Subject: FBI DATA BLACK WHITE HISPANIC CRIME
The “New Century Foundation” studies Federal crime reports, and found significant differences in crime ratio between races, verified by the FBI’s NCVS, National Crime Victimization Survey, and The Department of Justice’s UCR, Uniform Crime Reports, FBI Communication’s Division, 304-625-4995.
They state emphatically that the Judicial System is not biased against minorities.
Something about the following irritated me. That is the ommission of percentages which is normally used.
Three times as likely is the same as saying 300 % more likely. Therefore I have added the percent in parenthesis.

7 X more likely to to commit murder ( 700 % )
8 X more likely to commit robbery (800 % )
3 X more likely to use a handgun ( 300 % )
2 x more likely to use a knife ( 200 % )
Hispanics commit 3 X (300 %) more violent crime that whites, Problem Hispanic mostly called white so statistics are probably heavily skewed.
FACT - best indicator of crime level is the percent of Hispanic and Black in that population.
Blacks are 39 X more likely to commit a violent crime against whites than vice versa.
45% of Black Crime is against whites
43 % against other Blacks
10 % against Hispanic

Blacks are 7 X ( 700 % ) more likely to go to prison.

Dear Friends of TOM'S JOURNAL: Good Day !
Instead of starting a new post, I took the liberty of just adding a few things that I deemed important, up above. I hope ya'll get something out of it, as I did.
Even IF we don't completely understand everything written in the "Good Book," suffice it to say that the Heavenly Father has our best interests in mind and heart. But below is another solid reminder of the pure logic of our relationship with Him, the Son, and the H.S. [Holy Spirit]. It all fits like a glove. Now all this really helps ME to find some pure encouragement in life on the rock. It's NOT that we would even want to go astray and sin, day and night, to commit evil and wrong, like some spoiled young prince, the son of a king, or like 'someone' who THINKS that he can do what ever he wants in the WH, ahem, like we have now, thinking that he is above the law. He and all his Islamic henchmen have already pushed U.S. past the bankruptcy point, and degraded our Military ! I don't think that our 'Congress' is much better, nor the 'Church' that has fallen asleep at the switch.... sorry.
Those of us who are Saved ought to figure out a system to constantly encourage ourselves, IMHO, to stay sharp and ready, without being all beat up by the misleading 'News Media's' evil purpose of misleading and scaring us half to death on a regular basis. That is where people of like Faith, Saved Christians, can comfort and help each other. Proverbs 27: 17, says: "Iron sharpens Iron." And, 2nd Corinthians 6: 14, says: "Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers..."
Psalms 34: 19, says: " Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all." Many Baptist churches, etc., have a great system of help for those of us who still fight the 'monkey on our back' -- addictions of booze, drugs, smoking, anger management, gambling, pornography, foul language, etc., called: R.U. It has a 97% success rate ! ! For more info, contact me. I am sure that many of my readers know someone who could really use this good system, and consider it a God-send. They teach that Christ is the only answer, and to love and put ALL OUR FAITH AND TRUST IN HIM, is the way out of any addiction, and it works. The fellowship is great and there are many friends to be made, kind of like a new family. I have personally seen corrupted people turn into faithful, fine, Christians, worth their weight in gold, and rise to a high level of maturity ! ! PTL. People NEED to share this tool and help others in need ! I have also seen some old friends with many bad, stinky habits, get to know the Lord and change almost over night to even rise in bible knowledge and maturity above ME, such is the power of the H.S. [Holy Spirit] ! This has encouraged ME to get moving and 'get with the program.' It's a loving family atmosphere where real people help each other out, even putting their own lives on the line and dying for Christian brothers and sisters! And this is all but a preview of better things to come.... like Heaven. And we shall be busy in Heaven, helping those on earth progress to perfect humans on a Paradise Earth, and other things. Not just lying around on some cloud, playing harps... lol.
I would like to get your input on this subject, friends.
It did snow U.P. here AGAIN, but we hear that rain will come tomorrow and melt it all away, with higher temps.

OSAS … Again!
Q. I am an Ordained Minister of the Gospel and I must admit, I have used much of your teaching in my messages! One of the questions I’m commonly asked is about OSAS. This first occurred when a member of my church asked me if that meant she could “Commit murder and still be saved and go to heaven.” I have also been told by critics of OSAS that this is a license to sin. I have been reading your books and commentaries on this interesting subject and must admit that you have changed my mind and I thank you. However, what is to keep some one who is saved from turning his/her back on Jesus and “going astray”?
A. It is true that all of a believer’s sins have already been forgiven (Colossians 2:13-14), so technically we could do anything we want (1 Cor. 10:23-24). But people who question OSAS overlook two things. The first is that our salvation is based on what we believe, not on how we behave, so our behavior is not a salvation issue.
Second, we have the indwelling Holy Spirit, who is not only a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance (Ephes. 1:13-14) but is also a counselor guiding us into behavior that’s pleasing to the Lord. We try to behave in a manner pleasing to Him as a way of saying thanks for the free gift of salvation. We do it because we want to, not because we have to.
Also, according to 2 Cor. 1:21-22 it is God who makes us stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set His seal of ownership upon us, and put His Spirit in our heart as a deposit guaranteeing what is to come.
When we become a believer, God takes ownership of us. Then He turns us over to His son as an owner turns his sheep over to a shepherd. The shepherd’s job is to keep the sheep. In John 6:39 Jesus it’s His Father’s will that He should lose none of those the Father has given Him. Therefore like sheep, we might go astray for a time, but if we do, our Shepherd has promised not to lose us. He will hunt us down and bring us back, like He explained in the parable of the lost sheep (Luke 15:4-6) . And after all, isn’t going astray also a form of behavior, and therefore not a salvation issue?
