will we all act like Christians is this world mess ?    Many times that is hard to do in a 'dog  eat dog world.'    Sure, some of us old Soldiers are well trained for combat and survival,  but I know that this 'Storm' will be something that the world has NEVER, ever, seen before, and we will all be gasping for air, etc.    And who is to say that some evil person or crowd might hit us on the head and take what we have ??    Well, the only good thing about dying, is that Christians know where they will go, after death.   
     I had a very nice, pleasant talk with a pastor today, and he helped me out.... and I told him so, and thanked him.    It seems like the Holy Spirit was pricking my conscience all the time, but I needed to hear things from an HONEST man of God, to help me figure things out.    I am, in deed, very thankful.    I just hope that I am doing everything proper, and I am now trying hard to 'repair all the bridges that I've burned.... if I can, and make amends.'   "Repairers of the breach."  


Well,  I think that I am almost done blowing hot air at people that think they have everything under control -- who worry NOT about anything.   Jesus didn't come to earth either -- to minister to those who were "healthy."   He came to show sinners that there was 'something else, a big change' that would occur, shortly....  His death, for all of mankind.
