Hello Friends,
Below... I am not advertising but just sharing this healthy information with my readers because I feel that good health is something very important now days.  What ever happens in our lives can only be helped out if we remain as strong as we can be.
Last year I was told that my blood sugar scores were too high and that scared me.  Diabetes doesn't run in my family but I think that old age and perhaps poor or limited nutrition can bring on unfavorable signs that leave me upset, to say the least.  As this new Coronavirus spreads all over the world from China doctors maintain that those humans in poor health might be the first to fall dead.  Far be it for me to be a 'conspiracy theorist' but shame on the world... or the goofy country that MIGHT HAVE been developing some deadly disease or sickness in their chemical warfare labs!  And some countries might feel that is the only way they can achieve their wicked agenda, if indeed that is what they are doing.  But on the other hand, nothing surprises me these days that the Bible mentions in Matthew, chapter 24, and other places concerning the "Last Days."  Indeed, Satan knows how to strike fear into the human heart, but his days are numbered too.

I live in a far Northern climate with harsh Winters and shiver but that is my choice.  The Summers up here are a paradise and many people love to invest in property just for that reason.  People adjust to most any climate and buy warm clothes, but I have always felt sorry for the less fortunate, and homeless people who can barely afford to keep warm in the Winter time --- especially the homeless Veterans.  I don't understand why these fine human beings just fall through the cracks of our society, and at one low time in my own life, too.  I even started to write a book about that subject and got 150 pages finished when Chrysler Company called me back into service/ employment after 6 years on the street.  Ha!  What an adventure and education!  Unfortunately, I kept some of that bitterness with me, even unto this day.  It's also hard for me to really trust other people for fear that they can and will manipulate vulnerable guys like me.  We are only secure as long as we have money, income, shelter and influence!   And women come and go these days, and not like any of them have any honor like years ago when folks had respect and morals.  Not ALL women, just MANY of them... and that is a 'sign of the times,' too.  Sorry to be so blunt and direct.
And when I came home from Vietnam in 1970 I never dreamed that I would ever be married MORE THAN ONCE!   Ha!  Again, life is a 'learning experience' and I didn't know or understand what the Bible taught so long ago --- but I consider myself very well read and studied nowadays in the Winter of my life.  And friends/ readers, I am not a bitter, old man!   But I am happy, glad, and so thankful for finally KNOWING THE KJV BIBLE after many years of intensive study, and that was fun, exciting, rewarding study!  It wasn't a chore to find out how much Jesus wants to forgive us and protect us... and for FREE!  It is not a slap in the face to be humble enough to submit to His Will and Headship and Service, anymore than it is to serve under a wise battle commander in the Army!  The more we learn-- the wiser and better off we become, and we can never learn too much.  It is my fondest hope that I may encourage as many of you fine people as possible.

And I don't completely understand why the good people of Norway [Europe] love to read my Blog, but you make me feel so good inside my heart of hearts.  If I could only get to know some of you  better by correspondence, email, writing, or how ever.  But I also know that there are many 'underground' Christians in other parts of the Earth, like Russia, China, etc.  Pray for all the people living in places where that terrible sick virus is spreading.  Pray for me, too, if you have a mind to, please.   I read and share as much health oriented articles as is humanly possible and also 'take my own advice,' just like today.

You are always welcome to comment on this humble blog... except that  you must become a 'member' by filling out that portion of the "side bar area" on the front page/ face of my blog page.  Just follow the tutorial.

After my wife and I spent an unexpected $550., for a new washing machine a few weeks ago, we must budget our income for the rest of the month, like most other people in civilization, but I never want my good wife to drive to some laundry establishment to do our laundry, even in a small town such as we live in, and it is very safe and civilized U.P. here in Northern Michigan... Ha!  However, we do have much wild life running through the area, like deer and even bears!   As I was shopping at WalMart yesterday with my fine wife, Lori, I noticed that they don't manufacture 30-30 Winchester rifles, anymore, but they do still make Marlin [brand] 30-30 caliber rifles, which I prefer!  They wanted about, $400., but I didn't have the money, and didn't really NEED that rifle, but we did need a new washing machine to launder our clothes, more... LOL.  I never tell anyone just how many or any firearms, money, or any other valuables we have and own, for obvious reasons.  That is all our personal, private, confidential, business.  But I enjoy discussing various subjects that I feel qualified to speak on, the Bible and Salvation being some of them.

Warm Regards,
Thomas G Schuckman

Breaking News from Newsmax.com
Take Magnesium Along With Vitamin D
By Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Mike Roizen, MDs
When Magneto — a Marvel Comics mutant who generates and controls magnetic fields — teamed up with the X-Men, it came as a surprise that the once-villainous character was now on the good guys' side.
But sometimes the good guys need a hand to get their work done.
Special: Doctors Using Magnesium to Reverse Diabetes
That turns out to be the case with the super-vitamin/hormone D. True, it's a defender of your immune health and neuromuscular function; it also protects bone strength, modulates cell growth, and reduces inflammation.
But according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, it can't do all that if it doesn't team up with magnesium. If your body doesn't have enough magnesium, synthesis of vitamin D gets shut down, and so does its metabolic pathway.
Many people take vitamin D supplements. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention researchers reported an 83-fold increase in blood tests to check levels from 2000 to 2010.
But magnesium deficiency flies under the radar, even though around half of U.S. adults don't get enough to meet the daily recommended dietary allowance of 310-320 mg for women and 400-420 mg for men.
That makes a difference, and not only for powering up vitamin D. According to a study in BMC Medicine, an extra 100 mg of dietary magnesium daily could reduce your risk of stroke by 7 percent, and Type 2 diabetes by 19 percent.
So to maintain a healthful level of vitamin D, talk to your doctor about checking your magnesium level too.
And increase your consumption of magnesium-rich green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, and salmon.

The Magnesium Miracle
Research Now Links Depletion of
This Simple Mineral to Heart Disease, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Fatigue, and 52 Other Conditions
— and Most Americans Don't Get Nearly Enough …
Dr. Carolyn Dean cuts to the chase immediately in her book The Magnesium Miracle with this statement: “Magnesium is by far the most important nutrient in the body.”
And this is NOT just a lot of hype. Dr. Dean lists 56 different health conditions that research now indicates are associated with magnesium deficiency. Here are just a few of them:
Heart disease and high blood pressure
Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases
Arthritis
Bowel disease
Depression and anxiety
Diabetes
Fatigue
Migraines and tension headaches
Osteoporosis
Muscle cramps or spasms, and back pain
Of course, the highest concentrations of magnesium in the body are found in the heart and brain, so it's little wonder that magnesium depletion leads to problems in these two vital organs.
Perhaps you take good care of yourself, and scoff at the idea that you — or your loved ones — could be deficient in magnesium. Alarmingly, Dr. Dean also lets loose this bombshell: The majority of people in our country do suffer, usually unknowingly, from magnesium deficiency.
Why? Well, our dietary intake of magnesium has declined significantly since 1900. The National Academy of Sciences reports that most American women only obtain about 70% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of magnesium; men average only about 80%.
And the RDA is merely the minimum level to stave off serious deficiency symptoms — well below the optimal level for good health, according to many health professionals.
As a population, we have many reasons for becoming depleted in magnesium: diets high in processed foods, magnesium-depleted soil, certain medication interactions, and fluoridated water, which renders magnesium unavailable to the body.
Chronic stress elevates the stress hormone adrenaline, which further depletes magnesium.

Last but not least, aging is a risk factor for magnesium deficiency. And in a vicious circle, accelerated aging is also a byproduct of magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium performs hundreds of functions in the body; however, many researchers believe its most important function is cellular energy production. The enzyme ATP, created in the mitochondria of each body cell, is our main source of cellular energy. ATP must be bound to a magnesium ion in order to be biologically active. Unfortunately, most people just don't have enough magnesium ions available.
Tired? Headaches? 'Charley Horses'?
Because magnesium is so essential to body energy production, common symptoms of magnesium depletion include fatigue, along with headaches, insomnia, and muscle pain, cramps, and spasms.
Unfortunately, the solution is not as easy as walking into your local drug or grocery store and picking up a bottle of magnesium pills. Magnesium comes in many different forms, and quality is also a big issue. While magnesium is one of the safest nutrients you can take, you need to know what you're doing to optimize your magnesium levels for better health.
That's why Newsmax Health would like to send you a copy of The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. — and for just $4.95.
