You've got to admit that the author of: THE DAILY JOT, Bill Wilson, has plenty of courage, plus good news connections! I admire people like that, in a world of "Sheeple." But they may be a huge price to pay for his truthfulness in these Socialist times -- USA, unfortunately...
Years ago, when I got into Finance and Investments with PFS, we learned many cool ways to teach people across the kitchen table, about how nasty Insurance companies and banks can be-- but we had to read much history about the Depression, and Law too, to become knowledgeable. Those 2 entities, we told people in their own homes, were their worst enemies !! We also show people legal ways to cut their expenses and invest in better ways to plan for the future. One thing sticks out... and it has to do with reading a contract BEFORE you sign it !! But Insurance contracts are DESIGNED to be super difficult to understand, on purpose! So we were also trained in how to read that "legalese", and SHOW PEOPLE WHAT THEY REALLY BOUGHT INTO. The same with Obama-care, and who in their right mind would sign a bill into law before they read it..... duh?? And some of YOU people re-elected the clown in the WH ?? I have made many stupid mistakes in my life too -- but rarely repeated them ! Ha! Just like: If a man or woman drinks too much liquor and drives drunk, and then kills someone-- "vehicular homicide" --- it's a little bit too late to find out the wages of sin, don't you all agree? I was involved in a few horrible, near death accidents, with a truck and a motorcycle, not necessarily my fault, but I was always stone sober! PTL.
I have a good pastor, Kevin Sullivan, and personal friend, who recently pointed me to the book of Proverbs, to help me see something important. "He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly." ~Proverbs 14:20. [KJV Bible]
"He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him. ~ Proverbs 18:13. And so many more that bless a man's soul and life ! Just think: If I had been raised to memorize a FEW of them, what a great difference it would have made in my life, and how many sorrows it would have saved me !! One more point for today, a dreary, cold, rainy day in the U.P., but we'll take it. So many well meaning American Patriots [and I love them dearly, because I am a Disabled combat Veteran...] keep praying for America to turn around and before her former great country. But what IF the God of the Bible, Jehovah God, our heavenly Father, determined that enough is enough, and His Plans and Prophecy demanded that, just like His own chosen People, Israel, had gone TOO FAR, with corruption, lies, abortion, Homosexual sins--big time, perversions, God-haters, Bible-haters, etc. He has punished other nations in the past for not heeding His words, so what makes US think that we are somehow immune ??? Israel will be the CENTER OF THE WORLD, because of a solemn promise at Genesis 12:3, etc. Right now Israel is wicked too, but the Bible says that after something BIG that happens, they will turn around and accept the Messiah, Jesus Christ, with every thing turning around full circle. ALL learned Bible students know and believe this !!
Now is the time when the Church [that is an old English term for Congregation] of Jesus Christ is in the business of leading people to Christ.... so INDIVIDUALS may STILL be Saved, and eventually Raptured up the Heaven, never to suffer death! Some will be killed, murdered, martyred or course, and that is happening right now in the Middle East, where Obama is allowing weapons to flow into that region to Al Quada as they are allowed to kill CHRISTIANS, and whole Christian communities and towns, enclaves, etc. Let's get this straight... Obama sanctions and supports the enemy, Al Quada, to war against the rulers of countries, and also our Americans... with OUR hard earned tax dollars. What's wrong with this picture?? And, of course the Congress and Senate are complicit.
Time to pray for ourselves, help others to find the Lord, and dig deeper into God's own Word. That's my plan, anyway.
