The Lock Down Has Begun: JP Morgan Restricts ATM Cash Withdrawals Mac Slavo April 4th, 2016 SHTFplan.com Comments (94) Read by 15,078 people 4150   73   4258   Last month All News Pipeline warned that major banks were preparing to tighten the screws on American account holders starting April 1st. It appears that the lock-down of cash has begun. Citing criminal activity as a factor, JP Morgan is limiting cash withdrawals at ATM machines. The bank said there doesn’t appear to be fraud involved. But partly due to heightened regulatory scrutiny, banks are paying more attention to large cash transfers that could be a sign of money laundering or other types of shady activity. Typically, the card-issuing bank sets withdrawal limits, not the bank owning the ATM. The move by the largest bank in the U.S. doesn’t affect J.P. Morgan Chase’s own customers, whose maximum daily withdrawals are set depending on the client’s account type. The bank has seen high-dollar withdrawals at both new and old ATMs, said bank spokeswoman Patricia Wexler. J.P. Morgan Chase’s change last month affects roughly 18,000 automated teller machines nationwide and followed an interim step earlier this year limiting noncustomer cash removals at $1,000 per transaction. The earlier move was made as a temporary fix while the bank could make software changes to roll out the more stringent daily limit, Ms. Wexler said. She added that the bank “felt it was prudent to set withdrawal limits on all of our ATMs” after identifying some large cash withdrawals from noncustomers. In 2015 we warned readers to divest some of their assets out of bank accounts for this very reason, noting that bank glitches and arbitrary holds would begin to affect more and more depositors. And while the recent move by JP Morgan Chase appears to only affect non-customers, a recent report indicates that the Justice Department has advised bank tellers nationwide to keep any eye out on cash transactions. Suspicious activity, which by the government’s definition is as little as $3000, should be reported to law enforcement and under existing guidelines police can then seize those funds without charge or trial: “[W]e encourage those institutions to consider whether to take more action: specifically, to alert law enforcement authorities about the problem, who may be able to seize the funds, initiate an investigation, or take other proactive steps.” After the massive bailouts required to save the system following the crash of 2008 banks and regulators worked together to ensure that all deposit accounts in the United States are no longer the property of depositors, but rather, the banks themselves. All customer funds in the United States are now the legal property of JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BNYM, or whichever megabank is the counterparty on the loans the FCM or depository institution takes out in order to fund its mega-levered proprietary in-house trading desks. Hello Friends and Readers,
     You know,  it's not that hard to become a 'follower' of my modest/ humble blog,  but many folks are afraid of accountability and identifying themselves.   A few people quit my blog when they took sides with 'someone' who sought to slander me....  but I don't need to seek revenge because I know for a fact that God "rewards" everyone according to their deeds.  Not to worry.


I have noticed lately for the last few months that meeting other new people ---   fall into categories and have similar traits,  not that they are bad or evil....  but,  predictable, for the most part.  When we talk about voting,  the experts have it down to a science.  Certain "BLOCKS" seem to vote the same way, ie:  the "Catholic Block" -- and the "Black voting Block,"  the Islamic Block, and the Illegal Aliens block,   all  helped get Obama elected both times,  and most women found him to be Oh,  soooo handsome !!...LOL.  Well,  people may not want to hear this,  but the Pope comes from a "Socialist back ground !!"  Down in South America many clergy ARE Socialists, because the abusive Gov'ts have hurt and abused the common people, exploited them, and perhaps the clergy got into the mix to try to start popular movements to better the peoples' lives, etc.   I am NOT trying to diss or color other religions in a negative way,  but you've  got to wonder when the Pope declares that ALL  religions worship the same God, including Muslims, getting  involved in the goofy "Global Warming" baloney, and then they  keep protecting loose, homosexually abusive priests, and Communism, etc., just to mention a few things.    Having studied the KJV Bible for well over 40 years, I have found out that "God cannot lie."  ---Titus 1: 2.   And the bible is perfect and the Word of God, and all good, honest people BENEFIT from readying and studying it !  It has certainly helped me,  although I will never be perfect on earth,  I am a terrible sinner man, worthy of HELL, but Jesus died a horrible, bloody death for  all the world of mankind,  and that heaven is my home, and I actually look forward to the Rapture, with my tired, old, beat up, war mangled body at age 67.  So,  for  some unknown reason, God has loved and PROTECTED me thru war and "peace."  Actually war was more easy and simple to handle compared to some relationships I've had, and serious, life threatening accidents with motorcycles and trucks, etc., with many fractured bones, etc.
    But how is it that so many people go to church all their lives and never learn where to find the "Our Father," ---the  so-called, "Lord's Prayer," in their own bible ?? {It should be called the Sinner's Prayer }  But they are smart and have memorized everything else under the sun,  all about their fav movie stars and goofy music, etc. ....  duh.   Again,  it's all about Priorities in life.  Just as in the Days of Noah.   'They took no note and then the rains came...'


Yet, I have that nugget of truth in my heart and brain,  that IF I would ever stop loving and serving God,  sharing the Gospel that all Christians are commanded to do,   He would "take me home" in a heart beat.  My main purpose in being here is to further God's holy  name and purpose for us all.  To share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The rest is all incidental.   And, yes,  I have challenged all my friends and readers to do the same.   Actually, when a person truly has the HOLY SPIRIT,  he/ she cannot help but to share this Good News !!  It's as if a person struck the 'Mother Load' of a Gold mine !!


I actually heard 'Hilly' Clinton say that she was a "Progressive,"  and if you truly know what communism and socialism does to any country, as a solder knows and understands,  you prob would not 'go with the flow,'  --- like a dead fish !   I have seen Communism in other countries, like Vietnam.  It is ugly and violent !   And you know it can never be "FAIR"  because the super ELITE on top always seem to get the best  and most of everything, while the lower class gets the dregs, dirt, stink on a stick !!

Schuckman.   I miss him so much.  And "someone" stole and spent all  the "blood money" $$$$$ that Karen and I / we got from a 'wrongful death" law suit.... while I was stuck in Rehab, with a broken ankle, last year,  unable to conduct my affairs for a short time....  and that person spent all the money that never belonged to her, and without my permission !   And now that same "person" refuses to tell me where she hide my VA power scooter, at her "girl friend's house somewhere in Kingsford, MI , and refused to give me the3 address !!   Duh.....    God will repay...

Communism is alive and well.  Its just not called communism anymore.  It is reshaped into a form more acceptable to the American people.  It is disguised and is infiltrating every aspect of American society, especially religious circles.  And once the pulpit falls, so will the nation.   Communism is a religion that seeks to replace God with the state. Communist strategists realized that America as a godly nation would never fall into their hands.  So a change in strategy had to be employed.  The strategy was three-fold:  1) appeal to Americans' sense of justice by creating victim classes such as women, homosexuals, the environment, and skin color; 2) convince godly people to believe that communist values are the same as Christian values; and 3) continue teaching secular humanism as aggressively as possible. It fits with the Communist Manifesto calling for the abolition of religion, morals, property ownership, and even marriage. Yes, the Manifesto refers to marriage as a form of prostitution.   The victim classes already have been established.  With women it is the sexual revolution and feminism-the breakdown of society by breaking down the traditional family structure.  With homosexuals it is the tolerance and homosexual equality movement-the continued breakdown of the institution of marriage. Communism has sought to divide humans by skin color and to inflame animosity between them.  And many have been influenced by the "green revolution" of radical environmentalism, such as the flawed science of global warming or climate change, that seeks to redistribute wealth to pay for the damage humanity has done to God's creation.   Not many people will admit they are communists. Progressive is a word used to describe today's communists. A politician can be a member of the Democratic or Republican party and still be a ideological communist.  A pastor can be a leader of a conservative church, but be an ideological communist.  Its not about what you say, its about what you do and what you support. Communism is the antithesis of God and it is seeking to destroy our nation through its "Critical Thinking" doctrine.  Jesus said in Matthew 24:24, "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."  Beware of the new communism.
