To Submit... or NOT.

I been wanting to bite 'into THIS apple' for a long time, to show the distinct difference between, "God's Laws  vs:  man's laws."   Yes!  Of course there are consequences for opening your mouth and daring to speak the Truth of the Gospel, especially in these "End Times" -- these "Last Days" of Satan's wicked system, where his servants already sit in the highest places of our Gov't, and WH !!   But... are we to wimp out and cringe -- or will we be just as bold as our ancestors hundreds of years ago ??   It's a cinch that MY long lost fore fathers bared not the sword and axe in vane, and were induced to fight and protect what they held dear and holy!   Am I to act and think any less bold ??

If a person lacks wisdom, let him / her GET WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING by studying the KJV Bible!!   If I have done it, and continue to learn from God's Word, why can't ANYONE ELSE that has red blood flowing in their veins?   There are HUNDREDS of good people who even bear my last name in America and also still in the 'Old Country'  as my uncles have told me!   I would hope and pray that at least SOME of them are SAVED and going to heaven!  

I AM a sinner, with a colorful past, made many mistakes---  but learned from them.  I don't have any felonies or DUI's in my back ground, and have a good, strong work record, and military record, and considered an honest and honorable man among my peers.  The Bible says that Jesus died on the cross for 'ALL mankind to be Saved' -- yet only a small fraction will "ACCEPT" that precious ransom sacrifice made available by Father God in Heaven !!  What a shame, and what a supreme and total WASTE!   Please remember, folks, that the TWO REASONS that we humans are on this Earth is to:   1.  Worship God, in Spirit and Truth.  2.  Share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to as many as we possibly can, while we are alive.   We have [or at least HAD] the Freedom in America, to do these things.... PTL, but now the followers of Satan are working hard to take those freedoms away, and turn our [ONCE GREAT] Country into a heathen, Islamic Socialist State!   We all BARE to some extent, a "Community responsibility" for this taking place, and the longer we let it take root -- the harder it will be to pull out, like a  huge, deep rooted WEED !!   One  you lose freedom, it's very hard to re-capture it --- wise men know this.  

But, few folks now days, in these "End Times" have ever cracked open that Grand Old Book, the KJV Bible, and fewer can understand what's in it..... even though it is written on a 5th grade level !    For one thing, Satan's bright, glittery world of sin, drunkenness, corruption, drugs, violence, non-stop action, greed, excesses, illicit sex, perversions and materialism, etc., are just so desirable and alluring than the real promises of our Eternal Father God of the Bible.  Did you know that ONE THIRD of all the angels in heaven we lured away from serving Father God long ago ??   So were our first parents, Adam and Eve.  Hey!  that's some powerful, ADDICTIVE weed, guys!!   Yes1  I tried that dog pile smoke too, long ago, but woke up to my senses after Father God "allowed me" to trip and break my bones a few times.....    duh, and then I got on my knees and begged Him for help back in 1995, by accepting His Son, Jesus, and joining HIs holy Army.   I have been getting better ever since then, but it's been a long row to hoe all these years, and God is not done with me yet --- so I've been trying to tell my wife....  Ha!  She has not had all the adventurous experiences as I have in her past -- and I pray that she will come 'up to speed.'  But she will have to LEARN, like everyone else, that she needs to spend a lot more time and effort in the KJV Bible !!  Please pray for her, and my two lovely daughters.   My only, dear son, Andy, told me that he did, indeed, accept the Lord, about a month before his untimely death a few years ago---  when he left a huge hole in my aching heart.  I pray that is so....  please, dear Lord.   Andy, I miss you so much.   Terri has two daughters and a fine son, also.    They certainly need your prayers too, please.   They are MY relatives now.

There is a lot of meaning in the very short article below.   Please try to ferret out the important subject matter, because it can be a tricky thing that many 'church people' still struggle with today.  As for me,   'I will obey God's higher Laws -- rather than man's'  -- even if I end up losing my head for it.

Thursday, October 24, 2013   Evil government: to submit or not to submit There has been some discussion about submitting to the governing authority in America even though it may go against God's laws. Pastors are preaching Romans 13 where the Apostle Paul is saying to submit to the ruling authorities, pay your taxes, and obey the law because these things are put in place to not be a terror to good works, but to evil. There are two mentions in this passage about the higher powers being ministers of God. Pastors often use it to teach that we must be submissive to the government even though it may be an evil one. But Peter himself said in Acts 5:29 that, "We ought to follow God rather than men" when he was facing persecution and unjust demands from the ruling authorities. As I see it, the context of Romans 13 was about the religious leaders that were the Roman-appointed governing body over the Jews. In any case, if those leaders are corrupt by Biblical terms it is self evident that you do not follow or support them.  Governments are established for the good and protection of the people. In that, people give up some rights for those protections. Laws are established also to protect the people. As Christians, we know that we are to be a law abiding people. But when a law goes against God's law; or a government goes against God's law, to whom do we submit as the higher authority? Peter answered that question when the ruling Sadducees threw him in prison for preaching Jesus in the Temple. When this country was established, the Founders were well aware that they were going against the prevailing world view--that God appointed the ruler (the king) and that the people should blindly follow even if that ruler was unjust. We can see the Founders' thinking by reading the Declaration of Independence in its entirety. Their mantra at Concord and Lexington was "No King but Jesus." So in our form of government, we the people have the say over who rules us. To passively submit to evil rulers, especially in this nation where God blessed us with the freedom to choose, is beyond the bounds of God-given common sense and self preservation. No man will convince me that the occupant of the Oval Office is a minister of God to me for good as stated in Romans 13:4. But I do know that if I break the laws of the nation, there will be consequences. If I am to overcome that evil, I must overcome it with good (Romans 12:21). In my opinion, this should be done without breaking the higher laws--those just and right laws of God. I also believe we in America are held to a higher standard because of the freedom the Lord blessed us with when this nation was formed. We are to follow the higher laws of God as we are members first of His kingdom.
