Don't push a Vet or Patriot Too Far.

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Hello Dear Friends, The KJV Bible says that smart, godly people know how to avoid fights with foolish people... Just check out the First and Second Chapters of Psalms, because it's great reading. Actually, I had to memorize the whole 1st Chapter of Psalms at a Baptist church just to get in with a group of people/ Christians there who wanted to work on various personal chalenges, like smoking, drinking too much, drugs, useing foul and cursive language, getting along better with your wife, etc. That program had something like a 95% Success rate! ! Even AA can't beat or boast that! As I said on this humble blog many times, I have been blessed to have so many class, super smart teachers and friends in my life of 72 years, and also a sense of accomplishment. But I would give up all that glory if my son, Andy, were still alive and living as a Christian. His death still hurts me so much, and if I think about him too much, I start of weep and get depressed. I hope I see him in Heaven. But getting back to the title of this post, we just don't know how hard/ far and what other CRIMES against America, Conservatives, assualts on our Constitution, and supreme hatred of bible based CHISTIANS --- comes down the pike perpetrated by the Dims/ Socialists/ Communist oinkers! About 50 years ago our Army and Navy/ Marines, etc., fought a bloody war in South East Asia against such Communist aggresion, and we were winning that war when the News Media back home in the USA stabbed us in the back -- as we were then called home. And then we combat Veterans still suffered great indignities, piss poor treatment by the 'VA' and our own Gov't, etc. But I am sure you all don't need my 're-hash' of that History lesson today. And there are still many heros left alive to stand up to protect our homes, families, loved ones, 2nd Amendment Rights and Freedoms! We don't easily spring into a fight because we are usually well disciplined and don't want to get into legal trouble. But in any riot, battle or war with the traitorous 'Dims' [Democrat-Liberals, godless oinks] who hate America and everything GOOD, our Conservative patience wears thin! Remember, in anarchy -people will 'clump together' for protection and take side.... and then the Dims would see and recieve some REAL ACTION. However, true Christians would rather keep their peace and "wait upon the Lord" to settle things. He has saved His people many times in the past-- and He will Save us in the future. Peanuts are GOOD for You!

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Friends, I love to publish a few articles that HELP people, also make them smile -- in these hard times of strife and anger. I am happy to post some GOOD NEWS about something that is even considered a 'luxury' in some parts of the world, like the middle East, Africa and other places where serious HUNGER is the main enemy! My Dad used to tell me stories of his time on the island of Saipan, in the South Pacific, when he was a U.S. Navy "SeaBee" in WW-2. He said: 'He never wanted even his enemies -- the Japanese go hungry or starve!' I feel the same. And when I went to War in 1967, Army--Vietnam, I saw some nasty poverty and hunger there, too. Some of their food is good, but others might gag an American...Ha! They have some super HOT peppers there that will make you cry. Smile. Read this article and invest in a few bags of peanuts! I am. Warm Regards, Thomas G. Schuckman Find out How Eating Peanuts is Beneficial for Your HealthBy: Bhavesh B.Add to FavoritesIn FavoritesEspañolFont Size:A+A- ShareShareJoin UsShareTweetSend to friendsPeanuts (Arachis hypogaea) are a deliciously crunchy and nutty snack that you can have at any time of the year. This legume, which originated in South America, is known by a variety of names such as groundnuts, earthnuts, and goobers. Not many realize that peanuts have great nutritional benefits. They have an abundance of protein, healthy fats, and are low in carbohydrates. Furthermore, peanuts are rich in energy (567 calories per 100 g) and have plenty of nutrients, minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins. Studies have also shown that peanuts may even be beneficial for weight loss and are associated with a reduced risk of heart disease. This makes them an important part of any healthy diet. Today, we will learn about some of the lesser-known but significant health benefits of peanuts. You will get to know how making them a part of your regular diet is essential for optimal health. See Also: New Guidelines on When to Expose Kids to Peanuts 1. Peanuts are a great source of biotin (vitamin H) Like Peanuts are one of the richest dietary sources of biotin, also called vitamin H, vitamin B7, or vitamin B8. Biotin is water-soluble, just like the other B vitamins, and dissolves easily upon entering the body. Biotin is involved with plenty of enzymatic reactions in the body and is especially important during pregnancy as even mild biotin deficiency can increase the risk of congenital birth defects. Research also suggests that biotin can be useful for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and some brain conditions. Health experts recommend that adults should get at least 30 micrograms of biotin per day. Having a quarter-cup serving of peanuts will give you more than 26 micrograms of biotin per day. 2. Peanut consumption may cut the risk of gallstones Like Gallstones, also called cholelithiasis, are hardened deposits of digestive fluid that can form in your gallbladder. They generally don’t require treatment but can cause a lot of pain in the upper right portion of your abdomen if they increase in number. Overweight individuals, people over the age of 40, and those with a diet high in calories and refined carbohydrates are at higher risk of gallstones. Studies have shown that peanut consumption may cut the risk of gallstones in both men and women. Peanuts have a cholesterol-lowering effect and since most gallstones are largely composed of cholesterol, having peanuts regularly can help lower the risk of getting them. Another study found that eating peanuts lowered the risk of gallstones by 25%. While it isn’t clear exactly what nutrients in peanuts help protect your gallbladder, it is suggested that eating one serving of peanuts per day is linked with reduced risk of gallstone formation. Peanuts can improve heart health Like Studies have indicated that eating peanuts, along with other types of nuts can help improve your heart’s health. Peanuts contain several heart-healthy nutrients such as magnesium, niacin, copper, oleic acid, and multiple antioxidants, such as resveratrol. All these nutrients are good for the heart. Resveratrol, in fact, has been found to have a protective function against heart disease. Another study, led by Marta Guasch-Ferré, Ph.D., a research fellow in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, MA, found that eating peanuts at least twice each week was associated with a 13 percent lower risk of cardiovascular disease. Peanut consumption was also linked with a 15 percent reduction in coronary heart disease risk. “In three large prospective cohort studies,” the study authors conclude, “higher consumption of total and specific types of nuts was inversely associated with total cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease.” Yet another large observational study, conducted by researchers at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, the Shanghai Cancer Institute in China, and the Harvard School of Public Health, found that consumption of peanuts "may be considered a cost-effective measure to improve cardiovascular health". The study, which was carried out over five years and included more than 200,000 participants, observed that these nuts are incredibly heart-healthy and can allow people to live longer and more Peanuts contain monounsaturated fats, the good kind of fats Like Peanuts often get a raw deal and are considered unhealthy because of their high-fat content. However, do you know that peanuts also have high monounsaturated fat content? This is a good kind of fat that helps lower bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. Also, the high content of protein and monounsaturated fat in peanuts may increase calorie burning. Monounsaturated fats have also been associated with lower cardiovascular risk. Once you start getting regular lots of monounsaturated fats in your diet, your arteries are likely to get clearer and your blood will flow well which will eventually lower your risk of heart attack or stroke. Research has also shown that replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet reduces the risk of developing heart disease. The monounsaturated fats found in peanuts, in fact, can be a good and important part of a healthy diet particularly when they replace saturated fat. 5. They are diabetic friendly Like Peanuts aren’t just useful for their nutritional content. They can also be a good snack for people with diabetes as they have a low impact on blood sugar levels. Furthermore, according to a study from the Journal of the American Medical Association, eating peanuts or peanut butter may lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This is because these nuts are high in unsaturated fat and other nutrients that help your body manage insulin. Also, peanuts contain manganese, a mineral that plays a crucial part in metabolizing fat and carbohydrate, calcium absorption, and blood sugar regulation. They are known to have a low glycemic index which makes it the perfect snack for diabetics. Share this post with your friends and family... https://www.ba-bamail.com/content.aspx?emailid=37376

'All Lives Matter.' --Hal Lindsey.

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Hi Friends, This is the kind of stuff that I 'cut my teeth' with when I first started studying the Bible, shortly after I got home from Vietnam in 1970. I have come a long way since then. Too bad that I had to learn things the hard way -- but Father God knew my heart had a lot of 'weeding' to do, just like a new, young recruit going thru Basic Training at Fort Campbell, KY., back in 1967. Only our Father in Heaven can see a "diamond in the rough." Perhaps I was to selfish and proud at that time to find the correct teaching medium to learn from. Hoever, I often thank God for saving me from even more stupidity that could have done me in... killed me. The great article that Hal Lindsey penned below is peppered with vital cited Scriptures to PROVE everything he says... just as I try to do. I suppose that 99% of my readers will never llok those verses up in the Bible, and that is why I sometimes 'paraphrase' them and reason on them... for you all. No insult intended, friends. I was the same way in the beginning -- but now I love and appreciate the Lord so much more, after so many brushes with death... AFTER Vietnam ! Winter is surely here in the U.P. where we live, and we even have the heat turned on. I am so sorry to see the Summer go, and I sat out in the sun so many times and just THOUGHT about life, and my old friends so much outside in our tiny piece of Paradise near Iron Mountain, MI. right across the Wisconsin Northern border. Warm Regards, Tom Schuckman September 30th, 2020 Lives Matter By Hal Lindsey "Black Lives Matter" is a statement of fact. I have a problem with the primary organization that carries that name. It is a communist-led group bent on the destruction of many of the human institutions God ordained for our protection - such as police and family. But the idea that "black lives matter" is rooted in scripture. Genesis 1:27 says that human beings are made in the image of God. "God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." The Bible teaches that every person from every race comes from Adam and Eve. Acts 17:26 says, "He has made from one blood every nation of men." Jesus said that human beings matter so much that God knows how many hairs we have on our heads. He said that God pays attention to even minor details of our lives. In Matthew 12:36, Jesus said, "For every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment." But we can thank God that we are not stuck under judgment. John 1 tells us that Christ is the Second Person of the Godhead. And our lives matter enough that He died for us - taking our judgment on Himself. Romans 5:8 says, "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Philippians 2:6-8 says, "Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross." God the Son did all that for every person on the face of the earth. Yes, black lives matter, and yes, all lives matter. We matter to God! And we matter even while still in the womb. Psalms 139:13-15 says, "You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret." At the moment of conception, your body consisted of a single cell. And that cell carried the genetic code that all the cells in your body still carry to this day. You were not an appendage of your mother. From the very beginning, you were unique from her and every other living thing that had ever been made or ever would be made. Some say that while in the womb, the person is not yet fully human. If you don't think the fetus is human, then ask yourself this. What species is she? When we talk about abortion, I'm always aware of those who have had abortions. I'm not trying to make anyone feel guilty. If you are in Christ, He has freed you of guilt. And if you are not, He waits for you with open arms. If you are His, He has forgiven you. So, follow His lead and forgive yourself. But this topic remains huge. With a presidential election looming and a battle over a Supreme Court vacancy, we should not forget abortion, and what it means. Black lives matter. They matter from the moment of conception. Your life matters. It matters now and mattered while you were still in the womb. Biden's Muslim TV Advertizement.

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Friends, I hope that you all can download this Biden approved Muslim Voting advertizement. It's Horrible. Biden_ Muslim.mov (8.2 MB) Compatriots, If the 1% of the US population represented by the hajis feel that they can control our nation; it is up to us to make them realize how mistaken they are. The arrogance of these people is astounding. Anyone with a co-exist bumper sticker on their vehicle is in for a rude awaking. They should read the Quran and wake up or remember 9/11 and realize that we cannot appease those whose objective is the kill or convert non muslims. John Molloy, OSJ Chairman National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition (Tom Wolf is reputed to be one of them). He says we all come from the same origin --- I wonder if he means God or Allah. ATTACHED IS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE SCARIEST VIDEOS I'VE SEEN TO DATE. Pay close attention to this video ! Think of our grand children ! ( ( I pray for them ) In crazy Joe's own words ... day 1 he would drop the barriers to Muslim immigrants ... welcome all terrorist !!! Quite disturbing 2 minites to watch. Biden's Muslim commercial in attachment. How many people actually know about this?

We can Count on all Dems Cheating --like Biden.

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Hi Friends and Readers, I never cared for mealy-mouthed, snide, sarcastic, low down commentators, n or do I like cheaters [and I saw the 3 pix of Bibens "wired up" wrist, etc.], but Christ Wallace just about made me regeritate last night!! He really turned the screws on our President but played 'soft ball' with his buddy, Joe Biden! The commentator MUST BE TOTALLY NEUTRAL ! That's not so hard to understand. And I know that the President talked over the 'other guy' too often, but Pres. Trump was a go for broke fighter and always has the peoples' welfare and protection in mind. I am not making excuses, and I am sure that the next debate will have a more disciplined apparatus built into it. I also think that the candidates should have 3 minutes to speak their piece and maybe 2 minutes for rebutal. You might say that I am a trained debater, too. But I was taught and raised to have respect for the other person without insulting him/ her. I will tell you one thing for sure.... I would NEVER tell the President to "Shut Up," no matter what Political Party he/ she belonged to ! Shame on that low skunk, Biden! He is really and truly a 'Democrat' and a Lefty-Loosy ding bat, and Hillary Clinton probably taught him how to get 'wired up' and cheat better. And you know that he must have taken some drugs to 'get smart' besides his being 'wired,' Ha! IMHO, we can all expect the Dims [sic] to cheat and steal the USA to death, and follow the devil. Just my humble opinion, friends. Warm Regards, Thomas G Schuckman Proverbs 27: 17 --- "Iron sharpens Iron." Sen. Ted Cruz: Moderator Wallace 'Whiny, Petulant' Biden-Backer chris wallace sits between president donald trump and joe biden during the first presidential debate (Patrick Semansky/AP) By Eric Mack | Wednesday, 30 September 2020 05:35 PM Short URL| Email Article| Comment| Contact| Print| A A Copy Shortlink Fox News debate moderator Chris Wallace's political leanings were far too apparent Tuesday night, getting a review of have done "an abysmal job" by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas. Wallace "was whiny and petulant. I think he wanted to be the center of attention," Cruz told radio host Hugh Hewitt on Wednesday. Cruz added Wallace clearly was going easy on his candidate Biden and putting more pointed questions to President Donald Trump, someone Wallace has been frequently critical of. "It was much more about him than about the debaters, and I also think it's not complicated that Chris Wallace is voting for Joe Biden, that his politics are liberal," Cruz said. "And he, you know, the snide comments he made after several of Trump's comments, I think, had no business coming from a debate moderator. And his questions were essentially an oppo research dump, that they were equivalent of asking Trump when did you stop beating your wife, and he didn't do that on the other side. "It was clear which side he was rooting for, and that's a bad thing for a debate moderator." Cruz also noted Wallace let Biden off the hook when Trump wound up being the one asking the actual probing questions of the Democrat challenger. "There were several times I thought the president had Biden on the ropes," Cruz said. "For example, when Biden said, 'oh, lots of law enforcement are supporting me,' and Trump said, 'fine, name one law enforcement organization in America that's supporting you,' and Biden blinked in terror and had no answer. "And then Wallace jumped in, 'oh, let's move on, let's move on."

Jack Bergman is a great Congressman.

Tom's Journal. http://tomschuckmanjournal.blogspot.com/ tschuckman@aol.com Dear Friends, Where I live, way U.P. North, we are very blessed to have a great Congressman named Jack Bergman, who was also in the service, and also a medical doctor in the local VAMC [Veterans Administration Medical Center]in Iron Mountain, MI. He is a champion for all Veterans and pushes through valuable Bills that HELP THE VETS! This month is supposed to be Vet Suicide Prevention Month. Too many combat Veterans are so depressed and full of pain-- so that they just want to end their lives. Shame! Pig faced Orgs like BLM and Antifa-oinks love to tear down anything patriotic and good! Frankly, I don't know why we can't just arrest George Soros and put a cap/ cease and desist order on his providing big time money to support everything EVIL under the sun! And I am sure that ilk like Schumer and Pelosi are good friends with bums like Soros -- and other "One World Gov't" mentality followers of STD --Satan the Devil. OK, enough of my ragging, today. I just want to say and provide a life line to depressed, lonely, poverty stricken Veterans out there that might run across my humble, small Blog, that there is still hope in the world, as the Holy Spirit is alive inside the hearts and minds of true, biblical Christians, YET. I used that word, "Yet" because that won't always be the case. There is certainly, truly a limit to Father God's mercy and patience. Seek Him and His Son now while there is yet time, because the H.S. [Holy Spirit] will be with drawn after RAPTURE! Then everyone 'Left Behind' will be totally on their own! Ha! If you think that things on earth are bad now... think again! We are still living in a Paradise, of sorts, today: September 25th, 2020! A few nights ago the power went off in a violent rain storm, for about an hour or so. So, my wife and I use CPAP machines and Oxygen for me to sleep well at night. So, now we are talking about a 'life or death' situation, and our infra-structure is archaic in the good old USA! OK, People worry about an enemy attack on our power grid, or an EMP attack on the USA. Think what would happen to so many senior and disabled people here ! Trust in Father God, Yahweh, and His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ is so important RIGHT NOW! I force myself to seek refuge in the KJV Bible daily, and visit with other Christians. Remember, that I left so many close friends in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who are nervous right now, too. I already knew that Kenosha was 'going to the dogs' but it was still a surprise when the stink hit the fan there. Share this article with valuable Info and numbers with all the Vets you know, please. Warm Regards, Thomas G Schuckman tschuckman@aol.com [Email]
