Hello  Friends,
     In my humble opinion,  even though I like President Trump and support most of his agenda,  I have always found it best to 'think for myself,'  and do the extra research and personal study.   In other words,  "Anything can happen at anytime !"   And Murphy's Law, in alive and in force.   BTW, that fine book is out of print.... sorry.  
      My father and the Army taught me a lot about being self sufficient.   I wanted to be a 'Master of ONE trade' and went to college for more welding study,  but then all the big companies wanted a 'Jack of all Trades !'   But now it makes sense to be multi-skilled.   I just never thought this sad state of affairs would be here so soon ---  but the KJV BIBLE is always right and correct.   It is of much power and might right now as it was 20 Centuries ago !   Study and read it every day,  and try your hand at memorizing some of it, as I do.... NOT to show off,  but to increase your knowledge and grow closer to God and His Son !  

As for the EMP business,  it does,  and has made me more aware of my situation in 2017, and I am prepared.   But again,  "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;   and lean not unto thine own understanding.."  ---Proverbs 3: 5.  
         I have bandages on both thumbs, etc., so it's hard to turn pages in my Bible.   The dry Winter air makes my finger tips crack open, every season.  
        My dear wife, Lori,  told me last night:   'that she was glad and happy to be married to me.'   And that almost made me cry...   Fact is,  we do argue and disagree sometimes,  but it's up to me, the husband, to heal things up and explain why things need to be a certain way.   But my wife acknowledges that my common sense, age, and experience is precious,  and I usually give her what ever she wants, and plenty of resources.  
    She is also trying to support me in my recent new diet [way of life style], as I recognize that I will die SOON, if I don't lose a lot of weight !!   I believe that it's important to take all my vitamins and healing herbs,  as I don't really eat very much now days.   I read and study that subject often, too.    I am staying away from "legumes" and wheat products, and drinking more water, instead of soda pop.   And I think that those who 'celebrate' TOO MUCH with too much booze will end up at the hospital this season, with a huge headache.   I think it's best to be moderate and humble.

There is a great deal of information out there regarding electromagnetic pulses (EMPs), manmade or naturally generated, and their potential effects on civilization. The notion of EMPs knocking out the power grid and subsequently sending the world as we know it into chaos is a solid fixture in American pop culture. There are plenty of Hollywood flicks out there that use EMPs as catalysts for end-of-the-world scenarios. While that makes for good cinema, and most die-hard survivalist love a good EMP-end-of-the-world movie now and then, these fictional portrayals of EMPs can spread some harmful disinformation. Disinformation regarding a topic that is dead-serious in a very nonfictional way, can get people killed. Below, we’ve taken the liberty of dispelling a few quick EMP myths. Let’s set the record straight. Time for some EMP fact vs fiction.

Fact or Fiction- An EMP will render all phones/tablets completely useless.

This is only partially true and depends both what you use your phone for, as well as your definition of the word “useless.” The large majority of these devices such as iPhones and iPads have internal EMI shielding. Manufacturers have this already put in place, in order to protect the device components from affecting each other. What this means, is that you have a decent chance of using your iPhone or iPad after the event of an EMP, however using it to call anyone or check the internet will not be possible. This is because telecommunication antennas will be out. The exception to all of this, is that if your phone is charging, it will be fried because of its attachment to the larger power grid.

Fact or Fiction- An EMP will cause planes to fall from the sky.

This true. However, it is a little dramatic to state that planes will “fall” from the sky. First off, old planes will be just fine. This is because they use hydraulics that are actually attached to the pilot controls. These planes will still have somewhat functional flight controls. Newer planes will have their electronics fried and therefor rendered inoperable, which basically makes them giant gliders. Sure, it will be incredibly stressful and borderline impossible for a pilot to find a way to land a 747-sized glider someplace below him in a world without runway lights (or anywhere that doesn’t have enough space), but planes will not tailspin and hurtle to the earth.

Fact or Fiction- EMPs will fry batteries.

This is false. Batteries will not be damaged by EMPs. This is because they do not contain a diode junction, which is the electronic part that allow EMPs to fry electronics. But don’t get all hopeful yet, keep in mind that anything you will need a battery for will be effected by the EMP.

Fact or Fiction- The US government has a congressional committee specifically tasked with protecting America from the threat of EMPs.

True. In 2001, congress did in fact establish the EMP Commission under the National Defense Authorization Act of 2001. The goal of this bi-partisan committee was to reach an independent assessment of EMP threat level, pertaining to the United States. But don’t start feeling too safe yet, on September 30, 2017, The Congressional Commission to Assess the Threat of Electromagnetic Pulse to the United States of America was shut down indefinitely.

Après tout, Dieu le Père - l'Éternel a envoyé son Fils unique, Jésus Christ pour mourir sur la croix pour tous les horribles de l'humanité... comme il est dit dans Jean, chapitre 3, verset 16 !  ! La Bible n'est pas que difficile à comprendre -- si vous avez l'Esprit Saint -- la troisième personne de la Trinité de Dieu tout-puissant, en vous. Et tout ce que vous devez faire pour recevoir Jésus et l'Esprit Saint dans votre cœur et d'être, est d'avoir l'humilité de lui demander ! Oui, c'est gratuit ! Et vous pouvez prier Dieu presque partout/ à tout moment. Avis : Si le mal les hommes voulaient attache moi et couper ma tête --- ce serait certainement l'endroit que je veux prier ! !

    No wonder there is so much political murder, intrigue, LIES, 'Fake News' as the most evil element in America choose to follow Satan and his demons in this day --- the "Last Days !"    OK,  I know that other countries are just as bad,  butchering their own people and others, especially in Muslim lands -- Middle East and such.   But we were once protected and blessed by Father God to a high degree, and we once prospered !   We fed the world, and produced the farm tractors, trucks, autos, fields and tons of grains, etc.   And right now we can figure that our total debts are about to sink us -- because many in p0litics were so greedy as to STEAL the taxpayers' money !!   Accountability must be made clear enough so that any plough boy, and child can understand !   And I have personally seen little children learn, teach, teach truths in the Bible --- where old, stupid men in their 70's could not understand !   In fact, whole countries can be set back to  total ignorance in one or two generations !!  And the Liberal Democrats almost did that to our inner cities in America !   Father God has promised to reverse that --- after the Rapture, and the great wars conclude where He sends His Son,  Jesus Christ and angels to "cleanse the Earth."

In the meantime,  wickedness and gross sin are so rampant and universal, that we Christians fear and worry about the safety of President Donald J. Trump, and his beautiful family.... and so we pray every day.   We may not know exactly what is coming down the pike,  but we have a good notion, learned from the KJV Bible and World History.   As for me,  I don't intend to be caught flat footed, with my pants down when the Lord comes back to settle accounts....Ha!   
    I realize that I repeat too much info and my own mindset here, so often.   But the core principles are so important --- and also quite simple, IMHO.  
       You know,  I have learned in front of the Masters and great teachers/ instructors in colleges, etc., and am very thankful to Father God- Yahweh, for all of my enrichment and wisdom....   PTL !   And I LOVE to share my Info and Intel !   If you don't understand somethings in my Blog --please email me and I will help you in any way that I can.   I may even give you my phone number after I can trust you.   One thing I can and will tell you,  is that,  BEFORE I spend my hard earned money,  I always look up and research that item, tool, contraption, Healing Herbs, Medicine, BEFORE I jump and make the move !  You should too.    Please be HUMBLE enough to look up the right Scriptures,  as I do, too.

    It seems that many people that I track with my PC -- Personal Computer,  read my modest blog often,  live in Western and Eastern Europe,  France, Scandinavia, England, Portugal, Russia, Romania, China, Norway --especially, Denmark and the USA.   But not too much of Africa, Moslem States/ countries......   I guess that there is a logical reason for most everything.   Ha!

Trump Just Dropped A BOMBSHELL On Mueller and He Is FURIOUS

Robert Mueller’s fishing expedition has been dragging along for months at this point, with no evidence of Russia-Trump collusion to show for themselves.

This isn’t an unexpected realization by any means, given that the entire probe was instigated by a wild rumor invented by the democrats to attempt to sway the general election back in November.  Who honestly believes that Donald Trump, American business icon and one of the world’s most famous men before becoming President, would have sold his soul to the Kremlin in order to defeat an already doomed Hillary Clinton for the White House?
Trump’s takedown of Clinton was a slam dunk, and furthermore, it was seen coming from a mile away.  There was simply no need to call up Vladimir Putin and ask for help.
Still, the liberal left insisted that there was certainly some collusion, and Special Counsel Robert Mueller got to work.
In the ensuing weeks, (and weeks and weeks), Mueller has committed himself to the “spray and pray” method of investigation, feebly attempting every possible angle in order to come up with something, anything of substance.  So far, all that he has is one plea deal with Michael Flynn that doesn’t even bear any resemblance to collusion, nor does it involve the President.

 

That has Trump thinking ahead, and cutting off Mueller at the knees.

“President Donald Trump briefly spoke with reporters on Friday morning before his visit to the FBI headquarters in Quantico.

“President Trump slammed the FBI corruption and collusion that is now evident at the bureau. President Trump said it was ‘a shame’ what has happened to the FBI in the past few years.
“A reporter asked POTUS Trump if he was considering a pardon for General Flynn. The president was coy as he answered the reporter.
“’About Michael Flynn…would you consider a pardon for Michael Flynn?’ a reporter asked President Trump.
“’I don’t want to talk about pardons for Michael Flynn yet. We’ll see what happens. Let’s see,’ President Trump said.
“Trump then went on to point out how angry the public is after corruption and conflicts of interest in the FBI and DOJ was exposed.”

 

This will certainly elicit wild and ugly response from the radical left, who have so far failed to understand the malignancy of Mueller’s extended and nonsensical investigation.
Some will certainly cry for impeachment, given that this particular behavior has occurred at the drop of a hat, previously.  Others will believe that this in and of itself is some sort of “proof” of Trump’s complicity in Flynn’s actions.
In reality, this is President Trump saving taxpayers from paying for any further judicial expenses after an already bloated and extended investigation into imaginary liberal fantasies.

December 15th, 2017 Last week, President Donald Trump formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. He also announced that the United States would begin the process of moving its embassy there. That process will take at least three years, and probably more. It's hard to see why this is such a big deal. Jerusalem has never not been the capital of Israel. Not only since the formal founding of modern day Israel in 1948, but thousands of years before that. Nevertheless, the mainstream media went into a frenzy. Reuters said that it "reversed decades of U.S. policy" and imperiled "Middle East peace efforts and (upset) the Arab world and Western allies alike." And it got all those calamities into just the first sentence! Saudi Arabia called the move "irresponsible and unwarranted." Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei said Trump's action was the result of "incompetence and failure..." Huh? The EU's top diplomat said it would "undermine" EU peace efforts. It's a little hard to undermine something that has already been dead and buried for years! Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh routinely declared that the move was "an uncalculated gamble that will know no limit to the Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim reaction." So what isn't? Truth be known, though there were a few violent protests in Gaza and the West Bank, the reaction has not been as bad as the response to last summer's decision by Israel to install metal (read that "weapons") dectectors at the entrances to Temple Mount. And that was intended to protect everyone's safety! Muslim and non-Muslim alike. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared it "a momentous day...." He said that in Jerusalem's "extraordinary history and over the millennia, you can cite a few significant milestones. Yesterday's statement by President Trump is such a milestone." Ironically, just as America's support for Israel is reaching new heights, its support by young evangelical Christians is reaching new lows. One key to U.S. support for Israel has been the evangelical Christian community. But among younger evangelicals, that support may be diminishing. A recent survey reveals that, among evangelicals 18-34, 58% have a positive view of Israel. That compares with 70% of those over 50 and 77% of those over 65. Those aren't huge differences, but they do show a definite trend downward. In view of the findings, Joel Rosenberg noted, "If you extrapolate that, in 10 years you have a crisis, but now we have a challenge." In commenting on these findings, The Jerusalem Post noted, "Younger people are less familiar with the Bible and increasingly moved by social justice concepts. That means they are easy targets for pro-Palestinian narratives." And do they have some narratives! In fact, Muslims are masters of myth. Sometimes Arab propaganda is subtle. At other times, it can be so outrageous, so preposterous, and so imaginative that you have to marvel at the sheer inventiveness. Here's an example. One of the Mideast myths cut from whole cloth is the notion that Jerusalem is actually an Arab city. The Arab propaganda machine has managed to convince world media, diplomatic establishments, and many in academia that Jerusalem is as important to Muslims as it is to Jews. While it's true that Al-Aqsa mosque and the Dome of the Rock shrine are important to Islam, and they're located in Jerusalem, they were actually built on top of the Jews' old Temple -- which existed thousands of years earlier. Jerusalem was never an important city to Muslims. In fact, when Mohammed started Islam, in order to attract Jews and Christians, he suggested that daily prayers be directed to Jerusalem. After 18 months, that proved a bust. So he changed direction. Since then, Muslims have prayed in the direction of Mecca -- the undisputed holiest city in Islam. Long after Mohammed was dead, a legend arose that he ascended into the seventh heaven from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The Koran only says that the event took place at the "uttermost mosque." But there was no mosque in Jerusalem at that time. At the time of Mohammed's death, Medina was the farthest mosque. In fact, there was a Christian church occupying Temple Mount when Mohammed died. Yet the Palestinians want to rename the Western Wall -- or Wailing Wall -- the "Buraq Wall" in honor of Mohammed's horse (on which he rode into heaven). There is no historical evidence that Mohammed ever set foot in Jerusalem. Al-Aqsa mosque may, indeed, be Islam's third holiest site, but there is nothing about the city of Jerusalem that would even compare it to Islam's holiest cities of Mecca and Medina. British historian and Persian scholar, Christopher Sykes, wrote, "To the Muslims, it is not Jerusalem, but a certain site in Jerusalem which is venerated. To a Muslim, there is a profound difference between Jerusalem and Mecca and Medina. The latter are holy places containing holy sites. Apart from the hallowed rock, Jerusalem has no major Islamic significance." Until 1948, that is. When the Jews declared the modern state of Israel, with Jerusalem as their capital, "...suddenly, for the first time in history, the Arabs discovered and revealed to the world the vehement, passionate, almost desperate, accents of a deep-rooted, long-standing and undying attachment to Jerusalem." (Samuel Katz) Muslim attachment to Jerusalem came about in the last 100 years. But for the Jews, it has been 3,000 years. No people are as connected to a city as Jews to Jerusalem. That connection is historical, religious, physical, emotional, and spiritual. For hundreds of years, Jews around the world have ended the Passover Seder with the words, "Next year in Jerusalem." Despite what the UN, the EU, or the Arab world might say, God Himself made Jerusalem the eternal capital of Israel. Hi  Friends,
    I was just at the local Iron Mountain, MI.,  VAMC today, and shared a similar sentiment with some of my Veteran buddies.   Coups and traitor-like, Left Wing, Socialist reversals have happened around WW-1 and 2, and even the CIA has taken part in changing and messing up a few 3rd world countries in the past....  just to keep the "Fruit prices low," in 3rd World Countries in South America, etc. for many years !!   Usually it's the same old thing and modus operando since the Middle Ages.   America and other countries have tried to de-stabilize other countries --- just as they are now doing the same stuff to U.S.  
     As I have mentioned before,  I am a student of Ancient and World History, and the KJV Bible IS PURE HISTORY.... ALBEIT MORE TRUTHFUL.    "The man who does not know his History is condemned to re-live it !"     But studying the KJV Bible helps us to appreciate that pure facts that we, America, is headed for a bad, scary place that we do not want to go ---that will eventually turn into a "One World Government"  society !!   And Socialism has never been friendly to Christianity or the Hebrews way of life.    It's not that Democracy is so good --- but that ALL THE OTHER FORMS OF  GOV'T ARE SO MUCH WORSE !!    Soldiers and Marines who have seen combat over seas KNOW and UNDERSTAND these things,  as they are able to COMPARE the diverse governments, first hand.   I was in Germany back in 1968 and it was still beautiful and friendly,  but now in 2017,  I see that it's downright scary and violent with the Islamic hordes infiltrating ramming their belief systems and rotten, 3rd world,  culture down other peoples' throats !

I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA).

OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do.. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws?

If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America!

Our ex-president said he was going to stay involved through community organizing and speak out on the issues and that appears to be one post-administration promise he intends to keep. He has moved many of his administration's top dogs over to Organizing for Action.

OFA is behind the strategic and tactical implementation of the resistance to the Trump Administration that we are seeing across America, and politically active courts are providing the leverage for this revolution.

OFA is dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive" change. Its issues are gun control, socialist healthcare, abortion, sexual equality, climate change, and of course, immigration reform.

OFA members were propped up by the ex-president's message from the shadows: "Organizing is the building block of everything great we have accomplished Organizers around the country are fighting for change in their communities and OFA is one of the groups on the front lines. Commit to this work in 2017 and beyond."

OFA's website says it obtained its "digital" assets from the ex-president's re-election effort and that he inspired the movement. In short, it is the shadow government organization aimed at resisting and tearing down the Constitutional Republic we know as AMERICA.

Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, “The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House."

Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide. The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide. The ex-president and his wife will oversee the operation from their home/ office in Washington DC.

Think about how this works.. For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows. All of this happens from the ex-president's signal that he is heartened by the protests.

If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years.

If this does not scare you, then we are in worse trouble than you know.

So, do your part. You have read it, so at least pass this on so others will know what we are up against. We are losing our country and we are so compliant. We are becoming a "PERFECT TARGET" for our enemy!

Bra dag, venner av Norge,
vi fikk noen få cm med snø i dag, og det brydde oss ikke én bit.
Jeg har fått noen merkelige, skummelt, kraftig e-post fra mine venner, i det siste, som gir meg pause. Jeg er ikke en coward på alle, men vi visste verden av menneskeheten ble ødelagt og voldelig, men da vi bare fant ut at vår verden i USA - USA har sunket til høyere forbrytelser og synder som er skjult fra oss vanlige folk, og nå er de som kommer før lyset i dag ! Fortell meg, som vil være trist og overrasket over å høre at noen i vår nære familie har blitt funnet skyldig i å være en Pedophile , Rapist, barn molester og morder ?? Men han/ hun hadde betalt $$$ millioner av dollar i kontanter for å holde ting stille, og holdt hans/ hennes respekt og ære ! Vel, hva jeg hinter på er bare "tuppen av ice berg." mange, allerede, har blitt kvittert/ myrdet, for å holde hemmelig under dekk.
Men far Gud- Trælarbeidet, ser alt, og han har evnen til å "se på innsiden av hjerter !' vil det være en dag i oppgjørets time, men sannheten kommer ut før Rapture av kirken [menighet Kristus]. I mellomtiden, smart, intelligent folk vil bruke denne dyrebare tid til å 'spapirbeholdning opp' på dagligvarer, hermetiske varer, bensin og ammunisjon, etc. !

A Hero's Christmas

 

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS,
HE LIVED ALL ALONE,
IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MADE OF
PLASTER AND STONE.

I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY
WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE,
AND TO SEE JUST WHO
IN THIS HOME DID LIVE.

I LOOKED ALL ABOUT,
A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE,
NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS,
NOT EVEN A TREE.

NO STOCKING BY MANTLE,
JUST BOOTS FILLED WITH SAND,
ON THE WALL HUNG PICTURES
OF FAR DISTANT LANDS.

WITH MEDALS AND BADGES,
AWARDS OF ALL KINDS,
A SOBER THOUGHT
CAME THROUGH MY MIND.

FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DIFFERENT,
IT WAS DARK AND DREARY,
I FOUND THE HOME OF A SOLDIER,
ONCE I COULD SEE CLEARLY.

THE SOLDIER LAY SLEEPING,

I REALIZED THE FAMILIES

OWED THEIR LIVES TO THESE SOLDIERS

THE SOLDIER AWAKENED

"SANTA DON'T CRY,

I FIGHT FOR FREEDOM,

I KEPT WATCH FOR HOURS,

I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

THIS GUARDIAN OF HONOR
SO WILLING TO FIGHT.

THEN THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER,
WITH A VOICE SOFT AND PURE,
WHISPERED, "CARRY ON SANTA,
IT'S CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL IS SECURE."

ONE LOOK AT MY WATCH,
AND I KNEW HE WAS RIGHT.

AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT."

This poem was written by a Marine. The
following is his request. I think it is reasonable.....

PLEASE. Would you do me the kind favor of sending this to as many
people as you can? Christmas will be coming soon and some credit is
due to our U.S. service men and women for our being able to celebrate
these festivities.Let's try in this small way to pay a tiny bit of
what we owe. Cause people to stop and think of our heroes, living and
dead, who sacrificed themselves for us. Please, do your small part
to plant this small seed.

Hi  Friends,
    I am excited but also a bit nervous,  guys and gals.   I have been wrong a few times for sharing stuff/ news, that was not completely factually true.... or at least I could not prove it with out doubt.   So,  that is why I have been "sitting on something HUGE"  but I refuse to share it with the general public.   Only a few close, special, confidential, friends.   But it all makes good sense to me !  
        I am sorry for jerking you around...  for now, and I am not trying tease any of you.   But let's just way that the KJV Bible is always true,  and we can believe,  Titus, Chapter 1, verse 2.,   that,  "God cannot lie."   It also makes good sense that the Lord God-- Yahweh, destroyed the whole world, back in the book of Genesis, with a huge deluge/  Flood, and only 8 people were saved,  because they did what Father God commanded in total obedience.   Let us just say, today, for the sake of argument,  that the world of mankind has again progressed into such a rotten state of CORRUPTION, greed, violence, hating and killing so many people [that the 'Lame Stream 'News- Media' refuses to report.... LOL]  is now being discovered and now brought to the light of day,  bit by bit.   Most people have not hear nor seen the huge discovery yet.  
       Again,   before I post/ publish it on my little, old, humble Blog:   TOM'S JOURNAL,   I want real proof that I can prove what I post ! !    To put it into a rustic vernacular English,  we might use the illustration:   "We in America and other Western Countries, are up to our necks in a cesspool of doo- doo,  with no where to run, and no where to hide."     A few attempts were already made on our new President's life, and Mr. Rand Paul, etc.,  because of vile hatred from servants of the devil, rich, powerful people who we all know about....  but no names here, now, today,   sorry.   I just think that God's hand of protection could be on Mr. Trump, for the time being.    And also some of the Perps might already be wearing ankle bracelets now !   Traitors, guilty of Treason, Conspiracy, and high crimes, murder,  stealing identity,  etc.  

Sorry folks,  but this will have to suffice for now.   But who really knows what will happen and be announced in a few weeks and months ?   I am not looking to die prematurely either, from some mysterious reason, out of the blue.... Ha!    But are we that much different from people who lived in the time of the Roman Empire,  with palace intrigue,  mysterious murders, theft, vengeance, and vendetta's ?    And I am not a 'big fish'  although I admit that I MUST lose weight faster --- if I want to live longer.
