Sharon is back in the hospital.

My wife and I changed/ tweaked our plans and I took Sharon to the Kenosha [WI] Memorial Hospital, down by Lake Michigan about 0730 today, Sunday morning. By the time the docs and staff ran all their tests-- I got home about 1130 and church was letting out/ over, even as I was properly dressed.

Sorry to sound insensitive, but Sharon and I have been through this 'drill' many times and there is nothing much I can do waiting at the hospital, especially after they gave her meds to calm down and help her health challenges. She could not even stay awake to listen to me talk to her in the ER, so I dropped off her pre-arraigned over night luggage, and put my power scooter back into the Ram truck and came back home. I call her multiple times every day that she is gone.

The bad news is, with the EKG, blood tests, her heart has only about 30% pumping power, her lungs about 15%, they fear that her kidneys may be damaged or dysfunctional, along with diabetes, swelled legs and feet, Sarcoidosis, etc. That is all I can remember right now -- but it's kind of discouraging to me, personally. It always takes a day or so for the 'news' to sink into my head and then hits me hard latter.
I called and told the pastor at the church and another brother there. My Mom just wanted to talk BS about how her 2 'angels' [daughters] were both losing weight....Ha! Since she is an UN-believer, I felt that it was a wasted call.

It was NOT an 'inconvenience' to take my wife to the hospital again! It is just the "up and down" --yo-yo effect, and waiting for the "other shoe to fall." We know that Sharon is dying, afraid, upset, but I am having trouble dealing with it too, mere human that I am -- even though we know all the facts. She is a fighter. I have thought about this circumstance many times personally, and with the Holy Spirit/ Christian Faith, I believe that I would just like to expire, painlessly, quietly, if possible, or be martyred, and go to HEAVEN!! I figure with all my years of study, knowledge, prayers and sharing the Gospel, and being a farmer and a soldier -- I know what the dying process is all about, and this Satanic world is depressing enough, PLUS, I am tired and disabled. I would NEVER take my own life, nor will I help in mercy killing, but I honestly believe that a peaceful death has love and dignity. I know that I am re-hashing what I've shared in many past posts.

But caring for a loved one is a different story. With the doctor asking her questions this morning in ER as to what she wants in procedures in the ER room, she looked to me, but I said, 'it's YOUR body, and you ought to decide what options you want the learned doctor to do/ take.'
Actually, I hardly feel qualified-- and Sharon has a better medical back ground than I do. Right now, I am home alone with only the hound dog to talk to, and trying to digest the Popeye's chicken and rice, but my stomach is upset for some reason. I should clean the house but I just don't feel like doing anything today.... sorry.

I just want to take a stab at one thing... From the scriptures, we can know that: God Loves YOU [us]. John 3:16. Romans 5: 8.
All are Sinners: Romans 3: 23, Romans 3:10.
God has a remedy for Sin: Romans 6: 23, John 1:2
All may be Saved NOW! Romans 10:13, Revelation 3:20

IF a person honestly begs the Father in Heaven for help with all sincerity, trust, hope and faith, and accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior-- he/ she will be SAVED! I don't have time now to split hairs, argue, give an hour long sermon, define Greek and Hebrew words, etc., just to hold up the basics in a very simple way for all to see and read. I KNOW that I am SAVED-- even though I continue to sin every day of my life on earth-- but I can see improvements and more maturity, with the help of the Holy Spirit. But death should not be feared, hated, hidden, lied about, or morphed into some bad monster like the heathen and unbelievers want to do with it.
Death is nothing more than the 'GATEWAY' from this frail, fleeting, short life -- into eternity. If more people understood the Bible's practical wisdom of death, heaven and hell-- the world might be a better place. Even as we and I have sorrow now, just think if we didn't know the facts of life and death. Thank you all for your many prayers and kind wishes.

This is so true and so sad. Not only that but seeking our Lord through prayer and the big mistake is in prayer speaking all the time and not listening and asking what the Father would have you pray about and then being still until He answers.
Everybody is in such a hurry they just don't take time to here from God. Prayer is like a shopping list of what God can do for them.

What Has The Holy Spirit Revealed?

Q. Concerning 1 Corinthians 2:9-10:

However, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him”— but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit.”

I had always thought when I read verse 9 that I could apply this to a future time after we are joined with God in Heaven. I can believe that what the Lord has in store for His children we could not possibly have any conception of while we are still here on Earth. What I don’t understand is verse 10, “but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit.” What is it that God has revealed to us by His Spirit?

A. What I think the passage is saying is that although in our natural minds we couldn’t begin to imagine how wonderful the next life will be, the Scriptures have given us enough of a glimpse to make it attractive to us. Even without knowing any of the details concerning our new life, the more we study and think about it the more urgent our desire to be there becomes. This is the Holy Spirit revealing it to us. Nominal Christians have simply not taken the few minutes of study time the Holy Spirit needs to arouse this desire in them, and that’s why they cling to their secular world view.

Saturday with off and on rain and humidity... I am NOT complaining, just stating a fact. My Dad taught the family never to bitch about the weather, and that the same people complain about the cold Winters in Wisconsin... LOL. He used to say: 'You can't have it both ways.'

I felt that I had to change the 'Comments' area back to 'moderation' as the "other camp" of 'Mid-Tribulation' theorists used my kindness to sneak their trash back into my Blog. Sorry folks-- I am just tired of their abusive 'flooding' the comments area with tons of adverse, mountainous names, authors, goofy info, that tears apart my central BIBLE belief of proper scriptural divine prophecy. I DON'T MIND COMMENTS that offer divers questions or biblical facts, chapter and verse.... don't get me wrong. The offenders like the person "Anonymous" won't give their names and links, as they 'hit and run' in the dark, and I call them COWARDS! Shame on them.
I don't HATE them-- I just hate the sin. Grow up and stand tall-- I bear my own full name for everyone to see and communicate with-- and so should you. If you feel that strongly about posting a contrariwise comment or thought-- please work up the fortitude to email your message to me and give your name and email link, like a MAN.
Real Christians are NOT Cowards! Rev. 21:8.

Now, as far as we present day Christians experiencing real suffering in tribulation-- we must agree that this is well taking place right now in many countries-- and I certainly believe we are seeing the first fruits of abuse, stolen rights and freedoms right now in the USA, and other countries. I have long praised books like: Safely Home, by Randy Alcorn, etc. many times which shows the inhumane, horrible treatment of Christians in China, who must remain underground; and India, Asia and most of the world! That great book got me started in donating some funds to VOM [Voices of the Martyrs], Open Doors, and other reputable orgs., to help my brothers in Christ. PTL. I believe that this is one of the ways a person "stores up his treasures in Heaven."

But, for the sake of argument, let us just speculate that IF we are to experience some or part of the Great Tribulation, so what !! Are we not courageous soldiers of Christ ready to suffer and die for our Lord and Savior ?? So much more would be our glory in Heaven! Listen, FYI, I hurt and struggle every day of my life and my wife is very ill and struggles for ever intake of pure air/ breathe, and we not only KNOW that we shall die, but WELCOME IT! We well know from intense Bible study and research with the help of the HOLY SPIRIT that 'Unbelievers and skeptics don't possess, that HEAVEN IS OUR HOME!

Sorry, we know that UN-believers are jealous and envy our spiritual happiness. And this fact only magnifies their extreme hopelessness and fear of death and hurt as the days grow darker and gloomy each and every day. "Where is your sting, Oh death?" And... unfortunately, perhaps the majority of 'Christian churches' now days are woefully missing out on that pure joy and happiness that only the Holy Spirit can give! Hopefully, they can regain their zeal and love for Jesus Christ, [See Rev. 3] but if they don't --- Oh well. It is just like everything else in the world -- 20% of the people [in churches too] bear the weight and do all the work-- the other 80% lay on their back sides and complain and start problems. I really hope my readers and friends understand that fact.

Instead of being part of the problem-- why not use these last days of tribulation to DO something right-- to help and reach out to the brothers and sisters we already KNOW in the Lord, and HELP, ENCOURAGE them?? Invite them over for coffee, tea or a cold drink or home made Lemonade, like Sharon just made for us! I bought about 7 nice fresh lemons yesterday, and she made Lemonade the right way, from scratch... she is from Ohio.

Sharon is sleeping now, and she often stays up or sleeps in her comfortable EZ chair upright, because when she lays down flat, the fluid in her lungs comes up and chokes her...even with her CPAP and oxygen working for her, poor lady. So the 'Doc' increased her medication... again. They say there is not too more they can do, as they have tried all their "tricks" and potions already. And Sharon and I both know that without my good Chrysler health Insurance [that I busted my buns for over 30 years on the Assembly line] and my VA benefits-- she would have been "gone" years ago. BTW, did the Illegal Alien, or ghetto welfare scam artist work 30 years at any regular job, pay taxes and SS-- although they prob had enough money for booze, drugs and smokes?? Yet--obozo and the Dims reward such behavior with OUR taxes. At least, since Sharon met me about 7 years ago, she has found the Lord, learned the Bible, and been a good Christian witness to many lives she has touched. We give praise to the Lord. People like Penny Perez, Carolyn, and her own circle of friends on Net, etc., have helped her much.
That's all for my Saturday rant. Pray for the poor folks whose family died in the floods in AR. So sorry. We would HOPE that they died knowing the Lord Jesus.

I weeded part of the garden 'till I ran out of steam, then sat on the "Walnut Picnic table" to read a new book I just started reading: GLIMPSES of HEAVEN, by Trudy Harris, RN. Not to be morbid, but we all must die some day --- unless we believe in the SCRIPTURAL promise of the RAPTURE! And I LOVE the way this short article deals with understanding Bible prophecy! Wow!

If some of you are wondering if I sit by the PC all day long banging the key board, I don't. I love the out doors and used to cruise on my motorcycles until the wheels fell off, garden, camp, fish, hunt, work and play. MAYBE, the Lord 'allowed me' to become physically disabled to open my eyes-- just as the apostle Paul was blinded on the road to Damascus and knocked off his ass. Since some horrific crashes with trucks and cycles, my eyes have been opened BIG TIME! PTL.

IF you knew that you would die on a certain day in a certain year, what would you do in the remaining time you had left? This is the very reason that God chooses to keep the Day of Rapture hidden from us now. As sinful, imperfect humans our corrupt hearts would say: " 'Live life on the Wild Side' ,and then, latter -- repent as that day draws near." I have had silly dreams of owning my own island with many paid servants and pleasures, toys, gold and silver all over the place, etc.... but working every day, either welding or on the Chrysler assembly line was the honest, stark, REALITY..LOL! Many times as you knew your assembly auto job so well and it was so tedious, you almost HAD TO 'let your mind dream a little' to stay sane. So much for day dreaming...Ha! The Bible is NOT a dream or "Pipe Smoke." [that was the name of a small helicopter detachment where I served TDY for a short time at Phu Loi, RVN-- 1968.].

When I post in my Blog about the relative "time" that something will happen -- [and we do know the "season", but not the day... ~Luke 21: 26-34] ] just like the coming War in the Middle East-- between Israel and her hateful Muslim neighbors, I am giving my 'educated GUESS." Now, we do KNOW that these thing WILL take place and we see the 'signs' every day and "News" but that is about as far as it goes. God is in the back ground controlling things, and we ought to be very happy about that. Now, in the mean time, what ought we Christians to do?? Borrow, Buy, Spend, Charge more on our plastic ? Or hunker down, pay attention to the times, "Store up our treasures in Heaven," and SERVE THE LORD THE BEST WAY WE CAN? The Bible says that MOST of the world will ignore this counsel and run with the 'herd of the misled world/ system of Satan.' Remember: 'Cramped and narrow is the read leading to everlasting life.'
Let us pray to the God Almighty of the Bible that will rescue and save the children of ISRAEL. Their eyes will be opened soon too... and they will embrace the Messiah, Jesus Christ. God ALWAYS keeps His promise! And His Will IS TRANSPARENT to those who have the Holy Spirit. Sorry... I honestly doubt that the 'folks in D.C. have the Holy Spirit...' --They do have 'another, totally different type of spirit.' And his name starts with an "S."

Is There A Weakness In Your Rapture Position?

Q. I love your site and read it everyday – I have a question regarding the comments about believing that the second coming would be by 2018 thus putting us out of here by end of 2011. I truly believe we are there but my “there” also leaves room for more years than that because of uncertainty. Is there anything in your discernment and study/reasoning that is questionable, that is the weak link in believing the rapture to be by 2011? If so what would that point be?

A. Because of confirmations I’ve received, I have a great deal of confidence in my findings. But every human interpretation of prophecy has one gigantic weakness, and mine is no exception. It’s called human frailty. Even though I have the Holy Spirit to guide me and have spent nearly three decades studying prophecy, there’s a chance that I’ve missed or misunderstood something. As evidence of this, I am regularly blessed with new insight, suddenly making a passage so clear I’m embarrassed to admit I didn’t see it before. I’ve always maintained that the only way to always interpret prophecy correctly is to wait for the event to happen, compare the fulfillment with the prophecy, and say, “So that’s what He meant.”

This is why you should always study prophecy carefully and refuse to take anybody’s word for anything until the Holy Spirit has confirmed it in your own mind. According to Acts 17:11 it’s not enough to ask a teacher to defend his or her interpretation. You must also search the Scriptures daily, to see whether these things be true.

There were a couple of times in my life when I felt so stupid and ignorant that I decided to make a 'rapid departure' off the beaten path to fill my mind with smart, practical things that would enhance my 'hire-ability', skill level, proficiency, and self worth. A good man and college teacher I had used to tell us that, "we could never learn too much" and the more we knew-- the better equipped we would be able to 'sell our skills' in the job market, back around 1990.

I firmly believe that it's the same way with God and the Bible! Certainly, if we 'claim' that we LOVE God Almighty, wouldn't we want to know as much as we could about HIM?? If the entire bag of marbles, the timeless span of all eternity depended on our relationship with God, and Jesus Christ, would we take that lightly. I have heard about some drunk people who gambled away the family house, etc. I gambled a few times and lost about $40, and kicked my own butt around the block-- never to do that again!! My wife and I don't gamble. We believe in hard, smart work, study, reading, prayer, and research before we buy something or make a important discussion.

The bible even says that we can never learn and know EVERYTHING in the Bible... but we surely will NEVER learn even the basics if we don't physically crack open that fine book of instruction and love.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." ~ John 3:16.
That's not so hard to understand, but why not read that whole chapter and get the full gist from it? It just might take 3 whole minutes of your time. Some folks recommend that new people read the Book of John, and then the Book of Romans, to gain the elementary knowledge of Salvation.

How easily people can lose their lives now days. People in my location, let's say in Milwaukee, WI., about 30 miles North of where we live, die every day and night, and about 2-4 killings, murders per NIGHT! Robberies, assaults, rapes, DUI related deaths, and break ins, etc..... and when you see the pix of the perps on TV, you realize how illegal aliens and misguided Gov't hand outs, 4th - 5th generation Welfare recipients, corrupt, godless, immoral text books and school policies, endowments, and poor teaching affects people who then grow up and fall into a life of crime and violence!

BUT...what about people who CLAIM to be 'believers', even from so-called 'Christian Schools' who graduate being Biblically Illiterate and dysfunctional ?? What a horrible tragedy it would be if there came some [actually a lot] people who claim to be Christian fall prey to agents of the devil, atheists, agnostics or Gov't entities who put pressure on so-called 'Christians' who can't whip their way out of a wet paper sack? Ha! We are supposed to 'give a good account of ourselves' and fight the fine fight. Hey! All the angels in heaven are looking on at the circus below on earth-- at the under achievers, and slack minded, lazy bums who won't read and learn the BASICS about their LORD and SAVIOR. How will these sort of people survive and expect to get Raptured up. Most of them don't have the foggiest idea of what heaven is all about, or what they ought to be doing on earth to serve God.

In college [MATC- Milwaukee] there was a big sign/ banner for all to see, and it went: "Those who do not read are just as bad off as the person who cannot read." As I repeat myself... The KJV Bible is written on a 5.63 grade level of reading. We can thank the 'Lefty-Libbies- Progressives' for "DUMBING DOWN" the school books and education level in America, and also TOO MANY PASTORS and CHURCHES for not stressing the importance of Bible reading and deep study! Shame....

I am taking Sharon to the lung/ respiratory doctor tomorrow morning, as she is coughing constantly. I KNOW that many of you fine people will continue to pray for us. Thank You!

Blind Believers

Q. It seems that there are SO many people today that just seem to have no idea of what is really going on in the world today. Makes me wonder how people can be so blind. Didn’t I read in the Bible some where that God will enlighten those that earnestly seek wisdom in regards to worldly matters ? Is that why so many are so blind ? They just aren’t seeking Gods enlightenment ? Or has Satan just blinded them ?

A. Spiritual blindness is pervasive even among believers. I believe this is so because there’s so little time and attention devoted to God’s Word. The lives of over 90% of self proclaimed born again believers are almost totally devoid of serious Bible study. Because of this they only have the secular world view through which to frame their perceptions. And it’s no secret that the secular world hasn’t a clue as to what’s coming.
