Hi Friends!
I wish and hope that ALL of my readers take the time to read, post and share this important message, and to take action immediately.  I needed to run out of my house and work out at the Health Spa/ and pump iron this morning, but I am glad this last message caught m eye. 

If it were not for my total trust in the Lord and His promises, I don't honestly know what would happen to we combat Veterans and Patriots, that watch our country crumble and crack right in front of our eyes.   I fault the CONGRESS just as much as the "Prez" who told the WH !!  How can they sit on their hands while all this stuff is going on right in front of their eyes --- and not make a peep?  At t his point, I don't even trust the GOP either now!  Good thing the Lord is coming soon.  'Jesus is my personal, true Lord and Savior -- and heaven is my home.'  ALL OF YOU CAN AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO SAY THESE SAME FINE WORDS, just like me, and I can teach you how!   tschuckman@aol.com 

BTW,  yesterday after I left to buy an important  5/8 inch wood bit with a long shank to help my best friend,  TERRI,  'fix' the garage, I met another fine, Army Aviator Veteran, a helicopter pilot named Dave, who put many years of combat flying in RVN [The Republic of Vietnam], and there just seems to be a high concentration of retired military guys and Combat Veterans in our community,  who choose to live up here in the Iron Mtn., MI. area of the U.P. where I now call home too.  I know that Dave and I will soon get together for dinner to discuss our time in Vietnam, but we are both Christians too!!  PTL.

Thanks for all the updates. What a terrible President Obama is! It's a good thing that God is on control :) I have passed this story onto my facebook friends so it is up to them to read. It is difficult when you see so many people that you love deny the truth hopefully they will not leave it too late til they repent. I am far from perfect in fact there are many daily struggles for me and I know that I need to lean on God more and more everyday things just get so crazy somedays I'm sure you understand that as a Christian though :) I'm glad that you have found Terri and wish you both lots of happiness!!!! This material bears repeating as many times as it takes!  With the Church being carved up and fragmented, bombarded by the Evangelicals and New Age rs, etc.,  we constantly need to be strengthened by the Bible truth-- not man's "truth." 
   I can only bring the 'food' to the table.   I cannot force feed the people, and just look at my competition- including all the devil's glitter and politics. Can you even imagine a sitting president OK'ing Homosexual marriage nation wide??   He certainly would not have done this thing if he didn't think he could swing the votes... and that's EVERYTHING to Mr, Obama.   30 years ago when I read that the 'Last Days' being compared to Sodom and her sister cities in the OT, I thought that was kind of over the hill-- but now I have seen it with my own eyes.  But this only strengthens my faith a little more as I see all "civilization" collapse, even in America -- and can we really expect God to 'Bless our Nation' after this, along with the growing abortion, and corruption?? 
    Which brings me to another powerful point that I have been thinking about lately...'Should real Bible Christians really TRY to correct and save our sinking country??  Not unless we totally understand that we only have a very short time in which to preach and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and bring more honest people into the 'fold' of true SALVATION -- and are actively working to that end!!   
   If we are just trying to perpetuate this stinking, rotting, diseased old system on planet earth to enjoy more of it's ilk-- we are pressing on to sin, greed and selfishness, IMHO.  So, we have to ask ourselves what our own motive is for getting involved in politics and 'save the planet' type kinds of endeavors.  The old earth and heavens will be burned up anyway to make room for the New Heavens and New Earth -- so what's the point?  Whom are we living for:  God, or Satan?
    I have to put myself thru the same questions to to examine my own heart-- and pray all the more.

Pre Or Post Doesn’t Bother Me

Q. I’ve been watching a pastor on TV who is obviously post-trib and goes so far to claim we have been in the Tribulation for several years. I have no quarrel with his teaching since I feel he is on target with his basic tenets of OSAS and it doesn’t bother me about “pre” or “post”. However, I note in John 6:37-40 that Christ says He will raise us up on the last day. Doesn’t that sound like “post-trib” to you?

A. I think you should be uncomfortable listening to a post trib teacher because he’s demonstrating an incomplete understanding of the difference between Israel and the Church and he doesn’t fully comprehend the doctrine of grace. For example the Biblical term for the so-called seven year Tribulation is Daniel’s 70th Week. It requires Israel to be back in covenant with God with a rebuilt Temple. It also means the Battle of Ezekiel 38 would be over and the anti-Christ would be on the scene overseeing a seven year treaty he negotiates with Israel at the end of that battle (Daniel 9:27). If the world has been in the “Tribulation” for several years these things would already have happened.

John 6:37-40 doesn’t say Jesus will raise all believers up on the last day. It says He’ll raise them up at the last day, which means at the time of the end times judgments. But it also refers to the resurrection. Jesus never directly mentioned the rapture in any of His teaching. It was first introduced by Paul about 20 years after the crucifixion. Both he (Romans 11:25) and James (Acts 15:13-18) say the Church will be gone before Daniel’s 70th Week begins.

Finally, you should care whether the rapture is pre or post trib because Jesus called it the worst time of judgment the world ever has or ever will see (Matt. 24:21). About 1/2 the world’s population won’t survive it. If you understood its magnitude you would be desperate to know for certain whether the Bible says you’ll have to suffer through it.

Well Folks,
Here we have it... the subject that I have been hiding as so instructed by the Racine County DA's office, in WI., for fear that I might write something that could jeopardize the case/ trial of one of the perps/ crimminals  who  murdered  my only, beloved son, Andy Schuckman, age 37.  In the end, the skilled assistant DA, Mr. Schneider, pointed out that the perp., Larry Dunn, [the first one of the two people who are being tried separately] beat up my son, who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and killed him --- found guilty by a jury of his peers, very alert, smart folks from Wisconsin.  I've got a News Paper clipping, but had challenges downloading it onto my humble Blog:  TOM'S JOURNAL. 
     The whole, long, 5 day trial was heavy on my family's hearts and brains, something I was dreading, for many personal reasons, but Terri, my fiance, came with me to support me thru it all, as I wore the proper attire, showing respect for the court-- a suit and tie, and was there most of the time.   But Terri and I had to do a lot of walking on concrete at the court house in Racine, WI., and having a hard time looking for a place to park.    I am just glad that this much is over now, and we can expect "Mr" Dunn to face a long time in the crowbar hotel, maybe even 30 years.  But the ultimate grand Judge will soon take care of all perpetrators in the past, present and  future-- as some will go to heaven, and some will go to hell.   I am bound by the same Book I read and study often, to also forgive those who have hurt me, as then they may  have realized what a heavy blow and great stupidity they did on earth and hurt so many other people, like my dear son, Andy, who was a young, handsome, skilled, smart, kind, active man, although very imperfect like his Daddy...  No one can say I didn't try extra hard to teach my son the truth of the Bible, and many skills to see him thru life,  and I  also confess my own imperfections, but also the grand Salvation of Christ's redeeming blood on the cross for ALL THOSE WHO SEEK FORGIVENESS, COMFORT, PEACE AND A PLACE IN HEAVEN!!  IMHO, the 'Defense' tried to discolor, lie, and bring much shame on the character of my son, Andy, and he was not perfect, but he didn't deserved to be beat to death and left for dead, and then his personal  property  stole  and destroyed either!  So we finally see some closure and peace now as  this first sad chapter is over with. 
     To be sure, there are some very bruised and tender feelings right now in my own family, and it will take time to heal.  God will correct all things, and most Christians I know believer sooner than later.  I found out that my own sibling had "more important things to do" than come and support my family during this important trial...  and they are like the beasts of the field-- with no understanding of the deeper, more spiritual things, just they own comfort zone and play time....sorry.  They will have to live with their blunders and selfish tendencies, just as I will have to live with mine.   It took me many years to trust in the Holy Spirit, so that I could honestly say that mh own heart could forgive those to wronged me in life -- but as the trial grew close, I had trouble again, as some anger came to the fore, and I only wanted JUSTICE and the animal put away for a long time!!  And his many lies all thru the trial  didn't endear any one to him either -- especially me.   
   So, friends, we got some other things done while back South near my old house, and good info on some other things that I've been looking into, and Terri bought 3 more fine dresses and comfortable shoes, etc.

I must report that this morning was a hectic one as I went to the Iron Mtn., MI 49801--VAMC [The local VA Hospital] to have my Left eye looked at by a doctor [civilian] who examined and told me that I have a 'FLOATER' in that eye, but it 'should go away in a month or so...'  PTL.  Not many folks in the world know much about those things, except that they "just happen" and not much can be done, I guess.  But it was the general lack of personal attention, care, slow, lazy people who are there just for the check/ money -- with no regard for the Disabled Combat Veterans!!! Sure, there are some good, kind, efficient staff and doctors there-- sometimes, but they are not the Norm-- they are the exception!   I contact,  make record and journal other Veterans who have been mistreated, had bad surgeries, by incompetent,. goofy "doctors" and the over whelming sum total doesn't look good for  the up coming "Obama-Care" coming down the pike... LOL!  And yes, we all can be laughing thru our tears, and SHAME ON US FOR SLEEPING IN CLASS AND IGNORING ALL THE WARNING FLAGS AND SIGNS, WHILE WE WERE ALL HIGH JACKED INTO A HORRIBLE SOCIALIST SOCIETY!!  The older Veterans know and remember what it was like before-- when they got some respect and proper care in the past....duh.    Where else but the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, can you find tons of mismanaged money that helps and cotels Illegal Immagrants-- but dumps on it's disabled Veterans???  Sorry.... we LET the Socialist, bleeding hearts steal our money and funnel it to those who never paid into the system!  Shame.
    A good combat Vietnam Vet who served with the Australian Army over there says much of th esame is happening in his country, as they lose more rights and freedoms over in the L'and down under.'  OK,  I am not going to harp on this much more -- but I felt compelled to make my point-- because if we don't take care of ourselves --- who will ??

I would sooner vote for Amos and Andy, or Betty Boop, rather than getting another 4 tortureous years with the baffoon in the WH we have now.   [Only the older crowd will understand that one...Ha!]  

I have not eaten anything since yesterday's breakfast and still feel fine-- but after the VA weighing me up again today I thought I just MIGHT go on a fast to shave off those new unwanted pounds.  I would be very happy to lose another 60 pounds...  but my human genetics work against me -- ME THINKS.  I my eyes, my soon to be wife, is drop dead beautiful and I would not care of she did put on more pounds...  nothing can tear away my love for her, an dnow we seem to have found a good bible teaching church in town that we support, etc... plus we study the bible often and LOVE IT!!    I am nudging her toward my fav. KJV Bible, but if she insisted on using one of my old NASB's I will not complain, and I told her that from the get -go.   I will NEVER try to force anything down her throat, ever.  On the other hand, she is so smart and talented that I let her usually to have her own way with many ideas and powerful, logical reasoning.  Hey!  Life is just too darn short to be arguing all the time -- and for what??  I learned that valuable leason one year ago after my past wife, Sharon, moved on to heaven, and left me with just an old, faithful dog to hug, named, Deuce, the Rottweiler.  He has a new girlfriend too, called Freda, the German-Shepard, but they are both neutered and pretty much a brother/ sister team-- but close companions, and I am happy for him too.  Just think what grand joys Our Father brings to both man and beast. 

Terri has shown precious few, but trustworthy friends, her new engagement ring-- and now we are talking a 'major investment...'  Some of her finest attributes are her cheery smile [almost all the time], her beautiful blue eyes and blondish hair, and her high intelligence level-- so I know for sure that I am communicating with my intellectual equal in King's English.    Not a day goes by that I don't pray and thank my Lord for leading me to Terri, way back in January.  Getting women was not the problem -- but finding an honest, real Bible Christian lady who wasn't just after my retirement package and goodies, was a illusive, trying adventure, and man, I could tell you all some real, nasty stories of gold diggers, users, abusers, game players, etc.  And I know that finding a good man is hard too, from what I've heard.  And I well know enough that a woman will eventually 'see through' any fascade, or lies, so I always put my cards on the table and tell the truth with plenty of documents and sources. 

So many GOOD, honest Christian women are frustrated because they can't find a man on their level, with their values and temperment.  Of course it's still a learning process with anyone you meet and settle down with, but having a common bond, a Book that has all the rules, regs, blueprints for living, is the best foundation, IMHO.  [in my humble opinion.]  I will endeavor to teach her everything I know and different ways to do things -- but in the final anaysis, if it doesn't get any better-- it's good enough!  I happen to be into self improvement -- so I ASK Terri to correct me in kindness/ in private, so I can work on my shortcomings and character flaws, and it seems to work.  I bought Terri an expensive gold braclet with 2 German words on it [secret] that can be said if ever I am making a fool out of myself or saying something wrong or too confidentail, or if we are in eminent DANGER!  We shall go shopping for a few fine dresses for Terri,  soon,  maybe next week, for "special occasions" and try to cover all the details now so we don't have to rush around and hurry at the last minute.  It's fun to plan things.

Lastly, we DON'T know the day or hour of the Rapture, but we DO know the season.  Why don't we all work together in concert-- in harmony, to incite love and fine works, especially to those close to us in the Faith.  We are temporary residents here on earth-- knowing full well that Heaven is our home-- all those who bend knee, and kiss the Son.  If God is FOR us... who can be against us?? 
    "Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins."  ~1st Peter 4:8.

Today was just another day in 'Paradise' U.P. in the frozen tundra, somewhat bitter-sweet, that just had to be aired-- but I promise that this won't be the main course of my future posts.  I figure that IF some travesty doesn't get addressed right away-- it will just continue to get swept under the rug.  Jesus is Lord.

Rain and Snow.

IMHO [in my humble opinion] , the U.P. is a funny, unpredictable place to live or visit-- and a little bit like the mountains in Colorado, USA, where I have been for a short time also.  Friends have told me that you NEVER go for a ride in the Mountains without several important things to take with you;  A gallon of good  water, flashlight and batteries, perhaps an extra gallon or 2 of gasoline, a few hearty sandwiches, and a warm coat AND a warm blanket!  Maybe it's the little boy scout in me from Milwaukee, or some good survival training, plus 2 years in combat--Vietnam: 68-70, but I always take the basics 'tools' with me.  And unless you are a very close, trusted friend of mine who has come over to visit me at my home, I will not divulge all my personal secrets.  But ONE of those items will always be a KJV Bible, and I have different sizes, for different motives and places, including-- just giving them away for FREE!! 

Back at the U.P. [Upper Peninsula, MI.]  the weather has been intermittently raining all day, and just changed to snow.  My fiance and close friends all know that I am a 'betting person' -- but I never bet on something that I KNOW  I can't win.... so maybe it wasn't much of a 'bet' to start with.  Just like the coming Spring/ Summer weather, that I BET-- will be scary and hairy for sure, with many tornadoes and earthquakes in the USA THIS YEAR!!  Now just how do I know these things??  I also think that our economy COULD have a small 'spurt' of good news-- as it is 'manipulated' by the 'powers that be-- this current administration-- but only for a time, to get the votes.  Generally speaking, however,  housing, and Wall Street, and the economy, jobs, will continue a 'slow burn' so that things will get from bad to worse, with internal tensions, crime, greed, and deprivation making men fearful and depressed....   sorry folks.

The only good news is:  That God will never forsake His own people-- the elect, the Born-Again Christian followers of the Lord Jesus Christ who openly confess, bend knee and serve...  'We will never beg for bread...' we see in the book of Psalms - from King David.  But we will see some hard times for sure, and will have to learn to live lean.  Just remember that our hard times will only be momentary-- temporary,  because our Lord and Master will step in at the proper time!!  He knows and sees his people being murdered and persecuted every day on earth, but He will keep his mighty sword sheathed until the proper moment in time when HE WILL RETURN TO GATHER UP HIS ELECT, CHOSEN PEOPLE!   So with this good news we can be happy and joyful with what we have, with out the garbage type of  life style, station in life,  but with a 'roof, clothes and food' - we shall be content - according to the apostle Paul. 

I am having hamburgers with grilled onions tonight -- but just think:  supper could just as well be the onions and nothing more.. or dog food!!   I have personally seen terrible poverty and was even homeless for a very short time in cold, windy, heartless Milwaukee in the Winter of 1994-95, and had to drop out of college, the 2nd time, early, to take a  job welding foreman, over some very hostile ghetto people who hated me just because of my skin color [German-American] and the fact that I earned more than them-- but I had much experience and schooling behind me from years past.....duh.   Not long after that experience, I got called back to Chrysler in May of '95, and finished my 30 years with full pension and bennies.  Now... is that LUCK???  The answer is NO!  Actually, when I was homeless and desperate, I DID find the Lord, confessed my sins, asked Him into my life and heart, and vowed to try harder to give my life to Him --Jesus, and things shortly after started to get better in my life.  But I am STILL A SINNER, and still have much to work on, learn, share, teach, grow, etc.

If my Lord grants me another two months, I feel that I will experience a 'quantum leap'  in the 'warmer weather' where I will find a good, bible teaching, preaching home church, and re-start my bible sharing/ handing, out ministry and hook up with the right people who can help me net work to go soul winning again and also reach some folks who need to be reached about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as best as a crippled, bionic knees, and one of them [R] messed up by the Milwaukee VA... Disabled, Veteran can.  I have an old Dodge Ram 2007, 4 by 4 vehicle, but am think [JUST thinking, 'dear one'...] of buying an XR650L, on/ off the road dirt bike that can climb the hills and mountains where I presently am calling home, sweet home.  I've already got tangled in some 'briars' but the Holy Spirit got me out of that situation, so that now I can pray for those who oppose me, if they still do.  If those folks do read this humble column-- please know that I am a very peaceful man with some hobbies, like other God-fearing men have, and no body need fear me.  I seek not war nor battle, but PEACE, just as my Master does.  One of my fav' . scriptures is:  "For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain."  A few  unlearned people tell me that I talk about death too much...but death is all around us and I have no illusions as to what death is!  It is nothing more than a GATEWAY to everlasting life!  And MOST folks have it all wrong, including my believed, dear, old Mom, in Wisconsin... who claims that only the 'good people go to heaven -- the holy Saints-- like Mother Theresa, etc!'  Therefore, I don't have a snow ball's chance in a 'hot fire' to gain salvation and heaven --- in her opinion.  But then, Mom never did read the Bible, and that grand BOOK also comes in audio tapes, and CD's that I have and can direct others with vision problems to get, easily.  In fact,  I am going to suggest/ ask Terri if she would like to both follow with her own Bible, and listen to a special Scottish gentleman reader of the Bible at the same time-- sometime soon!   I will let you all know how it goes.

Be of good cheer, dear brother, sisters and friends!  And please continue to pray for me.  My cute, handsome grandson, who broke his leg during a skiing accident a few weeks ago, is now doing well!!  Thank you for praying for him too.
