I seriously injured my Left wrist which makes it very painful to type well.
I may just check in at the local VAMC U.P. here in the morning to see what it is that pains me, but I think it could be a snapped tenden.
Just a note to say that I may not be posting for a while. Prayers always welcome, friends. It's so nice to have a pretty wife to take care of you when/ if you get sick or injured, and I am truly blessed to have Terri as my wife and soul mate. She is worth a lot to me !! [smile]

Prophetic Consequences: Oppression at your door
Friday night, we went out to eat with a group of close friends. We passed down a couple of very rural roads on our way to the restaurant. It was dark and rainy. Around a bend all of a sudden a white SUV lit up like a Christmas tree. It was a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) "POLICE" vehicle. The vehicle was turning around to assist a driver who had run off the road. I wondered why a DHS police vehicle would be assisting in a local and very rural situation usually handled by local police and rescue. My investigation sent a chill down my spine. This White House has circumvented the Constitution and specific laws to establish a national police force similar to the SS and KGB.
According to the DHS website, "The Federal Protective Service (FPS) is a federal law enforcement agency that provides integrated security and law enforcement services to federally owned and leased buildings, facilities, properties and other assets. The FPS mission is to render federal properties safe and secure for federal employees, officials and visitors in a professional and cost effective manner by deploying a highly trained and multi-disciplined police force. ...FPS employs 1,225 federal staff (including 900 law enforcement security officers, criminal investigators, police officers, and support personnel) and 15,000 contract guard staff to secure over 9,000 buildings and safeguard their occupants."
DHS also has deployed Protective Security Advisors and Intelligence Officers to what it calls State Law Enforcement Fusion Centers at the state and local level to "assist and empower local law enforcement." The government uses operative words such as "integrated" and "other assets" to justify "assisting" local law enforcement by assuming authority through collaboration. The DHS website says: "FPS is organized to protect and serve...integrating intelligence gathering and sharing, and maintaining special operations capabilities all serve to make FPS a world-class security force." This results in police using cell towers and other high tech, military grade assets to spy on and intimidate you and me.
The US Constitution specifically enumerates the powers of government and the 10th Amendment requires that the powers not granted by the Constitution to the federal government are reserved to the states or the people. Further, the Posse Comitatius Act prevents the armed forces, except the Coast Guard, and the National Guard when taking action under state authority, from "executing the laws." DHS, IRS, CIA, FBI, and NSA are circumventing the Constitution all in the name of protection and justice. This curtails free speech, religious expression and privacy--in essence, it suppresses LIBERTY. This is the prophetic result of a nation turning away from God. Isaiah 59:14 says, "And justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter." We must pray, repent and act, or be enslaved.
